Plan Fees
Membership Fees
Smile Plus members pay a low annual membership fee to access great savings all year long.
For the equivalent of $6.25 per month for an individual or $13.50 per month for a family of four, you'll receive substantial savings with Smile Plus. The annual fee must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
Primary members can add family members to the plan at any time. This includes children up to age 23. All memberships expire one year from the primary plan member's enrollment date.

Smile Plus members save an average of 30-60% annually on general dentistry services and 35% on specialist services provided at Coast Dental. With no charge for office visits and generous discounts on services, the membership usually pays for itself on the very first visit.
