Dr. Athanasios Dimitrios Kokkas, General Dentist
Athanasios Kokkas, DDS, has been a practicing dentist since 1993. He provides general dentistry services to patients starting at age 14. Special services include bone grafting, crown lengthening, dental implants and restorations, endodontic surgery, extractions, gummy smile, pre-prosthetic surgery, ridge augmentation, root canal therapy and retreatment, and surgical procedures, soft tissue graft, TMJ disorders and veneers.
Dr. Kokkas earned dental degrees at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece and the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry. He also completed a residency at UAB. His undergraduate degree is from Aristotle University in Thessaloniki. Dr. Kokkas is a member of American College of Prosthodonists.
Dr. Kokkas is fluent in English, Greek and German.
