Dr. Michael Thomas is from Thomson, Georgia and attended Thomson High School. He graduated from Paine College in 2009. He later graduated from the former Medical College of Georgia College of Dental Medicine (now Georgia Regents University) in 2013. Upon graduation, Dr. Thomas completed a one-year General Practice Residency Program at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital in Bronx, New York.
Dr. Thomas is fluent in English and Spanish and loves being a positive role model in his community. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and living a healthy lifestyle by being active and eating nutritiously.
Dr. Thomas is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, North Georgia Dental Society and Georgia Dental Society. He is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
Dr. Thomas is a dedicated, enthusiastic and compassionate general dentist who is competent and comfortable in procedures such as operative dentistry, oral medicine, oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, pedodontics, removable and fixed prosthodontics. As a lifelong learner, he has gained experience in molar endodontics, clear aligners, dental implant restorations, cosmetic crowns, and diagnosing oral pathology.
