He made sure to take into consideration what the patient voiced about their plan, also. I have Humana Medicare Gold Plus insurance. The entire staff was awesome. They were professional but personable. Made my experience stress free. Dr. Kingsley is a real pro. Mahalia was on point and Ebony helped work out my issue with the ins co.

I won’t share my full experience here but will say that although this office has had its share of ups and downs with staffing in my 10 years of being a patient, the business manager Ebony was exceptional in understanding my situation and worked with me to make sure I was properly heard. For this I’m grateful. I would’ve given this office a much higher rating but from my perspective, it’s evident that corporate needs to pay them a bit more attention in several areas. Thanks for 10 decent years of service.

I went to Coast Dental today to get 2 extractions, one of them I had surgically removed. They were so nice and made me feel comfortable, made sure I didn’t feel uncomfortable or any pain. They took their time and did a great job. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs dental work.
