If my appointment is at 8:50, I expect to be seen no later than 9. It's 9:30 at the time of this review. This is my first visit and just based on observation it's not going well. The office seems to only have two medical staff. Had I known this I would've opted to be the first appt of the day or I would've just found another office. The irony in getting the feeling that I should've cancelled but went to the appt anyway. (Sigh) The review will be adjusted and edited based on how things go if I ever get to the back. Edit: I did make it to the back. The staff is friendly, but the office doesn't have an actual dentist today. (Sigh) so now I have to take care of my treatments at another location which is insane to me.
