I apologize that I do not remember my hygentists name but I am deathly afraid of the dentist and needed a deep cleaning. She is the only one in my entire life of dentistry that I trust. Her compassion and empathy to my anxiety was outstanding and if it is possible I will never go to anyone else! Alll the staff, front desk especially, are very kind and take care of everything. Thank you all!

Always a friendly and welcoming environment. The hygienist is always conversive and inquires about my well being and any changes since last visit. Feels like catching up with a friend rather than a dental appointment

COVID19 caused the appointment delay...was NOT the facility or staff at fault!

They are so nice and always answers any questions I have.

I have always been made to feel embarrassed from other dentists I have seen in the past. The woman at coast dental felt like family! I am so emotional when it comes to my teeth. I haven’t been able to smile a big smile in 20 years and it is devastating to me. When I met Jennifer, and Dr. Morgan Ellis Cobran changed everything for me. I finally had hope, and I felt better about myself after meeting them than before!! So I just wanna thank you sooo much Jennifer and Dr. Cobran for giving me hope again! The tech was very professional

These ladies have been so welcoming and helpful. They are willing to answer all questions without making you feel like you are bothering them. The dentist and hygienist are knowledgeable and have the patients best interest as they prescribe and suggest their treatment plans. There are 5 of us and we have spent hours in the office, and they have always been the same. They are real and I cannot say enough about the service they provide.

So, I am a Dentist snob. I moved to Lake City from the South FL (Ft. Lauderdale) area and used to a superb service and quality. Since moving to Lake City, it is few and far between I find the level of service I received today at Coast Dental Lake City. I am a no-nonsense person and say how I feel. I went into Coast Dental with the impression this is going to be a "cookie cutter" type of office. I made it clear that I am a Dentist snob and take care of my teeth and not about nonsense charges that are to pad pockets and not about the real issues that a patient may have. I have to say, that Tabitha at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and on top of her skills. I then met Lesley , I'm assuming she was the Dental Assistant. She was friendly, yet a little taken back by my bold demeanor. Her facial expressions were well-noted upon some of my statements. Nevertheless, she still warmed up to me and carried on in a professional manner. I made it clear I have a dentist, but my insurance only covers this office. Lesley asked if I'd be coming back for future visits, I stated "it all depends on this visit". I am used to a high-quality Dentist. When the Dentist walked in, she was professional, thorough and gave an excellent exam with no further high-pressure up-sales... I did not feel like a number. The entire staff was warm and welcoming and not at all unprofessional with my concerns.. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for a cleaning with the hygienist. If that appointment goes as well as this visit, they will have me for a continued client. I was very happy upon departing Coast Dental and DID NOT FEEL THIS OFFICE WAS A 'COOKIE CUTTER OFFICE' BY ANY MEANS. I would recommend this office if the services are just as mine were to all patients. I am a patient who takes care of my teeth and have seen a dentist my entire life. I only had an exam with no work. But I am looking forward to my cleaning with this office...

As usual, Dr. Ellis' crew are up to the task. I had a temp crown come loose, was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes. Hopefully they never leave the area.

Dr. Ellis and her staff due their profession justice. Broke a tooth on Thursday and had a temp crown in place Monday. If I had any pain, I would have been in that day. Never had experiences like that before with a dentist.

Excellent customer service from the time you make appt. to checking in, getting X-rays, cleaning, exams and treatment. Always friendly and courteous!

After years of no insurance, illness, and circumstances beyond my control, things had become pretty bad. I felt embarrassed even to meet the dentist and staff. What I never felt was judged because of the condition of my teeth. After 6 months of restorative action with filings and crowns I smile again. There may have been discomfort (it is a dental chair) but never once did I experience pain during the process. Dr. Morgan and Mrs. Leslie always put me at ease and made me feel like was the most important person in the room. I was always told up front what the next visit would cost and the quote did not waiver. I am not sure many people say they love their dentist, the assistant, the hygienist or the office staff. Coast Dental of Lake City, Dr. Morgan, and her entire staff were a God send. They truly have found their calling in life. From my first nervous steps in the door to my last big smile exit I love these people, they have cared for me and I consider them friends. You will not be disappointed in the quality of care you receive I promise.

REALLY TREATED GOOD.

My first (and only) appointment (so far) was an emergency appointment because my cheek had swelled up and one of my back-ish teeth was causing severe pain. Dr. Ellis's office saw me in just over 24 hours from my contacting them. I had to wait a bit, but again, I know they were squeezing me in. Once I got in the exam room, I was seen almost immediately. I was there for one painful tooth, but the staff decided to x-ray another bothersome tooth. Dr. Ellis came in and introduced herself. She was very down-to-earth and welcoming. She examined the two teeth and then told me that she thinks they should be removed. She was willing to do the removal that day, but she wanted me to finish antibiotics that had been prescribed to me. She and her staff made me feel so comfortable and took time to answer my questions and concerns. I felt at ease with Dr. Ellis, which is rare when at a dentist office.

I was concerned there was an infection starting in tooth removal area; however, after returning the next day after extraction, the staff treated me with dignity and respect. Excellent love Doctor Ellis and everyone else there

Live in Wellborn. They are in Lake City and went due to broken wisdom tooth on an emergency basis. Although they were not able to remove the tooth [will require oral surgeon for that]. They coordinated nicely with the HMO dental plan and gave scripts for medication for pain and inflammation. They are currently working on getting oral surgeon in Gainesville visit set up. Am more than satisfied with the experience.

They all were very helpful. We arrived thinking his appointment was on monday. They worked him it so we would not have too drive up to Lake city fom Bell again the next. It was our mistake but they were very acommondating. Thanks

My appointment wasn't until July 9th, but I was waiting on my daughter who had the appointment on July 3rd; I was sitting in the waiting room when Joann, the office manager, asked me if I want to have my teeth cleaned while I wait for my daughter she had noticed I had an upcoming appointment & they had had a cancellation, of course I said yes. I love my Coast Dental in Lake City, Florida....they always go above and beyond in hospitality & service!

Coast Dental is the best. Dr. Morgan Ellis is the best Dentist I have ever had and her staff is very well trained, they have the best bedside manner, you have a five star rating but I give them on a scale from 1-10 I give them a 100, you can't beat that.

Have been receiving treatment from Coast Dental for several years now and am completely satisfied. The staff are very pleasant and professional. They also have a dental plan that you can work with. I was referred there by a family member and would not hesitate to refer a friend or family member also.

I thank them for being able to fit me in there busy schedule. Not alot of dentist would be able to do this. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Morgan Ellis did an exceptional job extracting my bad tooth. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist. They care about there patients.

The staff is the best! I hope IN THE NEAR future you UPDATE the building it is about 20 years behind the times.... It is clean but reflects a bad street image, lawn never cut, bathrooms need new fixtures, windows need a major repair, the building should be cleaned...............if it were not for the staff and how well they treat the patients I would seek and better environment..

I have never been to a more warm, welcoming, dentist. Not only is the dentist attentive and caring, but her staff is also. Then they have such great chemistry with each other and are always laughing to ease the day. I have been to dentists before who were so anti-social, but not Dr. Ellis, she holds conversations and try to learn about her patients and I really appreciate that.

My first visit with Coast Dental was great. The Dentist and Hygienist and the entire staff were very professional, caring and patient. They explained every process and procedure thoroughly. I was very impressed with the Care plan I was given to help preserve my teeth and take care of my gums to help prevent further problems. De. Morgan was very knowledgeable and caring.

The staff at the Lake City Coast Dental office are great. The dental equipment definitely needs updated to newer equipment. I have been in other dental offices and the equipment is much, much nicer and does not break during the visits. Thanks! My wait during this dental visit was longer due to the suction equipment breaking down.

I'm rating the service/office as Completely Satisfied, but was initially very dissatisfied that somehow I wasn't on the roster as an established patient eventhough my husband and I have been being seen since December 2012. This was not the fault of your office, and Joanne was extremely helpful in finally getting me set up as an established patient again.

I was in a little late (45 minutes) but once I was in it didn't take long at all. There wasn't any pain when using less novicane Thank You for a great Job well done.

I have a fear of having dental work done dating back to when I was a small child. But my experiences at Coastal have helped me come in for a visit a little more relaxed. Of course, when have any drilling or crown work done do need a tranquilizer. Like the gentleman hygentist, good people persn. But all your staff fits that bill. Also like the fact that we are not pushed into having work done immediately as we do have a very tight budget.

The gentleman hygenist had great chair side manner. Really liked him.

Junior was great! He didn't hurt me at all. I always dread going for a cleaning because I know my gums are going to hurt so bad afterwards from all the knicks with the tool, but this was the first time I have actually enjoyed a cleaning.

I was taken in right away and out in the time frame I was told I would be. I only had to be out of my office for 2 hours and was able to return to work and finish my day. Very pleased.

From my first call to the office to set up my appointment I have been pleased with the service I have received so far. My only concern is how long it takes to get an appointment.

I have referred many co-workers to this office. It is a pleasure going to the dentist and how many people can say that!

Wonderful from the door in till door out

The office has a practice of not cleaning your teeth prior to the dentist evaluating you, which can seem like a scam to make money, however the dentist, hygienist, front desk staff are wonderful and that makes up for it. If you know what you are going into ahead of time, it works. You just need to take more time off work for your initial visit and THEN go back for a cleaning.

I realize that I was a walk in (considered an emergency) with no appointment time but I think a 2 hour wait to see the Dr. is extreme. When most people decide that it is time to go anywhere as an emergency walk in it is because they have reached their pain tolerance or comfortable level. I believe that people in pain do trump the people who are in for "maintenance" appointments such as cleanings etc. even though they have made appointment times. The techs were in a couple times to say "the Dr. is finishing up" and "we have not forgotten about you" but this can be told to non emergency patients as well so the Dr. can go in to make sure that the walk in is pain free or if something can be done to make them more comfortable before the Dr. is actually able to do their exam. Other than the time wait I was pleased with the office staff and the practice.

I had to switch from the dentist I have been with for 10 years because of a change in insurance. Dr. Ellis with CoastDental was the only one in town to accept my new insurance. And after the first visit, I do believe I'm glad she is ... the new patient exam was the most thorough exam I've ever had. I had just had a cleaning a month ago at my former dentist's office, but Dr. Ellis and her staff found a problem I didn't realize was there ... I wonder what would have happened if I had stayed with the old insurance. I'm glad Dr. Ellis and her crew are my new dental providers.

I have been very impressed with DR. Ellis and her staff. I had 3 crowns installed and I am still fairly tender but have no doubt that if adjustments are necessary they will be taken care of to my satisfaction. i visited a Coast Dental Office in Gainesville, FL and felt like I was at a used car lot dealing with a educated salesman. I was very slow to make an appointment and apprehensive when I went to the Lake City office but found it to be a pleasant experience.

Everybody was very friendly and caring but as soon as I entered through the door, when they called, it felt like everybody was in a hurry. But my appointment was later in the afternoon on a Friday so I'm sure it was getting close to going home time. They explained every answer to the questions I asked and seemed very knowledgeable. I will definately return and refer to other people.

For dentistry, I couldn't have had a more pleasureable experience. All staff were courteous and professional while adding a personal touch. Hats off for job well done.
