Bill has Alzheimer's & trouble walking. The wheels on his walker kept falling off & Dr. Givens kept fixing them. He even helped him all the way to the car when we left. Everyone helped us - above & beyond. Great dental work too! Everyone in that office is top notch!!

Everyone that I encountered from the front office staff, nurse and dentist was patient and outstanding in keeping me informed of everything. Although I stay approximately an hour away, I will be returning to this practice in a few hours to follow up on suggested recommendations. I am extremely comfortable with this location and coming from me, says a lot as I have extreme anxiety that has kept me from receiving proper dental care in the past. But based on my visit here, I think that may all be behind me. The staff gets an A plus for their impeccable care and concern for my well being. I am fortunate to have found them!

I've been coming to Loganville Cost Dental for a good number of years. My greatest love is how I get pampered because of my fear of dentists. I had bad bad orthodontist who was a sadist of sorts for he seemed to enjoy painful patients. The wait time is always good. On this visit, I came because they had a cancellation. Tha patient showed up anyway and was adamant about being seen. They asked if I wouldn't mind waiting because he was really irate. It was fine, I just read my book. They really work hard to accomoate patients. Love the entire office staff!!!

I went in to get an extraction and instead of walking out toothless I also ended up getting a bridge. Dr. Givens and his assistant did an excellent job matching my existing tooth and making it look natural. The entire staff is genuinely friendly and Renae at the front desk did an awesome job and helping me find a payment plan that fit my budget.

I am not a huge fan of reviews. Negative is outspoken. Positive is to quiet. I can be hard sometimes to ignore negative reviews. My experience with Dr. Givens and his staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. I am glad I have chosen Dr. Givens office to take care of my dental needs.

I was a "fit in" patient with an infected tooth I was desperate to get relief from. I was so grateful to have the work done so my healing could begin. I knew upfront exactly what my cost would be and I was treated very well in during my experience. I would happily go back. Actually I need more work done so I will be back....a few times. I feel I am in great hands.

I had forgotten to take the antibiotic I am supposed to have before dental procedures. Shelly, the hygienist, was so sweet about it, calling my docs to see if they required it. She let me go home to take the pills and was able to get my cleaning done when I returned. It was her forgiving, accommodating attitude that I appreciated so much when I had inconvenienced her.

Had my semi-annual cleaning yesterday. As always, was treated great.

I requested a lost filling be replaced-a filling put in by a previous dentist. I was able to schedule within a few days. I was completely satisfied with the procedure. Dr. Giddens shaped a tooth that may strike the new filling to prevent the filling from being knocked out that tooth.

OK, so not everyone can say that going to the dentist is a pleasant experience. While still not the best thing that's happened to me in ages, having a root canal and a crown procedure done here was not at all unpleasant. Dr. Givens and his assistant, Maria, were quick, efficient and, at times, very funny. If I didn't have so much in my mouth, I could have laughed out loud often throughout the 3 1/2 hors I was in the chair.

How can one rave about going to the dentist? It had to be done....I wasn't thrilled about it...but they did a great job. They even created a crown (well, temporary at this point) that improved my smile. It was totally painless...they didn't have to use that big hammer to knock me out.

Went in for an extraction and was in and out in 50 minutes. Amazing!

I love the girl that walks me back and does my xrays. She explains everything to me and helps the dentist. She literally remembers everything that i tell her from one visit to the next. My family truly goes there because of her.

Coast Dental has always been professional and I commend them for their good customer service! I've been going to this dentist longer than any other, because I know what to expect from these guys. I would highly recommend anyone to their services. :-)

very good visit what I expected

I had a great experience at Coastal Dental of Loganville. The office staff were very friendly and mindful of my time. Office now and clean. My only complaint is I was unable to schedule my follow up hygiene appointment because the wait time was incredibly long - 2 months!

My root canal and filling went very well. I had no pain during the procedure. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I have referred friends and family to the practice

Very pleased with my recent visit.

I was pleasantly surprised - I've always been very frightened of any dentist experience but I suffered minimal to no pain during the extraction, an dother than some swelling and discomfort am doing well post extraction. The dentist was very gentle and efficient - did not wait overly long for all to be taken care of.

It was good. My hygeniest was courteous and engaging and helped to manage the treatment plan with my consent and approval which I appreciate.

With my initial visit, I was not pleased, however the manager sought out to contact me and find out why my needs were not met, and made sure that the second experience was one that would be in my favor . I appreciate that the manager took time out to find out my problem and created a solution. I can truly appreciation great customer service and an establishment open to listen to their clients on ways to improve. Great staff, great management!

My appointment was at 8:30 in the morning and when I get there it takes them 10 minutes to see me. Then they take X-rays which takes about 5 minutes. Then I am waiting until 9:15 before they even start to clean my teeth.

I chose the Loganville Coast office over another office nearer to home that my wife had used earlier. I'm happy to report a much better experience although her experience was OK, and using the Coast organizatiion came with her recommendation. A pleasant surprise was the ease of financing a rather large outlay of funds when an old bridge HAD to be replaced. Part of my dental needs were supplied by another Coastal franchise (?) recommended by another local Coastal unit and my experience there was somewhat less satisfactory with the overall results, perhaps due to the difficulty of the recommended dental procedure. Time will tell and my total satisfaction with the entire dental procedure will be determined with a review scheduled later, which I expect to be completely satisfactory.

I really like the change to take care of next appt and pay while waiting to be seen. Very efficient use of patient down time.

The only dislike was when i got home i had a puncture along the lower base which is hurting.....looks like he may have slipped while prying my tooth....no biggie but would have liked a heads up!

Although the final permanent bridge is yet to be cmpleted -- while the necessary healing of the gum takes a few weeks -- the final outlook appears to be quite positive, based upon the progess to date which includes a temporary bridge. To the extent that one can enjoy the dental replacement process of a 25-year-old deteriorated bridge, the entire process (sofar) has been much better than expected.

My last visit to dental office was great.

I've been a patient for many years and feel very comfortable in coming to the Loganville office. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel welcome. My work schedule pivots on a dime and I frequently have to make changes of which the staff is very flexible and understanding. I will continue to revisit this office/practice.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Burnett was gentle & professional. Maria was a real pleasure and very thorough, she answered all my questions and made sure I was clear on the treatments & costs. I was also pleasantly surprised when given the amount of my next appointment, that there would NOT be any additional costs (I've seen 2 other dentists in the last 6 months, whom after giving me the price for emergency procedures, charged me more $ then they stated after the work was done. ex: I had 1 tooth pulled and was told at the most it would cost $300, after it was completed the cost was $800 because they had to do a bone graph, which no one mentioned to me beforehand.)

If Patients receives an e-mail asking the appm't verification, there is no need to call the patient more than once. I received various calls and voice messages and e-mail asking to verify my appm't. There was no need. Further I do not need the receptionist to ask me if I receive my messages. Neither I need the receptionist to tell me there are many patients setting appm'ts then not showing. I had confirmed my appm't with the e-mail yet the receptionist told me she had no computer record indicating my comfirmation.

I just wish my other insurance was put through the first time other then that great

Sunny is amazing. She never hurt me even once. That says it all. Usually, somehow, someone always slips, pulls or pushes too hard in my tiny mouth. Nope, not Sunny. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I have had horrible experiences with dentists, and was terrified to have work done, but Dr Bennett was so great, and it was over before I knew it! I was still numb @ 10:00 that night! Not stingy on the novocaine.

I was immediately put at ease by Maria Cruz who tooke the time to listen to my prior dental horror stories and assure me about the care I would recieve at Coast Dental.

They successfully filled a broken tooth that was causing me a lot of problems. My previous dentist told me that all we could do was a crown which I could not afford at this time. Kudos to Coast!

Dropped in to see if I could get an appointment for the following day. Was offered an immediate appointment , if I so desired. I responded ,sure would. Dentist and crew took x-ray and suggested a remedy to my dental problem. Due to late time of day and fact the my heart problems required I take antibiotic prior to dental work; a prescription was issued and an appointment for morning of next day was made. Work preformed and am pain free and on the wait for the permanent bridge to arrive. WELL PLEASED !!

They did a great job. I went in to get a cleaning and found out I had a small cavity as well. They were able to fill the cavity while I was there as well so I wouldn't have up make an appointment to go back. This is my second time visiting this office and I would recommend it for others. Great and friendly staff. The receptionist called me several times to make sure I got in for my 6 month cleaning before the end of the year and even to let me know of special deals they had going on. It shows they really care about their patients and I appreciate that,
