Dr. Green sees patients  age seven and older, and will consult with younger patients if the child’s doctor or dentist has recommended an earlier evaluation. The American Association of Orthodontists recommends children receive their first orthodontic consultation about age seven to spot any problems with jaw growth and emerging teeth.  Dr. Green works closely with her patients’ general dentists to coordinate care.

Dr. Green earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in Nashville, TN and completed her advanced orthodontic training at Howard University in Washington, DC.  She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association.
