I just can't say enough good things about Dr. P and his staff. I came in anxious and left happy and excited. I now can smile big! I can't wait to finish the procedures. I will tell everyone where to go for dental work. I drive from Inverness and it is well worth the drive!

Top notch equipment found an infection. Doc Pat did a double root canal, checking canals by x-ray treating the infection with great skill. The staff is like family, knowledgeable and have many financial arrangements to select from. It's been hours and I'm in great shape and spirits. No pain meds needed. I would look no further than Spring Hill Coast Dental!

After several months of much work on my teeth, ????, I am very happy to have all teeth intact, no pain , no refits ( doc got the crowns right every time!), smiles, zero time waste, and excellent service. Thanks to a very skillfull staff from Dr. P. to the techs, and office people! If a dental experience can be wonderful, this was - (except of course, ????. )(To be fair, I expected a high bill). What's a better phrase for"the best?" Coast dental. They have the friendliest, most helpful & knowledgeable office staff in the world. They're just like family. And Dr. P (insert heart eyes emoji)! He's so cool and patient with his patients. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. You shouldn't either. And if you are, wake up & get to Coast Dental, Brooksville!

Any time some asks about a dentist I refer them to this coast dental location. All of the employees here are awesome. They are all friendly and helpful. Everything they are going to do is spelled out for you along with the price before it’s done so there are no surprises or hidden costs. I’ve never felt so at ease at a dentist office as I do here!

My jaw was in so much pain, they help me in one day!!

Friendly dentist and staff, thoroughly explains what is wrong. Completely different list of what is wrong than last place I went though. Last place said I have no cavities, but bad gums and need deep cleaning, this one says gums are fine, but I need more fillings/redone because decay is getting under them.

Manny is great. Always remembers me, very professional and courteous.

As far as going to the dentist is concerned, there is no easier and more comfortable path to follow than Coast Dental.

Female hygienist was very thorough I went through cleaning techniques and her knowledge of Dentistry.

The staff there are so nice! They went out of their way to make me feel more comfortable! They explained exactly what they were going to do before they did anything to me and that was very comforting to me!

My appointment was with the Hygienist Manny Ahrar. What a great guy and he is very gentle with his cleaning procedure. Manny does a very good job and takes the time to check all areas. Lawyers and then the dentist in that order are my least favorite places. But Manny makes all that anxiety go away with his technique and care.... Thank you !!

Some major work this time. Process and costs were thoroughly explained. Dr. P. performed the procedure with no complications. Dr. spoke to me during the entire process to see how I was doing and our progress. Heather, the assistant, was very supportive and very friendly. Five star visit!

what should have been a 15 dollar visit turned into 2 crowns, a root canal and remove decay under existing crown......... oh yea and a $2000.00 bill Just a fun day at the dentist

Mainly, I get my teeth cleaned at Coast Dental, and they do a great job. Also, I have had one of my teeth capped, and that also, turned out great. Dr. Paternoster is a super dentist.

I really enjoyed my experience with Coast Dental. The staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating. The Dr. and his assistant Keesha made me feel comfortable with their friendly banter back and forth. I felt no pain from my root canal. They were very professional. The only criticism I will give is the moving equipment around the patients chair in the room I was treated in during my 2-3 separate visits needed to be wiped down. It felt a little unsanitary.

I had an excellent experience with my hygienist, I wish I could remember both of their names so I could recognize them! I had to have a procedure done and they both walked me through the whole process so I knew exactly what was going on.

All of the staff was super friendly. This was my first visit to a dentist in many years and the entire staff made it a very relaxed, stress free visit. The dental assistant broke down all of the work that needs to be done and helped me get the first couple of visits scheduled before I left the office.

The best experience possible ! Dr.P and Heather are the best !!!!!!!!!!!!! I will recommend friends and familiy to this office.

There was a new trainee assigned to help out dental hygienist by polishing and flossing the teeth first. A new trainee introduced self and explained what she would do first- to polish and floss the teeth,then the hygienist takes over the rest. This is neat!

Great 1st time visit just had to wait a long time in the waiting area before called back.

The entire process was amazing from the scheduling to the kindness and respect shown by the entire staff. My wife ask me to make an appointment for her in the coming days. We will undoubtedly return in the future.

called office & informed them of the problem on Friday & they gave me an appointment at 9:30 Monday morning. Arrived as scheduled & only waited a short time & I was brought back to service room. Dr Bedi Quickly gave me some Numbing medicine & removed the piece of bone. No problem!!!!

FOR QUITE AWHILE I HAD TROUBLE GETTING STAINS OFF MY TEETH. THE TWO HYGENISTS THAT CLEANED MY TEETH DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. MY TEETH ARE WHITER THAN EVER BEFORE. I UNDERSTAND THESE TWO HYGENISTS WERE FILLING IN FOR VACATIONS. I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THEM ALL THE TIME. THANK YOU!!!

As soon as I realized I'd forgotten my appointment , I called apologetically and was asked if I could make it in 45 Minutes. I got there as fast as I could. Everyone asked how I was and I responded, "late"! Everyone was patient and understanding. I received a thorough cleaning and went happily on my way.

As always the team was fantastic! I never thought dental plates would look and feel as if I still had my original teeth. This was my third appointment and it only lasted 10 minutes. The whole visit in total was 20 minutes. As I have said before everyone does a spectacular job and makes you feel so comfortable. Your in, you get what you need done, and you are out the door enjoying the rest of your day. I recommend this office and all its staff to anyone who wants five star service in a warm and friendly environment.

I have never been treated so well at a dentist office. I have been to a few places in my life to receive care for my teeth and I must say this is the best. The staff is incredible. From the time you enter the office everyone is polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to may the process of getting what you need done as easy as possible. During my visit I was impressed at how well the team works in unison with one another as well as the time it takes between getting in the door to seeing the doctor. My total appointment time including waiting and getting what I needed accomplished was completed in under one hour. Most anywhere you go for any appointment make you sit for at least that amount of time. I am very impressed with this office and everyone in it. I also want to thank Heather Hought, Dr. Paternoster, and the front receptionists personally for their outstanding commitment to providing excellent customer service with a constant smile while giving me back my ability to smile too.

Friendly, welcoming and professional, the folks at Coast Dental on Cortez Blvd in Brooksville make going to the dentist as pleasant as it gets. I've never looked forward to going to the dentist - still don't, but when I get to this dentist, it all gets OK and that's a first for me.

Going to the dentist was way overdue for me and I was pretty nervous going in. The dentist and staff were all wonderful! They made me feel so comfortable that all my worries went away. I had to have a few fillings which they did the same day. My teeth looked SO much better after that first appointment. SO HAPPY!

Had a great visit on May 12, 2015. The dental hygienist, Katie, was very nice. She did a very thorough examination and found I had a periodontal pocket. Katie explained everything she was going to do, including putting an antibiotic in the periodontal pocket, and did an outstanding job. Brenda, the Office Manager, was very pleasant to talk with and helpful in setting up my next appointment. Great job!!! Looking forward to my next visit in four months.

I first of all loved the front office staff treated me and the dentist assist. Wow amazing ! Manager was just so cheerful, and happy to be at your service. Well about the dentist Mr. Richard, I dont know if you ever been seen by a dentist that actually treated you as if its your fault if you would of brush better or just made you feel ugly overall? Then you must come to see how great doctor Richard will treat you, lets just say he made me feel as if I had teeth even if sadly I just have 8 left in my whole mouth,like no worries, He's got this . Need I say no more? So if your down and out and truly want to walk out with a great smile this is the place. To be continue lol! Hygenist was a little rough on my gums when cleaning.

. The people who work there seem to like each other and that makes the atmosphere pleasant and welcoming. All the latest equipment also makes it less uncomfortable. They tell you up front what it will cost and they work with you. I don't like going to the dentist but they take the sting out of it.. Literally!

tech. was too hyper/frazzeled for me -though she was very personable and nice. too many shots that hurt-isn't there a numbing shot before you get shaken to your ear and your throat with numbing shots. got my tounge in the way of the drill , it hurts more now-4 days later than my jaws and gums. Worst dental i've experienced but also the most invasive- i have utmost confidence in my dentist and will continue my treatment plan. on the whole i have total satisfaction with coast and will continue as a client as long as they take my insurance!

It is the same story every time I have an appointment. My last appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m. I show up 5 minutes early. 40 minutes later I'm called. Then I have to sit in the chair another period of time until my treatment plan is completed. Next time why don't I give you my cell number and 5 minutes before you are ready for me give me a call.

The only complaint I have is that the hygienist is always called away during the appointment to take measurments or other for another client. It has happened during every appointment. Sometimes it happens with the dentist. It is very annoying to sit there waiting in the midst of your appointment with your mouth partially completed. It insinuates that the practice is greedy to get as many people in with no respect for the client. I have spent thousands of dollars this year and resent being treated this way.
