I took my 11 year old in because she had a toothache a few days prior. They got her in within a few days of the call. Once there, the xray tech was great. He was funny, friendly, and professional. The doctor, I felt, was equally as good. He was honest in telling me she had no problem with her teeth. Instead of taking advantage of the good dental plan and finding something to bill us for. He showed me her molars and theorized the new molar pushed on the tooth in front of it causing tooth pain for a brief time. He also showed me a few other things about her teeth and I got a better look at her teeth than I ever have, which is great because she will begin phase 2 of her orthodontic care soon, and it's nice to see clearly what's what in there. They charged me nothing for the visit and I will continue going to coast dental myself and now will continue taking my daughter there as well. I couldn't even get her regular dentist office to return my call to schedule an appt. So Harp Dental lost a client and Coast acquired one. The only issue I had, which is a biggie, and almost worth giving 3 stars instead of 4, was that her appt was scheduled for 2:00, we sat in the waiting room for 1 hour and 15 minutes!! We didn't get taken back until, 315. The same thing happened last time I had an appt there as well. I get maybe being as late as a half hour, but over an hour, twice?!. I hope these were unusual circumstances, because I really like it there in every other way. Thanks Coast!
