staff is as always friendly and helpful, services were done professionally. My only issue is the wait, it is at least 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I get that some may run longer than anticipated but it just seems I wait no less than 15 minutes .

Dentist is never my favorite place to visit, however, I'd have to say after breaking a tooth and getting a crown, the experience was impressive,,,little discomfort but NO pain, very professional, quality equipment and I'd hate to say it was a pleasant visit, it actually was pleasant. The whole team, from the sweet gal up front to the assistants in the back, and to the main dentist Gary Aspinwall, the best that I have seen around, and I've been around a time or two. Highly recommend!

While we waited a while to be seen the orthodontist was very through explaining everything once we got back there. While we can’t be helped further from this office we definitely overall had a great experience and would recommend it to others .

Went in for an initial exam two days before leaving for a three week business trip. They found an imminent problem and were able to fix it the same day. I also loved how we collaborated to outline treatment for a couple of evolving problems. Great team, great service.

I was given several referral forms and when I called the phone for Dental Specialty I was told that your office should fax the form. I was also told that they would do the RCT but your office would fill the tooth. None of this was explained to me. I will stop by the the office in a few days to clear it up. Other than that it was a wonderful visit. I learned more about my bad tooth than I have learned from any other Dentist. Everyone else was great too. Thank you everyone.

I always have a great experience at Coast Dental. Everyone is nice and friendly. Very detailed in explaining the health of your teeth, evening when it comes to cleaning. Honest in their opinions and recommendations and there is no pressure to purchase any of their products.

I was very happy to have found Dentist Gary and his staff.

We moved to Florida in the last two years and since our move was using the services of a dental provider in Bonita Springs. NOT a good experience. Our friends recommended Coast Dental which has the distinct advantage of being much closer to where we live. My first experience with Coast Dental was excellent and promising in that we will have the same dentist all of the time-----a departure from some of the other dental providers.

You stood by your warranty with no questions asked. As it should be, but often isn't with other vendors who find fine print to give an excuse not to. Professional and prompt.

Dr. Aspinwall, his hygientist, and the rest of his staff are excellent. They are as good or better than my dentist in Natick, MA.

I showed up without an appointment and they went out of their way to accommodate me.

In the past four years I have always my visits to Coast Dental in Island Park Shopping center. They have always been courteous, friendly, gentle, thorough, very informative, and highly professional. I will continue to enjoy their dental services.

Coast dental Island Park has a warm and inviting staff which is unfortunately rare among many other dental practices. They take the time to make sure you completely understand the procedures, why they need to be done, and the costs -- all upfront. Dr. Aspinwall is very knowledgeable and clearly an expert in his field.

Upon evaluation, dentist was able and willing to start remedy which involved a 2.5 hour unscheduled visit

Had another great experience with Liuva. the only surprise was a second quote on a crown that I need done. I was in in December and was quoted $705 to do the work, 4 months later that quote became $775. Seems like a 10% increase in 4 months is too much.

My first visit was fine, although the 2 1/2 hour time spent seemed excessive.

Prior to this appointment I was not satisfied with the wait time however this visit was very good. In and out in 15 minutes. THE WAY IT SHOULD BE,

In the past year my appointments have been rescheduled three times by the office. Alternative appointments were not to my preference as to time and date, but I had no option but to accept. I have never received an explanation as to why the rescheduling was necessary, and I have never experienced this with any of my previous dentists.

I called in with a broken tooth and was able to get an appointment that same day.

My appointment was for 11:00 am and they called and said "we are sitting around doing nothing and would you like to come in early' i said yeas and got there at 10:30, was taken to a room in five minutes and sat there until 11:00 waiting to see the dentist. He fitted me for a partial and left the room and returned in 10 minutes and said the partial was too thick. I was also scheduled for a cleaning and they left me in one room for approximately 20 minutes and sent me to another room for the cleaning. When cleaning they apparently loosened a filling that I had just had done about a week prior so the dentist had to drill out the loose filling and re-do it. All in all I was there from approximately 10:30 until 12:45 pm. too much time.

I have been to many dentists in my life, and I really do like Dr Aspinwall the best - His work is good and his personality is great, and his staff is also very friendly and pleasant. It's as good as it can get for a visit to the dentist~

The only problem I have with Coast Dental was the wait time. My appointment was for 10:30 am and I did not see anyone until 10:50 and did not see the Dentist until 11:10. My treatment was completed by 11:50 AND I just feel that is too much time for the total visit. I was there for a total of one hour and twenty minutes.

I had a crown come off and needed it replaced.
