Dr. Ziatyk and Ms. Lynette Anderson, Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator provided excellent care for me as they solved my tooth problem. My experience with this team of wonderful, professional, knowledgeable women made a very positive impact on my senior dental years that I will never forget. I have no fears of getting my future dental treatments with this doctor and her assistant. This is ALL because of THEM.

The dental procedure was the best experience I’ve ever had, the dentist and oral hygienist were very sensitive to my sensitivities to the extent that for the first time I was physically comfortable being worked on. Some of the equipment looks a little out of date. But if it gets the job done, that’s fine by me. Although... the X-ray machine is still the later version, and that DOES hurt, as we ALL know! Hah I really did overall enjoy my experience with the dental team!

I love this dentist/orthodontist office. I have a new doctor for my braces but it hasn’t phased me, the transition was smooth and everyone is so nice every time I come in.

I hadn't been to dentist in over two years time. Luckily, Coast Dental had availability to schedule my appointment, which also went great. The staff was very inviting and expressed general concern. Also, the dental assistant's we're very reassuring and explained each dental procedure, accordingly. I would definitely recommend other patients to there office.

All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hygienist that performed my cleaning was extremely thorough and clearly took pride in her work. The doctor was efficient and completed 3 fillings very quickly. I was shown my bill before any work was done so there were no surprises. Very enjoyable visit for someone who had not been to a dentist in years.

My hygienist was not only sensitive and courteous, she also offered suggestions about how I can care better for my gums.

This is the very best dental office i have ever been to the staff will make you feel like you are a family member.they take the time to make sure you understand what needs to be done simply put they are the best!

This was my first visit to this office. The office personnel were very friendly and professional. I will be transferring care of my family to this office. I hate the dentist just like everyone else, so I was real nervous when I entered the dentist's office just the other day. It was my first time going to this dentist so I did not know what to expect, I was waited on immediately by a very pleasant soft spoken young lady who helped me register fast because she had all the necessary paper work together and was ready to wait on me. within 10 minutes of my appointment time I was called back where I had one set of x-rays done by a very skilled tech. I say very skilled because I have never been to a dentist that did not have to redo my x-rays many times because of my crazy shaped teeth. The dentist gave my teeth a very thorough exam with very little discomfort. My examine was explained to me in plain words by my tech who assisted the dentist, which I find very helpful and calming. The day after my visit I was contacted by my tech to discuss more ways that I can save money getting all the work that I needed done. Within 10 minutes I was able to save almost 50 % off my future dental expenses where I can afford to get all my teeth fixed and still feed my family. By the way I am terrible with names I think my tech's name was Sasha if I am wrong sorry I still think your amazing and you chose the right career good luck with your future.

Overall everyone in this office is super nice and professional. Today my 83 year old dad had his teeth deep cleaned. The hygienist Lewis showed his very best attitude with extreme kindness and careful. the young doctor with black hair and handsome face and heart warming smile. Their price is reasonable too. Kim is an amazing hygienist. I return to this office over and over again just to see her. She seems to be the one consistent person in a highly transient environment. She is always prompt, efficient and kind.

I was very happy with my recent experience at Coast Dental. They were able to fit in the minor dental work I needed the same morning after the dentist saw me. Dr. Saladi was great. Stephanie (who comes from the Newberry office) was EXCELLENT in her care and compassion and organization of what I needed done. The only downside was that I had to wait over a month to see the dentist, and they scheduled my appointment for a different time than they had told me on the phone. The time was likely a one time error, and hopefully the ability to get an appointment will improve once they have a full time dentist again.

I've been having my teeth deep cleaned by Kim for, literally, years. I can't imagine anybody doing a better job. When I went in for my most recent cleaning, I was expecting someone different. To my delight, Kim was on the "job". What a blessing she has been to me!

As dentists with Coast Dental have come and gone through the years I have remained a patient, because my dental hygienist is the best!

My son had a lot of pain in his bottom right baby molar in which the dentist found he had a cavity that was touching the nerve and needed to be pulled. The dentist was skeptical about doing it, but she didn't want my son in anymore pain and I gave her the ok to pull it and although he was scared, the dentist did a fantastic job. She calmed my son and explained everything she was doing and took her time since she knew he was scared. My son had some pain later on after the Novacaine wore off, but I gave him some Advil and he is feeling so much better and doesn't have much pain. I love Coast Dental. They are GREAT! My oldest child goes there and I recently added my oldest son as well as myself. I love the Coast Dental Practice!

Also her two ladies(Cassy) that helped with my crown. They are great. Kim is a great hygienist! I love them, its like going to hang out with my girls.

I have been a patient here for a little less than a year. I have continually been impressed with the willingness of the front desk staff to try to accommodate patient needs and scheduling. Dr. Schrader, who is new, seems like a very caring and thorough dentist. I recently was squeezed in for an appointment last minute and the staff and Dr. Schrader gave me focused time and attention. I have been very happy with this Coast Dental.

I was expecting a cleaning during my first visit, but that's without happen. I received treatment for gingivitis, and the treatment ended up being somewhat painful, ha ha, but it ended up working and I got my cleaning this time! The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful!

The Hygienist I had Lynette was very friendly and explained everything to me. It had been 9 years since I went to a dentist and I was not looking forward to going back to coast dental but I'm glad I did. Lynette made me feel at ease and attended to my anxiety!

Everything went well. I liked the mag in the waiting room. Told my hygienist I won't have read it, if there had been anything else to read. I took it home with me. My hygienist always does her best to follow up on any problems I mention. She looks at troubling spots and does her best to advise me about what to do.

This was my second visit to this Coast Dental location in a month. My first visit was cut short because my x-rays were not obtained from my previous dental clinic (another Coast Dental location) despite the staff telling me that they would take care of it. They were quite good about rescheduling my exam and for the same day and ensuring that they would have my x-rays. They did obtain my xrays. I arrived 20 minutes early and was taken in right away (which was also an improvement from my first appointment in which I was taken back 30 minutes after my appointment time). The dentist did a very thorough exam and was very polite. The hygienist (who was new, or possibly a fill in) was very nice and seemed to do a good cleaning. Overall, I was happy with this visit.

They did very well. I was very happy with everything.

Since October when the new orthodontist took over ,we have absolutely no complaints. The office staff has always been a pleasure to work with and now so is the orthodontist. I have never had dental insurance, before moving to Gainesville. I have had a super long term relationship with my home town dentist. Also, I have been fortunate to only need hygienist services. Since having an accident, that involved my teeth, I have seen Dr. Chen twice. This was the practice that I was assigned to use. The staff has been great & I am so pleasantly surprised with the entire office.

Most offices provide a new toothbrush toothpaste dental floss more instructions that you could keep caring for your teeth and gums once you leave at this office not of that was provided at the end of service. The hygienist however did a good job with the cleaning.

I am very happy with Coast Dental, especially Dr. Chen. Previous dentists at the same office did not inspire the same confidence as he does. The staff is very good, they seem a little overworked but you get the sense they're trying their hardest and want to make sure every customer is satisfied.

Dr. Chen listened to my concerns about different treatments following root canal work at the endodontist. He made suggestions and we agreed on a treatment. Work was done and so far, all is well.

The wait time is always very short and the staff is very friendly. Kim does a great job cleaning my teeth, very efficient.

After I broke a molar, the staff worked me into their schedule fairly quickly. The doc rebuilt the tooth in short order and let me begin a vacation with peace of mind.

The Coast office I go to is organized and professional. They call to remind me of my appointments, and I never wait more than a few minutes, even if I come early! My hygienist is Awesome! I have been seeing her (Kim) for a number of years. I like the dentists I have seen there. The only frustration I have is the turnover of dentists. They never stay very long, so I have to get used to a new one each time one leaves. I saw Dr. Kasabian for almost 7 years and that was a record! Dr. Garaway only stayed about a year. Now I see Dr. Chen, and he seems very good; very competent and professional. I think I will like him, I just hope he stays a while!

Tooth Extraction performed. I missed my initial appointment because I had the wrong time on my calendar. However, the Front Desk Assistant was able to give me another one just a few days in very short time. Dr. Chen and his dental assistant did a great job, and am happy with the service.

I didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes to be called back. The staff were friendly, informative and helpful.

I was very happy with the service. If I am being honest, the office could use a modern update. My last 2 dentists offices had a much more modern set up, with tvs in the treatment rooms. No complaints, just honest feedback.

Upon arriving I was met by friendly staff, friendly dentist assistant and the dentist. Each handled their job in a very professional manner and put me right at ease. Very thorough in initial exam and made recommendations as to treatment. I was pleased. The second visit was with the hygienist. Again, professional, friendly, caring and made sure I understood each aspect of of the procedure taking place. Superb!

I had an emergency and they fit me in immediately and took such good care of me. I am very pleased

I was in and out in no time - with an almost relaxing 45 minutes in the recliner. Staff were pleasant and attentive.

Kim is a wonderful hygienist. She is patient, thorough and explains everything to my understanding. The girl at the switch board needs to project her voice better, speak louder and clearer. When she called to remind me of my appointment, I could hardly understand what she was saying.

I have been a customer for more than 5 years with Kim as my hygienist. I can't comment on the dentists because I have seen a different dentist almost every time--they are coming and going like revolving doors, and this trip did not require a dental exam, only a cleaning. The reason I come back is because Kim the Dental Hygienist is wonderful! The staff is courteous as well. If there was one area of improvement it would be in the emphasis on costs/payment before the care is done. I have never experienced this anywhere else before, and it is very strange and not very customer service oriented. Since I am used to it by now, I don't mind, but, for new patients being confronted with the cost list before you start is intimidating and very off-putting. Also, I've done some comparison shopping, and Coast Dental is more expensive than other places. I only go back because of Kim. If she ever left, then, I would, too.

Was very happy with my visit as I was able to get a cleaning and a filling done in under a hour. Great customer service - all the staff were incredibly friendly. Not the most thorough cleaning I have ever had but my teeth felt good afterwards & the hygienist removed most of the tartar.

Dr. Kenny was very informative, gentle, and professional during my recent visit there.

I've been very pleased with the overall service we've received at Coast Dental. My 9 year old has an Autism Spectrum Disorder and I was very concerned how he would react and also how patient the staff would be with him. During his two visits to the office I have seen a very warm and welcome reception from everyone. His Dental Tech. has been very understanding and patient throughout the entire visit. Thank You to the entire staff!

Everyone was very nice and kept me informed, but seemed understaffed as i waited 30 minutes for an exam. It was nice to see other people stepping up in order to help though.

The people at Coast Dental are very good. Everything was taken care of promptly and carefully. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and coworkers.

The task was difficult, but the dentist and assistant did not give up. In the end the work was done. I was well-informed before the work, and told what to do to keep things clean, etc. afterwards.

Everyone very nice received excellent care. The visit cost more than expected, with insurance. Was under the impression by going to in network provider, Most things would be paid for. Have not been to dentist i along time and was expecting the other services I DECIDED to take. I do not know how much difference it would have been in my rx if I had not taken them. I would like for the different type of cleaning and the benifit of them to be explained to me when I go back Dec. 24, my insurance pays for a cleaning but do not know how it would rate compaired to other types. I am new to Gainesville & also to having dental insurance. I have always had a close relationship with my dentist. I was not looking forward to this new experience. I had a real fear of the unknown; however, everyone, in the office, has been especially nice and efficient.

I was particularly impressed with Kim. She was forthright in presenting all treatment options. Dr. Kinney has performed one piece of my dental plan, and I was satisfied with his work. He was a real person - most dentist are rather impersonal- in sharing with me his recent dental experience. Lynnette was willing to make sure I was satisfied when a discrepancy occurred in a procedure cost. Overall, so far, I am happy.

Excellent customer service orientation in a laid-back, comfortable setting. Dentist and staff were personable and good at easing anxiety. Prices were very reasonable and I trusted all recommendations of dental pros == didn't feel as if I were getting "sold" stuff I didn't need. I believe I've finally found my long-term dental family and will definitely be returning and recommending this practice to anyone who will listen.

Every time I have schedule an appointment at Coast Dental they have never kept my original appointment and then when they need to reschedule I can never reschedule to my needs. I always have to go out of my way to rearrange my schedule to fit to them. I think they need to improve on this or I will not be coming back!

My experience a year ago wasnt bad; the receptionist and gal who processes insurance were fine. But the information I received this time from every single person I interacted with, was a superior experience. I'm saddened that I have to find over 1200 dollars out of pocket even though i have some insurance; but I feel the diagnosis and the education about my diagnosis is genuine. I really had a good experience on my return visit to Coast 8/15.

I am not a good dental patient - in fact probably one of the worst. Extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work. I had a cavity filled and there was absolutely no pain and they were very accommodating and understanding of my phobia. I would definitely recommend and will continue to go back.

I havent been to a dentist since i was a young child. I was explained everything and given a charge sheet so I would know what to expect. They were very helpful and explained everything. I even had to go back to get my cap ground down because it was too tall and I was in and out and felt so much better.

The dental assistant had some trouble getting the right positioning of the x-ray cards in my mouth. Kim helped and we were done in a flash. The x-ray shield was VERY dirty. Dr. Garaway and Kim reviewed my treatment needs thoroughly.

Same complaint as always - no one introduces themselves or states their title. Why aren't name tags with job titles required? I'm getting tired of always having to ask people what their name is and what they do or are going to do to me. I've posed the question before - does anyone read these comments?

I was told originally that I had three cavaties. When I got there, they said they made a mistake and I needed a crown on one. There is a serious cost difference and it is going to ne hard for me to get the money together. I didn't appreciate the cavalier attitude of oh we made a mistake--no apology at all

I asked for advice about my partial denture which no longer was comfortable. Kim gave me advice, but when she noticed than an anchor tooth was loose, she called in the dentist to make sure that what I was doing was right. I've followed their advice, and my partial fits much better now.

Needed to get my teeth cleaned after three years without cleaning; you required a exam and recommended a a$1,500 treatment program. I cannot get a simple cleaning. Looking for a new dentist.

I was a little concerned changing Dentists - forced by an insurance change but was pleasantly surprised. They were very efficient and only recommended procedures that were needed (in my case, I had a cavity which they identified to my on the xrays). She was thorough and took the time to explain all procedures. I would definitely recommend.

Kim Stanley is the best Hygienist---friendly and professional. She fully explains the treatment plans.

Kim was very concerned about a problem she found with my teeth. She expressed her concern clearly and explained what I could do to prevent bone loss. The dentist was also quite friendly and interested in me as a patient.

Great staff who are very helpful. Facilities and equipment appear a bit old. Have been asked if I could consider changing my appt 2-3 times so far due to a clash - I guess the appt system needs an upgrade too?

Kim made this appnt. SO MUCH BETTER than my last. I still think they charge too much for procedures compared to other dentists I've researched, however I didn't have the time or energy to make another first time appnt with another, so I bit the bullet and paid an arm and a leg for an intense cleaning. Kim was quick, friendly and made the dreaded experience actually fairly easy and painless. Kim is amazing! She made me feel at ease and offered really good realistic advice on care. I can't say enough about Kim. She's the reason I'm returning. Thanks Kim!

I visited this office for the first time and everyone was super friendly!! I haven't changed my dentist since i was 11 so i was really nervous to trust someone new. Plus I hadn't seen a dentist in almost 7 years...I knew I had issues. Everyone was nice and explained everything so I could understand it. They even broke everything down so that I knew exactly how much I would be paying on my next few visits. The location of the office scared me a little because of the things surrounding it. but don't judge a book by its cover! Awesome experience.
