Coast Dental was great! The staff was patient, kind and professional. The waiting room was clean and relaxing. The physician was professional. I look forward to getting my dental issues addressed there. I’m usually uncomfortable when it comes to going to the dentist. However, I am a lot more optimistic about returning to this office.

I will return to my fifth visit to get a bridge installed that has been plagued by poorly fitting appliance and extraordinary pain issues during preparation.

Everyone is so awesome! Wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else! Thank you all for being so nice and treating us like family! A special thank you to Miss Unis and Dr Sharon!

Very friendly office

Having hip replacement surgery and needed to have some dental work done. Have extreme anxiety in dental offices due to a previous very bad experience. Everyone here was fantastic and made my visit as comfortable as possible. Had two teeth pulled and can honestly say it was a breeze. I will definitely be using them for my dental needs

The receptionist was very friendly and kept me somewhat informed but I waited 1:30 before I saw the dentist and then it only took her 5 minutes to fix what I needed. I made an app. so I wouldn't have to wait.

On August 8th, I walked into the Coast Dental Kissimmee office located on 2310 East Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway and I was greeted with nothing but hospitality from the staff. The dental assistant that took care of me was Eunice, she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. She had a warm and welcoming presence to her and that's exactly what I needed. She made sure I understood the entire procedure, and the aftercare that came after. I will definitely be returning to that location for future appointments.

When I moved here in 2012 I found a dental office from our insurance. They were a large company with offices throughout FL but they had horrible customer service, rude employees, and it was always difficult to get an appointment that fit our needs. This was routine at all 3 offices that I visited. After calling around to different offices I soon realized they were pretty much the same. Finally, my husband found Coast Dental. I have to admit I was skeptical and reluctant about going to any new dental office in Florida. But, Coast Dental was a pleasant surprise. The girls in the front office returned my calls within 24 hours, they were pleasant and courteous, the dentist was knowledgeable and kind and the dental assistant was very friendly. The treatment plan was clearly explained and above all their customer service was awesome! I did have to wait 30 minutes from the time of check-in to being called back but, it was my first visit and I know new paperwork can take a little time to get organized.

I am having dental work done that requires follow up visits. I have always been nervous when going to the dentist for anything. Second visit, still not nervous! Dentist and assistant very pleasant and friendly, and they make you feel relaxed. First time I have experienced this going to a dentist!

I am a scaredy cat when I go to the dentist. I used to get sedated for any dental work when I lived up north. I started coming here since last year and had a thorough exam and was able to fix all my problems. I decided to hold off on this crown until this year but when I came for my hygiene appointment last week I told them I was ready to get the crown done. They were able to schedule me within 3 or 4 days which worked perfectly with my work schedule. The treatment was easy going and reassuring. I really like the lady who checks you out, (sorry I didn't get your name) she has a great attitude and personality. She thoroughly explains payment plans and always has a smile on her face. The dentist is very kind and sweet and does great work and made sure I was comfortable. Their waiting area and restrooms are very clean, which is a must for me. I would highly recommend Coast Dental in Kissimmee. I give the entire team an A+!!!

Having a fear of dentistry my hygienist was completely understanding and made my visit easy, thorough and reassuring.

On February 6, 2017 I had my routine cleaning at the Kissimmee East 192 office. Nicole, dental assistant, is very professional and compassionate. Judy, dental hygienist, is extremely professional and careful since I am 78 years old and my gums are sensitive. I am satisfied and have used Dr. Balsa for over ten years.

My first visit left a good impression, I hope I found my new and permanent dentist!

I've been coming to Coast Dental Kissimmee East since around 2006. Every visit has been professional, efficient and the dental hygienists are really to be commended. At my last visit in July, 2016, my hygienist was Nicole. She is the BEST. Because of my age and having so many caps and I'm on coumadin, it takes a very careful hygienist to clean my teeth. So kudos to Nicole and all the other hygienists who have cleaned my teeth twice a year.

I came to Coast Dental this week after a recommendation from a friend. Everyone was super friendly and professional. The office was clean and ran very effectively and efficiently. I have finally found a great dentist office after eleven years in Central Florida!!!

I was 30 min late due to being lost for 20 min despite me always being early to places.. Lady at the front said I was late but I had all my paperwork already done and told her I called a couple times. Despite that the lady that checked my teeth the first day was extremely friendly, I loved her. The second day I came for my cleaning the first lady was friendly as well and the hygienist could of been but my overall experience was great. No cavities as well after 2 years.

I have a pleasant experience at Coast Dental

The office staff is super friendly, however I am a bit phobic of dentistry so getting my crowns in was a bit rough and I wish I was able to call the office on Friday to let them know that one of my crowns may have been knocked loose when I received my hygiene cleaning. Office closed early on Friday so I couldn't go back to get it adjusted, but I am sure they will be able to help me on Monday. I was able to schedule me next appointment with ease and understood how much I would need to pay out of pocket with the financing program they have. I had and overall caring and inviting experience, I just wish they offered sedation dentistry.

These are the nicest people I've ever seen in a dentist office! They took me on an emergency, and I was in such pain. Mercedes was so gentle with me and very patient. Marilyn helped with the financing and is so nice. Dr. Balda did a great job and even my temporary teeth look wonderful! I'm so glad I went to Coast Dental.

Overall, everything went well at my recent appointment. I liked the way my teeth looked after the visit. The biggest negative was the poor condition of the waiting room. The chairs were worn and the floor was dirty.

I've gone to other office but none compare to the customer service at Coast in Kissimmee. Others have had newer machines, etc...but their service isnt the same. The staff at Coast in Kissimmee are friendly, helfpful, caring, etc. I am ALWAYS welcomed with a smile and treated as they have known me for years! They have been so helpful when I have needed to reschedule. They don't pressure.... I could go on and on... GREAT office!! Walk into this office and its like I'm in a small town where you know everyone.

Leonora Tuason is an excellent dental hygienist. She is kind, gentle, considerate, informative and thorough. Dr. Maria Balda is pleasant and highly capable in checking and putting on crowns. For a person 75 years old all of these characteristics are important.

The dentist wanted me to purchase a bottle of fluoride treatment at a cost of $14. I gave them a ten and a five but since they had no change I wasn't able to get the treatment.

My appointments with Hygienist always have unreasonable waiting time. It is your company proceedures that cause this - not the Hygienist. Yesterday I waited 45 minutes for my appointment.

The service I received on May 8, 2013 was excellent. The girls at the front desk were friendly and professional on the phone when I made the appointment. The dental assistant was professional and pleasant and put me at ease right away. The dentist, Dr. Balda, made the removal of my stainless steel crown easier than I expected. The assistant who fitted me with a temporary crown put me at ease, did an excellent job and my bite is perfect with no problems. I had severe anxiety when I first got to the office. But it didn't take long for me to relax and feel safe and not have so much uncertainty because they explained every step to me.

Everthing worked out very good. The cap was glued back it. It never come out and that was many years ago. So far so good.

DR. BALDA GIVES A 200% SERVICE, .DON'T LET HER GET AWAY. WE NEED HER. SHE IS ONE IN A MILLION. I'M 90 YEARS OLD AND BEEN TO MANY DENTISTS.
