First visit was today and what a great experience. The staff was efficient and friendly. Visit included X-Rays as well as a cleaning. No pain with the cleaning experienced in other dental offices. Procedures were explained prior to beginning. I will definitely continue with this great office.

Amber & April were both fantastic, helpful, & thorough during my appointment. Grateful since I had such a rough experience at another dentist. Dr. Lake was very pleasant and informative. I found my new dentist!!

Today I did my scheduled cleaning with my hygienist Amber Christensen. She did an amazing job and provided excellent customer service. I have worked with other hygienist, however, I have never felt the satisfaction that I did today after working with Amber. Great job , young lady. I look forward to my next visit.

I had an emergency with a crown over the weekend and they got me in first thing Monday morning, after leaving a voicemail they called first thing! I would recommend this office to everyone! Very pleased !

Dr Lake was a delight and his bedside manners was great. Dr. Lake and his lead staff was GOD sent. : Super tidy and clean. The hygienist was more than explanatory when it came to telling me how to floss and when. The Dentist did not hurt me, he simply asked if it hurt -- i winced and he said okay, it hurts doesn't it. LOL -- he was very well groomed. Incredibly professional. And I will be returning for more dental health care.

I felt very relaxed and had total confidence in demist and assistant. That said the office staff did outstanding with my insurance company. I have already TOLD SEVERAL people I work with how great the office did.

These guys are absolutely awesome. Between being busy and just putting it off I hadn't taken care of my teeth the way I should after an accident. They have been helping my wife for years and she told me to go and I did. They made me feel right at home and everyone was above and beyond friendly. Even though my blood pressure did go up some while I was at my app. And even through I was some what embarrassed the staff was very professional.

I had a crown fall out the week after Christmas. I spent most of my morning trying to find a dentist office that was open due to the holidays. When I would find one open, they were booked solid. Not only did Coast Dental fit me in, but the crown was being stubborn and not wanting to accept the bond, they were awesome and didn't give up until it was properly seated!!!! I will definitely be switching dentists!!!!!!

I called to make an appointment on an emergency basis for a broken tooth. I was given nothing but the best care. I had not been to a dentist in quite some time due to a bad experience, and explained that to the staff, they treated me with the greatest care and made sure I was ok through the whole process.

I adore this woman. She has made my "dental life" very comfortable and I actually can't wait for my appointment. When I have a question or don't understand something she explains it to me so that I can understand it. I love the way she talks to me or hums while she works on my teeth, it puts me at ease, I'm done in no time...no twisting tissues or squeezing my hands till they turn blue. waiting time not so good, office temperature is soooo cold I always wear long pants, sweater, socks n closed in shoes even when it's in the 90's outdoors, last time I was there the thermostat was set at 68 degrees, even the office staff complained.

I had a temporary then permanent crown put on after a root canal. Crown matches my other teeth and is lined up so my teeth are even.

Suzan, the hygienist, is great. But sometimes I feel that addt'l services are recommended because we have good insurance and it benefits Coast financially. I had never had a crown until I came to this practice ... They always recommend crowns to my husband as well.

My cardiologist wasn't concerned about my use of coumidin, but I needed reassurance. Dr lake treated it very carefully to make me fell good. Everything worked OK and appreciate Dr lake for taking the extra time, I hope I didn't upset his schedule

The office is way to cold even the people who work there complain about the cold temperature, and they are never on time. Perhaps they need to not schedule appointments so close so they can keep on schedule better. Other wise they are terrific and I am completely satisfied.

Hi - once again the staff is stellar (courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable etc.), but appointment times are a myth. An 11:30 appointment got me back in the office at 12:20.... this is the only blemish on an otherwise good experience with the work performed on me, which was extensive.

I was getting my permanent crown. It didn't fit correctly but the doctor took the time to make the necessary adjustments. A day later, it feels fine except for some sensitivity to cold drinks which is normal.

Had a filling /coating applied to my teeth. Dentist and assistant were very sensitive to my needs and very professional.

I waited at least a half hour before being called back.

I have had good experiences with Coast Dental. Their staff are friendly, caring and up front with the costs of care. No surprises. Wait times are usually very short. Come in, get in and get to work!

The temperature is ALWAYS way too cold.. Even the staff complains.

Was in and out quickly with little pain for a wisdom tooth extraction. Everyone was very friendly.

Very professional, very personal and informable on care for my mouth to keep also a healthy body. Really like this hygienist.

The staff is super but keeping to a schedule is not their strength - perhaps because they are giving each patient the time they need.......not what is allotted. I had a lot of major work performed with the final work to be completed mid March. Cost seemed quite high but in the ballpark of others. Suggest you learn to relax and wait if you go there, but you should be pleased with the results.

First Impression is very impressed. Now I need to see if your understanding of results is the same as mine. All Office Staff are great and cordial, which is a GOOD THING when going to a Dentist. I'm impressed with all Staff AND the Dentist too ! Now the "SKILL" part comes. The better skilled, the longer lasting the results. THAT's where ths rating has real meaning. The last question of "Would you refer a friend to our practice" is a bit presumptuous and has to be answered with a "NO". I don't know what type of work is being done. Until I do, I have nothing to recommend.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE DR LAKE AN THE GIRLS TRAVEL TO GO TO THEIR OFFICE

Not only do I receive quality care , I go to a dental office that deeply cares for it's patients. You don't feel like you're going thru a production line trying to make money with no regard for the patient. It feels more like your own private dentist and staff taking care of you as if you were a family member.

The staff at Coast Dental is wonderful but keeping to a time schedule is not their strong suit. Yes, it can sometimes be difficult to stay within a schedule...but all times I have been there I have waited OVER 1/2 hour which to me, is unacceptable. Others may not find it that way. I now book first appointments of the day to ensure no waiting. Hygienist is wonderful, knowledgeable, and thorough. Dr. Lake seems to be "on top" of things. I would recommend to others but warn about not keeping to appointment times. By the way - I have more work to be completed and have no hesitation about returning there to have it done.

overall experience is good. the temperature was a little better, but still cold. If I was a working person or someone who has a time schedule to keep the wait time would be completely unsatisfactory, but I am retired and my time is more flexible however that does not mean my appointment time should not be meet.

I've been in twice. I've always been afraid of the dentist but Dr Lake and his staff have been wonerful . I almost look forward to coming in for my cleaning.

I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday at 2:pm. Due to high holiday volumn, the office was running a little behind. I had to leave ( had another appt.) but was able to reschedule for the very next morning. I returned the next morning and my dental work began. The procedure went much better than I anticipated ( I have this anxiety in the dental chair...have all my life ) and I am looking forward to completing all my dental goals ! Dr. Lake is so pleasant and compansionate and GENTLE. The entire staff was very helpful ( I am a returning patient - and they all were just wonderful welcoming me back ) !

For a procedure that was only suppose to take one to one &half hours, turned into 2.5 hours. Not enough help or Dentist to turn patients around. Whole time in the dentist chair, but it just takes to long for procedures!!!!!!!!!

THE WAITING WAS TOO LONG TO MUCH MONEY FOR A CLEANING

came in for a tooth ache and received a complete tooth makeover or will by the time it is all over. They do a good job of making sure all your dental needs are met. I just hope I can pay for it all. They do help with getting you financing to assist if you need it which is nice, I can't wait until I can chew again.

Everyone very friendly. Only concern is the tamount of time it took. I undeerstand that a new patient needs to see muliple people but I would have aprreciated an upfront discussion of what was planned and the amount of time it would take.

I really don't know what you want here. I had periodontal mainenance, antibacterial irrigation, and topical fluoride varnish done.

Everything was fine, except I waited 45 minutes until they took me. My appointment was at 8:30. and I had filled out the paperwork ahead of time, so I just sat and waited until 9:15 when they called my name. I live an hour away, so I got up early, drove an hour, got to the office at 8 0'clock because I didn't know how long it would take me, and then waited even more time to be seen. The dentist and office staff were friendly.

I was very pleased with the quality of care provided by Dr. E. Lake and hygienist Susan. The rest of the staff were also friendly and courteous. The wait time was long but once I got in, the service was timely and efficient. I plan to return for my maintainence.

Overall a good experience. Wait time was longer than expected, but the office appeared to be busier than normal because of the upcoming holiday. There was also a slight miscommunication with insurance, but the office handled it quickly.

Excellent service and wonderful caring professionals. If visiting a dentist can be a pleasure this experience was just that. I was also thankful for the payment plan that Coast Dental offers.

Everyone is nice and approachable even when they are busy.

I was extremely disapointed in the wait time for my appointment. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Once my name was called, I then sat in the exam chair for another 20 minutes before someone came to help me. Once I was helped, the staff was incredible. They were all very nice and helpful.

Couldn't figure out you were running 1/2 hour late when I was first appointment - it was explained as one staff did not come in....OK, I can understand that - we'll see how you do next visit. Everyone at the office was pleasant and seemed to REALLY care for me and my mouth -- Dr. Lake was exceptionally patient explaining things as was Susan. I actually have no complaints.
