You get what you pay for. I pay more at this dentist than my friends do but they agree they don't get the service that I do.

I liked my teeth

I see all these bad comments about this place. I walked in and everyone had a smile on their face. They told me I’d have to pay $20 something for an X-ray and ended up not charging me since the other dentist messed up. They’re awesome! My appointment was quick and they answered all my questions without getting frustrated like most doctors and dentists do. I recommend them!

I want to start by giving a huge shout out to Dr. Klaib and his amazing staff for one of the best dentist experiences I have ever had in my 48 years of life! As a person, who’s pretty “frightened” of the dentist as a result of a awful experience at a young age this was the right place for me, I was referred to Dr. Klaib from a friend, it was a “hike” due to the 60 minute commute however it was worth every second. Dr. Klaib and his staff took time to explain everything in detail, Monica, Dr. Klaib assistant was also wonderful and gentle. They were understanding and took things at my pace so I would not freak out. One word to describe Dr. Klaib “phenomenal” DENTIST

My 16yr old son had all 4 of his wisdom teeth removed. The surgeon didn't even come out to speak with me, the parent. The dental assist was giving me discharge instructions as she was putting my son in the car.

Dr Klaib is the most professional and The mouse intelligent in Tampa bay he care for his patient he explained the procedure and he make sure that i was Okay with it. and Jacqueline the hygienist's did grate on my cleaning. Thank you guys your awesome.

The Dentist was so caring and empathetic to my 14 yr old who was in the hospital for a month after having a psychotic break and made sure her concerns were addressed. Also made sure she had a cleaning that was cancelled due to her being in the hospital.

I was very satisfied with everything. Thank you for making my partial tight fitting I never expected that. WOW!!!

Entire staff was awesome and accommodating. Doctor was very personable and down to earth. He was able to articulate my dental needs in a way that was clear to me. Great Staff, Nurses and Doctor.

I went into Coast with a dental emergency, and they got me in within a half hour or so. Prices are reasonable/ about right, and they helped with financing since this was an emergency on my part. While not a big, fancy, place, the staff and dentist were great and they got me fixed up quickly and pretty much painlessly, too.

Had my teeth deep cleaned. Went well, with minimal discomfort. Although the cold air coming out of the a.c. above the chair was alittle cold and uncomfortable.

Fast and friendly. They are also friendly to the really rude patients that don't like anything that's not their way. I've never had any problems and enjoy my visits.

My only complaint is the time I spent for the whole appointment in general. I believe when you have a long case as like I did. Then do not book so many patients at the same time. I understand you have to wait for the meds to numb up the area but after that the doctor was interrupted many times and had to leave to see other patients.

Excellent! Attentive service with the patience and care you want for your teeth. Dr.Klaib was checking in on my pain level tolerance as he was fixing my teeth and I was number so well, I couldn't feel a thing. He even did this cheek shaking technique where I didn't even feel the needle. I can't recommend his service enough. Jaqueline gave me the most thorough cleaning I had ever had. She explained build up in my teeth, and cautioned me about the weakness in my gums.

The staff was great,friendly and not pushy when upselling dental work. Will be back soon and already refered a friend.

I had a fantastic experience, Dr. Klaib is hands down the best dentist I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, with excellent interpersonal skills as well as dental knowledge. The front office staff provided great customer service and were extremely competent.

I had oral surgery by FernandoJimenez DMD, He made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. No abnormal pain caused during my surgery. He was just great and made my day! I have always hated to go to the dentist, but most of the time my experiences at Coast Dental have been so pleasant , that I enjoy my visits. I love my hygienist, Jakleen Moussa, RDH.;she is amazing. If she ever leaves Coast Dental , I'll go with her. I also love my dentist Charbel Klaib, D.M.D., if it had not been for the way he treated me and explained the procedures I had done, I would have never had them done. Both are very special people, I encourage you to do whatever possible to keep them in your company , for they are EXCELLENT both as Doctors and HUMAN BEINGS. They are very professional, but caring. For me to feel this way about my hygienist and dentist is unbelievable. I love them both.

This was my first appointment with Coast Dental, I was very pleased with service... there was only a short wait time to be seen, and everyone was friendly and helpful. They were even able to replace my fillings that same day so I didn't have to make another appointment for later.

I was able to get in on quick notice. And further being a first time patient I was amazed that Dr Klaib, and Monica stayed overtime on a Friday of Labor Day Weekend to insure my work was complete. Great experience. Friendly staff, Dr Klaib conducted a thorough exam, explained all my options, and simply explained all phases of my treatment. His dental assistant Iris is very professional, took numerous X-rays and provided comfort and ease during the office visit. Great job!

On Friday, I started having bad tooth pain. The only option I had at the time was to go to the ER. So of course I went. The ER gave me Tylenol 3 and antibiotics. Today is Monday and the pain still wasn't gone. I also got sick from taking the Tylenol 3. When I got to work, I was in so much pain that I had to leave. After calling around to different dentists, I chose Coast Dental because they were super polite and would be able to get me in today after I called my insurance company to switch locations. Once I got to the office, I filled out the normal first time patient forms turn turned them in. I waited for about 5 minutes, then was called back. Once called back, they took x-rays of the tooth that was bothering me. Because they had to have a special doctor/surgical dentist review my file and determine what to do about my tooth, I had to schedule an appointment for a few weeks later. The dentist could see how much pain I was in so he numbed me up and cracked some jokes so I felt comfortable. He then said "I'll give yurt something for the pain so you will not be uncomfortable until you're seen again" At this point, I couldn't stop laughing because I was finally out of pain. When checking out, he passed by and said "feel better"or something along those lines and when I went to pay the $5 co-pay, the nurses and staff were cracking jokes and made me feel so comfortable and confident. Out of the 5-6 dentists I've been to, this office and staff was by far the nicest and fastest. They had me in and out in no time and had me out of pain. I'm actually super excited about my next visit. These people made me feel at home and I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you Monica and Dr.Giroux! And the rest of the staff. You're all amazing and I'm never going anywhere else <3

I am very happy with Coast Dental. They treat you like they care about me. I can ask anything anything and they listen to what I have to say.

Both Dr Giroux and his assistant were very kind and understanding of my reasons for not wanting to have any more dental work. The Doctor seemed very efficient and had good knowledge of the procedure. Of course, I hated to pay that high cost; especially not having much income. But the actual work done, seemed good and the temporary tooth fits good.

Andrew Giroux knew I was nervous and he made sure to change that right away, He was very pleasant and comforting and he talked to me during my entire procedure. I felt no pain and I could feel Dr. Giroux cared about my comfort level as much as he did my procedure. As for my procedure results------I am very pleased with the look of my new denture and partial.The assistant and others working in office were very friendly and helpful as well, even going beyond their regular duties placing phones calls and assuring my transportation home was secure. Coast Dental in S. Lakeland gets nothing but a top rating from me. I have more work to be done but I'm no longer afraid. I know I'll be in good hands,:)

I get fully informed and get to be part of what it is going on with my kids. Previous places I took them would just take them back and send them out and I never met the dentist. Coast Dental I have met just about everyone and they are always prompt when there is an issue.

This office was very accommodating by scheduling an appointment on an emergency basis as I have a broken molar. After seeing the Dr. they immediately scheduled an appointment for the dental surgeon the very next week. Thanks for your willingness to see me so soon.

My son has anxiety and the hygienist was so calm and soft with him. She spoke to him and gave him sympathy. I really like her a lot. she also gave me education which I appreciate as it helps me keep my son on task with his mouth care. GREAT experience.

Honestly, in contrast to every experience I've had going to the dentist, I found this crown to be the least uncomfortable. Dr Claib was very good. I find Coast Dental to be the best.

I can't say enough about how fantastic Coast Dental in Lakeland is. From the moment we arrive everyone is friendly and accommodating. If Dr. Gibbs can keep me calm during a dental procedure that is saying a whole lot. Dr. Lockhart is always great with the kids. Dr Gibbs and Belinda were wonderful. I found the examination rooms to be somewhat dirty and the chair in the room had a split seat cushion. The walls had dents and dings and missing paint.

I thank Dr Gibbs for treating me with respect, not merely an account number. I believe he is a good investment to Coast Dental. I have referred 2 friends of mine to see Dr Gibbs and I learned they are well treated.

I was very dissatisfied with my visit with Dr. Salomon. He is very patronizing, and talks so fast you feel confused when you leave. I won't be seeing him again.

Though the staff was very friendly and took the time to explain things well, I had a very long wait time between checking in and being called back. I scheduled an appointment for 3:30, arrived in tune, but wasn't called back until 4:25. I wouldn't have needed to leave work early if I knew I would have waited so long.

Overall, it was a good experience. The wait time was very long, however. The lady who did my xrays was so very, very nice. The ladies up front, however, were not particularly friendly - but not unfriendly either. My hygienist and dentist were very nice.

I appreciate the fact that the dentist office was able to give my son an appointment due to the pain he was having with his tooth on a Friday afternoon when I called on a Wednesday to schedule it. The numbing medication didn't work so the tooth wasn't able to be extracted after we had been in the office for over a 2 hour time period. The staff and dentist were very friendly and professional.

Had minor oral surgery. The doctor was very professional and answered any and all questions. Really put me at ease along with his assistant.

upper partial great thus far (returning 7/15 for permanent crown). still working on adjustment to the bottom partial. I've referred three friends to Dr. Gibb who have become his patients. I've noticed improvements in the waiting room although the carpet appears to be quite stained.

I received 3 communications from your office vie text, email and phone call. I confirmed my appointment via email, and received the phone call to confirm the appointment after the fact. You have 3 methods to reach out to your customers shouldn't you have a qualifier when one of those tools are responded to so we are not getting repetitive dialogue?

Margie was sweet and professional . She was only a temp, I don't do well with new dentists and Hygienists coast dental seems to have a lot Of turnover.. Also I don't care for the practitioner handling the billing I think it belongs at the front desk.

I did not appreciate the gold-digging atmosphere I receive from being told I would "need" braces or invisaline as if I wasn't aware of my one non-perfectly straight tooth and I really did not appreciate that I was basically told that my dental history has nothing to do with genetics and is completely my fault.

In the past, I have generally been satisfied with this facility. This most recent visit was terrible. I waited an hour and ten minutes past my scheduled visit time to be seen by the dentist only to be told the appointment with him was unnecessary. Shanna, the hygienist, was professional and courteous.

Everyone is very friendly, helpful and good at their job. Communication seems to be a problem though. I was told on a return visit that I was referred to Dr. XYZ, which I was not aware of, and when I called for a referral to Dr. ABC I was not told. Also, I called for a referral on Thursday and gave them the fax # for Dr ABC to send it. It was not sent until I called back on Monday, appointment on Wednesday, and then the day before my appointment they want me to come by and pick up x-rays which could have been taken care of before. Also I get the feeling that everyone is busy with several other patients while they are working with me. They are in and out of the cubby a lot.

One of the ladies that examined my teeth was rougher than I feel she should have been. Everyone was very nice and friendly but I left feeling overwhelmed with all the information given to me and not fully understanding all of it. The pain I was having from my tooth, which is why if was there in the first place, was never addressed except for a prescription for an antibiotic but i'm sure that will all be covered on my second visit..

From Misty (xray tech) to David (Hygeniest) & of course Dr Benedict, all was great...all I have to do now is find the funds to pay for the services in the future. Very well explained to me as far as my options, etc.

Everything was fine except for installation of the last temporary cap....was not installed right...and it came loose wth the first bite of real food, and I had to return the next day of installation and have it reinstalled correctly.....It seems alright now. Thank you very much.

I can't say enough about the professionalism of the staff at Coast. Except for a few hiccups early on in appointments, Dr. Benedict and Monica and other support staff were terrific.

Aftermy first visit to have a broken front tooth removed and eventually replaced I returned for my 2nd visit only to find that Dr. Benedict was involved in an auto accident. I was rescheduled for two weeks later. At that visit after waiting for about 1/2 hr I was told that Dr. Benedict was behind in the schedule and was asked to reschedule my visit for two weeks later. I arrived on time at 10:30 am; was greeted by Sarah at that time and prepped for Dr. Benedict. Sarah left the room and I did not hear from anyone for one hour!! Dr. Benedict appeared and I asked what is happening? She replied, "I don't have an asst" "can't find her" Then asst Monica appeared to prep me for Dr Benedict. All went well after that interminable wait.

My experience with the South Lakeland Coast Dental has been very good. The staff from the ladies at front desk, to the cleaning techs, to the doctors have always been professional and very caring.

I thought you did an excellent examination only I thought sitting in a chair for 2 hours was a little too long....other than that I was very impressed with your whole staff everyone was friendly and very professional.

Although I didn't wait in the waiting room long, once I was in the chair it was an hour before anything was started on me, I do not find that satisfacotry.

It was okay, everything was good except for the long wait time. I can understand that some things can happen and things go on longer than expected but it was still away too long of a wait, especially since people who got there after us got to go in before us and we came thirty minutes early.
