The entire staff was pleasant! I felt comfortable being there from the time I walked to the end of my appointment. I am very satisfied with the service and treatment I received.

Wonderful, professional, and compassionate. I hate going to the dentist, (causes so much anxiety), but this place makes it much less stressful. Dr. Ike is caring, quick, and efficient. She takes the time to talk to you. You are not “just a patient”. Ketura is equally matched with her. I appreciate their gentle work and you will too! Give them a try.

I’ve been here on two occasions. Once was to get a cleaning and the other was to get fillings for some cavities. Both times, the front desk staff and the staff who takes payments were amazingggg. My insurance was acting a little funny but they went above and beyond to help me out. When I went in for the cleaning, it was a bad experience. Granted before this, I didn’t have a teeth cleaning for a couple years so I was due for a deep cleaning. It was so painful that I cried in the chair and the person who cleaned my teeth didn’t even notice, and if she did notice, it was not acknowledged. I was also supposed to be “numb” but felt everything the entire time. The second time I went back for fillings, the doctor (a different doctor from the one who cleaned my teeth) and her assistant were amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently and explained to me everything that I should expect. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and I didn’t feel a thing. My fillings feel great and I will be returning if anymore pop up. Im not sure if I would return for another cleaning at this place.

My experience at coastal this time was really great from a receptionist on up.

Started procedure before my scheduled appointment time. Explained every step before doing same. Explained what to do after procedure. Asked if I had any questions.......TWICE.

5 star service every time I visit the facility period

Great initial visit at this office! I intentionally chose this location because of the black provider, to find out the entire office is ran by black women. The service was great, from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist and the hygienist. They provided clarity to what I need and were very knowledgeable of their craft. I look forward to continuing my dental care at this location. The highlight: The dental assistant that serviced me was Haitian. Representation matters 🇭🇹

Everyone I met at the office was so nice to me and they thoroughly explained to me what I needed done. Will be bringing my entire family here.

BEST Coast Dental. Staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and get me in and out. I've never in my life actually looked forward to going to the dentist, but they make the experience great and I always leave feeling like I just got veneers or something!
