I have a severe phobia of dentists with extreme anxiety. Dr Choi and staff were so very kind and understanding. After 4 hours of surgery I felt safe although still scared.

The wait time was a bit long, but service was kind and considerate. Everything was clearly explained and everyone responded readily to my questions. Making and appointment was easy.

Everyone in the office is very friendly and they give you great service as well as making recommendations as to where treatment plans are best for your specific needs.

Dr Choi is wonderful. Soft spoken, gentle and makes sure you are comfortable during treatment. Brittany is a doll. Does her best to see that you are happy with the work she is doing. Very Pleased. First time in 46 years my husband willingly walked out to go to the dentist.

Excellent work, appointment dates, the best staff I have ever dealt with. This is the first time I had absolutely no pain or discomfort with a tooth extraction. Once again the team was excellent.

Brandy, Iris, and Dr Siri are very friendly, explain everything well and are sensitive to your feelings and needs.

Dr. Choi was absolutely wonderful! I felt very relaxed and comfortable being there...if it wasn't for Brittany I wouldn't have been as calm as I was. She was very thorough and gentle..she is great at what she does. I will most definitely be coming back!

My replacement crowns are the best I've ever had. They fit and look great.

I don't think anyone really wants to have a dental procedure. That said, I think Dr. Choi and his team go out of there way to make things comfortable for their patients. They are friendly and respectful. They thoroughly explain options, benefits/risks and costs of procedures. Very happy to have found this practice in Punta Gorda. More than willing to follow Dr. Choi to the N Ft Myers location.

My extraction was easy with no pain or complications afterward. I was concerned because years ago I had a secretary who had an extraction and she died in the dentist's chair. Doctor and assistant were very reassuring and calming.

I was forced to go here because my visit was due to an injury at work and after reading some of the reviews was quite skeptical. However, I was very pleased with the services provided by Coast Dental and Dr. AlRubaie, DMD. They went out of the way to make sure that I was comfortable and went at a pace that worked for me. They also saw me immediately following the cracking of one of my temporary crowns to get it back into place. The first 2 permanent crowns arrived, mirrored the rest of my teeth, and were installed without incident. I would recommend to friends and would not be worried if forced to go here because of a workers compensation claim. Very satisfied with the work so far.

I hate going to a dentist. I had 2 teeth pulled from up back side. One on each side. I had a great experience and look forward to my next appointment. Mohammed is a great dentist who will crack a joke or talk to you to relax you and take your mind off the situation. Did I sat in hate going to a dentist, I did till I came here

Going to the dentist is one of the scariest things in life, in my opinion. Yet Dr. Alrubaie and the staff at Coast Dental made me feel safe and comfortable. I appreciated the time they took to explain the treatment to me and to answer all my questions. Awesome, all the way around.

The first treatment, some confusions related to insurance coverage, however it was resolved. Already got the 2nd and 3rd appointment for the next 2 treatments. Charges for treatment were in details, very good accounting of billing statement.

Quick attention given to Diagnosis and Resolve Care

As a new patient who recently moved into the area I was nervous about having more work on my teeth, and discouraged that despite my best efforts it seems to be an ongoing process. The staff at Coast Dental are proficient and when it was explained how my teeth are doing, I felt much better about getting further work done. They were patient and concerned during my visit and made the procedure and follow-up clear to me. I felt great about choosing to follow-through on my dental care when I left and trust that at Coast Dental the right hands on my teeth!

Dr. Raach worked with my nasty molar (31). Previous dentist couldn't get me totally numbed so I needed to see Dr. Rouch. Don't get me wrong - it hurt and was pretty rough - but he was very calming and reassuring which made it a lot better! He even called me that evening to check in on me! :) Thanks Dr. Rauch!!

Wonderful staff and very professional .

My son went in for a root canal and he has never had to do a visit without me with him. I had to leave him in the care of them and he actually came out with a smile on his face and happy afterwards. Which is hard to believe that anyone would after a root canal and he has had very little pain afterwards also. I would for sure use them again for anything I needed done

Dr. Brown has a great personality and really knows what he's doing. His assistant, Doris, was also great to be with. She also knew her job and did it very well. But, I won't go on a Monday morning again; too long of a weight (I do understand that they had a specialist there on Mondays.

Had to wait 30+ minutes past my appointment time, but other then that, things were good.

The only thing I may suggest is if we have a referral from another dentist saying what we need, I don't know why we have to visit twice? I came from an hour away to have my sons mouth open for about 5 seconds to confirm that was the tooth he needed a root canal done. Then we had to return a week later. Would have been nice to make one trip. Other than that, dental assistant was great and so was the doctor!

Good place to go

I was able to see the dentist the next day after I called. He took xrays and was able to treat me. It is two days later,and I have none of the pain I had. Dr. Brown and his assistant were very easy to get along with. I'm so glad I found them. Plus, it' a little over 5 miles from our home.

The Dentist is the best one I have ever dealt with . I just wish it didn't take so long to get my full set of dentures but I trust the Dentist and know he is doing what is best. He needs bussiness cards so I can give them out on the street to people who need a Dentist.

We thought you were very good and friendly. I thought the service was pretty high for what was done but I don't know what is the going price. But it is pretty costly when you are on a fixed income and insurance doesn't cover that much.

Dr. Rauch is the finest dentist I have ever had. Calling me at home last night after a 2 hour root canal is beyond expectations.. He is not only very capable but is very kind and understanding. I have been with this office for many years. Everyone from office Mgr, Anna to all the DA's do an excellent job and especially little Ira who always seems to "be there". Dr. Brown is new in this office but he seems very nice. I go for a crown tomorrow - wish me luck.

I am very pleased with my treatment at Coast Dental. They greet me like a friend and not a customer and the dental staff is very good and try to make me comfortable. I never worry that "I have a dentist appointment today". I just go and trust Soraine to be as good as she is.

My wife had an appointment and needed immediate treatment and we did not get it until I called and insisted that we needed it IMMEDIATELY and we were told to come right in. We did and Dr Poe took care of the problem.

I saw this office to see the specialist for root canal. From the front door on back everyone was helpful and freindly and the procedure went smoothly. The doc even called later that evening to check on how I was doing.

The hygenist was very professional and efficient. She clearly explained my options regarding a standard cleaning and an additional need for an antibiotic for some of my lower teeth. The receptionist was also very helpful, providing me with x-rays to give to my dentist in the north since I will be gone for a few months this summer.
