Very friendly new dentist, Dr. Smith-Ortiz who will handle my implant procedure

It was a good first visit

It’s farther from my home, but I got an early appointment at this branch.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend this location to anyone.

My son (6) is always nervous at the dentist. They put him at ease and really were great with him. He was able to get X-rays and a cleaning done which he’s never let any other dentist do before. So excited to find this office!

dr. z is the only dentist i would go to, he made my teeth look amazing after years of build up and stains i couldn't remove. he recommended things to do to help keep them as healthy as i can and looking good in between appointments. he takes care of my son’s teeth as well and we both always leave feeling very happy with the work done and our new smiles. :)

I love this dentist. I came in with a horrible fear, but after treated I realized that i wasn't scared anymore. I love everyone in that office. They are so polite, and so nice with their patients. I told everyone I know to come to this dental office. I love my new smile, Thank you Dr!!

I was terrified of dentist till I met them!! The doctor is so sweet and so are the girls up frontera, and the assistant! I have to say I still get nervous When I have to go but they just make you feel comfortable!! I tell everyone about Coast Dental!

Great Attetion and service

Very nice dental tech and doctor. A few items could use replacing or repair in office (perhaps building owner needs to address this), but overall happy with their care and explanations. My daughters were treated very kindly and loved the toy box upon their exit. Will return.

I get severe anxiety attacks going to the Dentist. I was treated as if I was the only patient that day and time. Betzy and Dr Naide spoke to me throughout the entire procedure and kept me focused on breathing and staying calm. Two molars were pulled and 24 hrs later I'm feeling great! Awesome team!

I've been to the Water's Edge location twice this year and so far I have been happy with them. The appointments were fairly quick, the waiting time at the office was fairly quick and the staff was friendly. I've had the initial exams and 2 cleanings and so far they haven't tried to sell me any extra services, which most places seem to do these days (I compare them to mechanics).The hygenist I had, Ayman Zaki, was very pleasant and caring.

I will be back in 6 months!

The staff did an amazing job. I am so happy with their service and care. They never gave up until the problem was fixed. I was in a lot of pain before I came in and They addressed my issue in a timely fashion. Doctor Carlos De la Torre and Betsy were amazing and I can't thank them enough for what they did for me, and for how caring they were. I would recommend my loved ones, or anyone to go to see them.

It was time for my teeth to be cleaned. The dental hygienist Ayman was great at his job. Cleaned deeply yet did not cause bleeding. Alert me when the sit was going to come down and taught me how to floss. Highly regiment.

I needed two fillings. My appt started on time. I was done in about an hour an still made it to work on time :-)

Everyone is friendly and professional. Dr. Mercado is amazing, he explains everything he is doing and makes you comfortable. I came in with pretty bad problems going on with my teeth, I wasn't judged and they seen me the day after I called to make an appointment. I highly recommend coming here for all your dental needs.

The oral surgeon referred to me had me anesthesiated, the tooth out of my head and wound stitched up in 2 minutes flat.

Seated right away, prepped quickly. Waited over an hour for Dr. to complete the process.

If I have to go to the dentist this is the one for anyone who has a phobia to go to. The dentist is a darling person who isn't out for your monetary. Very honest and informative. All the office staff are sweethearts. I am sorry that I need to go to their other office for my dental work. I just hope the other office is as wonderful as this one.

I have been satisfied from the moment I contacted your office by phone. Your front desk staff actually answered the phone! The young lady was pleasant, courteous, and acommodating. When I came to the office I was met with with same quality of care by everyone who cared for met, including Dr. Mercado. He was polite, knowledgeable, & patient with me. Last of all, but certainly not least, is the Hygenist who cleaned my teeth. Her caring did not end after all the work she did for me; she followed up a day later by calling me to find out how I was feeling! I am flabbergasted! The care at Cost Dental in the best I have ever had from a doctor's office! I recommend these guys to everyone!!!!

I Loved these people!!! I need a lot of work done. Where a lot of dentist and assistance have been not so friendly. Theses guys really made me feel good about myself. The doctor is awsome and sits down with you to explain each problem and ways to fix them. Instead of hitting me with a huge bill plan they broke each procedure down and we made a plan. Most important first. The only problem is their Lab takes forever....

This is the second time I've been to Coast Dental Water's Edge. I liked the appointment reminders via text message, the staff is been super friendly and polite to me, the two dental assistance I've worked with have gone out of their way to explain the procedures and their necessity. I also didn't have to wait more than five minutes to be seen each time. I'm a fan!

I'm a regulat patient in this office and obviously would't be if not satisfied with the competency of the personnnel.

Need to give out free samples toothpaste toothbrushes and floss.
