I needed an emergency appointment as I cracked a tooth during the Covid-19 pandemic. Being a new patient, I was able to be seen right away. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistant to the dentist was extremely helpful, caring and thorough. I was referred to Coast Dental by my mother and I’m glad I took her advice!! Thank you to the staff!

I was in alot of pain from a bad tooth under a bridge. They got me right in and had to remove my baby infected tooth. I'm on antibiotics and still have pain from the infection. Thank God they got me in right away.

I was impressed how efficient the dental hygienist and nurse practitioners were. The showed me on the computer my X-rays and exam as it was happening. She clearly addressed my issue and highlighted the problem. I was told they could fix the problem but after a thorough exam and extensive cleaning, my issue was not resolved. I was unhappy regarding my insurance and paying twice for teeth cleaning and an exam and no attempt to refill my loose filling... Not sure why? However,I was very pleased with there service. My real issue is with the insurance company...

Check up and cleaning

I was only in for my regular cleaning and also annual X-rays and checkup. I was taken right on time and when I realized I forgot to take my antibiotic recommended by my orthopedic surgeon, the dentist called a Rx in to the Publix next door so I could take it right afterwards. They were very accommodating, thorough and quick.

As always I was very please with your office's service and attention to detail. When you installed this particular Cap we discuss the posibility of it failing, so at a recent quarterly teeth cleaning when it was discovered that the cap was loose I was prepared for the worse. As it turns out it fell off and you and your staff was able to get me in for a quick appointment where you cleaned, repaired and reinstalled the cap good as new and for no charge! Thank you very much and I will see you in 3 months....

I thought my appt was for today and took my antibiotics 1 hr prior to scheduled visit. When I called to verify I was told my appt was for the following Monday but because I had taken my antibiotics they fit me in two hrs later. I was so happy. I never have a complaint with anyone there.

A valued dentist and friend who we have been going to for 14 years. He and his dental group are the reason we are in our 70s and still have our own teeth. He takes care of our dental needs, and sends us to a specialist if needed. His dental hygienist Tracy is the best there is.

I just moved to the area and had to find a dentist quickly when I lost a filling due to my tooth cracking. Coast Dental in Palm Coast saw me quickly - temporarily repaired the tooth, and I just went back a couple weeks ago for the crown to prevent the tooth from cracking again. The swelling and pain has subsided, and so far I am extremely happy with both the wonderful care I received in the office by all of the staff, and with the work that was performed. I am a big baby and am EXTREMELY picky about my dentist, however I am comfortable here and will be making Coast Dental my primary dental care office.

A visit do the dentist is not considered an enjoyable experience. My visits to the the dental clinic have been consistently pleasant. The staff is very nice and likable. My last visit was especially remarkable. I was scheduled for a dental procedure; yet apparently Dr. Gordon reevaluated the necessity of the procedure and rather than following through referred me to a specialist for an evaluation. I was not charged for the visit. The procedure could have been easily performed and I certainly would not have been any wiser. Thank you Dr. Gordon

The crown was ready and inserted without event. I had forgotten I was combining the pick up with my semiannual visit, but the x-rays and exam were fitted in with the crown work.

Dr. Cooper is one of the kindest, most reassuring people I have met in a dental setting. Everything was explained to me and Dr. Cooper told me exactly what would be done. My experience on having a tooth extracted was very positive with this office. Dr. Gordon was so so understanding to my nervousness on having this done. It was my first couple visits to this dentist. I live on a tight budget and needed the costs for the services that I needed done told to me in advance. The staff was very polite and sensitive to my needs and presented me with a outline of the procedures that would be done and the cost associated with them. I was very happy to not get any surprises!!!

The staff here are the most caring, compassionate, and honest staff I have ever met and that says alot from someone with an extensive fear of dentists. When I think of going to the dentist, I think of "Little Shop of Horrors" and the dentist in that show. So needless to say I was a little scared and a lot nervous when I walked into Coast Dental of Palm Coast! From the moment I came into the office, I was greeted in a friendly yet professional way. In less than 10 minutes Angela came to escort me to an area in the back. Angela has the PERFECT personality to deal with the stressed out and scared public! She put me at ease immediately. Then came in Dr. Gordon. He is the best dentist I have ever been to in my 67 years!! He is kind, gentle, good-hearted, and reduced my stress and concerns immediately. I have found a 2d home in Palm Coast!
