Dr. Soyano and her team are just stellar. She took her time and ensured my comfort, practicing with grace and precision. I have had terrible experiences with fillings previously, but with Dr. Soyano I didn't have any of those issues. She is kind, patient, and truly cares about her work.

By living in several different states and having a hereditary gum/tooth disease, I have been treated by several different dental practices. Hands down, this was the best treatment I have ever received. I had to call two different locations due to the fact that they were overwhelmed with appointments at their other locations, however, I was able to find one of their locations that could see me within a week. From walking into the door until I left it was one of the best experiences I have never had. In the past I have always dreaded going to the dentist, although I think I have found one that I'm actually looking forward to going to my next appointment. Thank you guys again and see you soon!!

I was very pleased with this experience. The new dentist was very thorough and cheerful. The hygienist and financial person were sensitive to my financial situation and provided payment alternatives when it turned out my insurance no longer offered dental coverage.

I have been going to Coast Dental for many years...For the first time, Sarasota office has kept the SAME hygienist, Front desk & Dentist in their office for a few year now! Thank you! For awhile you moved people around and so as a patient I never knew or had them get to know me..which is important! When someone asked me who my dentist was, i did not know because most likely the one that was there was not longer. So Thank you for keeping the same employees in the same office. They are all VERY professional and kind.

We moved our dental care services to the Coast Dental Beneva Sarasota location when Dr Amber Kibby was moved there this past spring, and we are so glad that we did. Yesterday, Bill had major bridgework done, a three hour procedure, which was completely painless, comfortable and cost effective, just as we had expected. In addition, the receptionist and dental aids are extremely friendly and helpfull. They even found us a Credit Care program that spreads payments over time without interest charges. Couldn't ask for much more.

I've had a few sessions with Coast Dental on Clark & Beneva, and it's been very good. They're giving me treatment for gums, putting in composite fillings, and helping with some more serious issues like crowns and bridges. Very friendly, helpful and professional. I did have to wait too long on my first visit, but I think that was an exception.

The dentist and staff explains everything prior to doing it. The dentist is very gentle and speaks fluent Spanish!

I had my appointment changed primarily due to my stopping my Vit.C at least 5-7 days prior to the extraction.I am so grateful sor your staff for signing me up with Care Credit in order to pay your bill in full even prior to the completion of my new crown,.

Dentist and her assistant made my visit to their office has painless as possible. They always kept me informed about what they were doing.

This was my first appointment with a new dentist. I needed a crown and I had been saving up enough money to afford the procedure. I ended up walking 3 miles in the cold rain. I was afraid I would be late if I waited for the bus to come. When I arrived at the office, I was told that I was too late and that everyone had been sent home becuase they thought I wouldn't show up. They had the wrong phone number for me and hadn't been able to confirm with me. Thankfully, all of the staff had not gone home yet and did agreee to work with me. I was very pleased with the dentist and assistant. I was able to get my temporary crown that day and even made it to the bus on time for the ride home, since it was raining quite hard by then. I appreciate the customer service and professionalism that followed after the initial confusion and miscommunication. We can all make mistakes, but I would have left and never returned if I had been refused treatment on my first, very important visit.

This time I had a great person and with a real professional atitude to clean my teeth. I asked about her and she is a 'temp'. She should be hired 'full-time' by Coast Dental on Clark Road in Sarasota immediatley before she leaves for a permanent job somewhere else.

When i had a work related injury to my tooth, my work comp provider sent me to coast dental. I was immediately impressed with the welcoming enviorment. Going to the dentist is nnot my favoirte way to spend my morning! Becuse my problem was work related, the doctor had to set up a tx plan and wait for approval. After a few days of waiting i was getting a little frustrated because my tooth was really bothering me. The office mgr was in constant contact with my insurance trying to get the work done asap. On the day of my root canal, the dentist was very generous with the anesthetic making it a pain free experience. A kind and careful hand was nice too when u have someone drilling in your mouth! Thank you..

I wish the dentist could have spent more time explaining my visit with me.

Was very glad that I was able to see the dentist, Dr. Suarez, before we headed up north for the summer. I had some issues with my two new crowns which turns out it could be related to the flouride toothpaste I had just started using. Dr. Suarez was very reassuring and said to call if something came up later that might be a concern to me.

Katie is 5 STAR! Loved the dentist also! They both went out of their way to help me!

Every treatment suggested was a separate cost. Feel like Coast Dental nickle and dimes a person. Not fault of this office or employees but of Coast. Doesn't leave me with a lot of good feelings about customer service.

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist but my recent visit with coastal dental was Great ,the staff was very friendly and the dentist made me feel very comfortable and most important there was no pain ,well a little ,but not as much as I thought it was, now I am unafraid of going to have my teeth checked out at the dentist office.

I was very happy with the Hygienist and the Dentist. They were very good with their x-raying and testing for what was wrong with my tooth which was giving me problems. They outlined what they could do and then set an appointment forcleaaning my teeth and further work on replacing an old crown with a new one.

Dr. Suarez Watkins is a competent professional dentist who knows her stuff. My greatest worry was that my smile wouldn't look the same...and it doesn't....it looks even better!

Dental care is average. The 3 changes in dentist is very uncomfortable as well as the staff changes each time your in the office. All this in two and a half years. The present dentist Christina Suarez Watkins has shown to have a talent in the profession as well as being very concerned with each patient and provide the best service for each persons economic situation. The partials supplied have been very reliable to date.

The dental hygentist was awesome, first explained the procedure throughly and throughout the procedure she was keeping me updated with the progress. I did not know what I was going to expect and the hygentist made me feel very comfortable before she started the cleaning.

My care was a bit confusing as there were some options that I still need to consider. But when all is said and done I hope to be very Satisfied with the end results. Everyone is very kind and helpful and I hope the customer service will continue to be as patient and kind in the future.

Facility could be cleaner.

My only complaint is that every time my wife and I visit the office we have to wait an unusually long amount of time to be seen. On my previous visit, I was not even called for 70 minutes, and no one offered an explanation until I complained. An appointment for a check-up took over two hours. My wife's appointments have been similar. This clearly shows a lack of managerial skill in scheduling; but worse, it shows a complete disregard for tyhe patients' time and comfort. It's simply rude.

Both the staff and the dentist appeared wiliing to answer all my questions and concern , and at the same time be helpful, and were competent in their duties.

I had a good examine and my dentist found out why I was having a tooth problem a few months ago. Satisfied with everything.

My only negative comment would be the time I'm in the chair. The dental hygienist left me a couple of times for at least 15 min. each time. She said she'd be gone a few min. She went to work with other patients. I only have 5 teeth to clean and I was there for 2 hours. Is there anything that can be done to shorten that time.
