I just got my uppers today. I was terrified of the tooth-pulling and numbing part of this. I have to say, I was AMAZED at the complete lack of any pain whatsoever!!! I will be returning to get my lowers. Dr. Mikhail and Jonni were above and beyond the call of duty!!! My life long fear of dentistry is no more. Thank you both!!!!!

Dr Mikhail was very gentle. Unfortunately, he was new to me so I was very nervous. His assistant Jonni was very reassuring.

I bought Humana Dental Insurance and this practice accepted it. Prices were a lot less than other dental offices I had been to. Crowns for about $750 and Deep Cleaning for about $400 for the whole mouth. I have had two crowns done and am happy with the results.

This was the second office i have been to and itbis by far the best office i have been to . they treat you like family. They truly care and understand . I very highly recommend this office and staff . i will be going to this office for ever.

I walked in on a Friday morning and the staff did not hesitate to help me nor did they show any sign of frustration or aggravation. Tanya, Johnny and the doctor were great and less than a week later and I am feeling great again! Thank you all so much!

Dr. Mikhail has a great personality when dealing with his patients. He is also extremely careful to explain every procedure before doing it. He is surrounded by a very professional team, from the front desk to his Hygienist and his dental assistant. Going to the dentist is made extremely easy.

One minimal problem will billing, corrected. I love the new dentist, very good.

I brought my 17 year old son to this dentist due to his insurance and close proximity to our house. The staff is extremely nice. It took a lot longer to get an appointment, but it was the worth the wait. Dr. Mikhail is so patient, nice and caring. My son has to get a series of work done and has been twice so far and really likes him. He needs to go back two more times this month alone and feels like he is good hands with Dr. Mikhail and his staff.

As a new patient I had to wait 2 months for an appointment, then there was an issue with my insurance but once there I was impressed by the attention I received. Everyone was very professional and everything was clearly explained to me. I have to mention everyone I interacted with as they were all so professional: Tanya the receptionist, Doreen the manager, Keisha the dental assistant, Esraa the hygienist and Dr. Mikhail. A wonderful staff and very attentive.

After 20+ years of no cavities I finally had to have work done on some old fillings and a couple of small cavities. Dr. Mikhail advises me to split up the fillings between two appointments but as a mother of 3 kids I just wanted to get it over with. Dr. Mikhail and Jonni did a great job and worked hard to get the job done as quickly as possible. They were friendly and competent and I highly recommend them!

Jonni,Dr. Mikhail and Esraa Mohamed were all friendly nolligable and professional unlike the staff and rude doctors at the highway 50 office. when my wife went there a couple of months back they treated her badly and i almost didn't make an appointment with coast dental because of it.But because my stepson goes to the spring hill office and has always said good things about them i decided to give them a chance. Glad i did.

The dentist wasn't in a hurry, he took the time to explain everything to you and generarly cared about your needs. If he wasn't comfortable doing a procedure like something with me, he refer me to a specialist. Highly highly recommended and not a long wait time either.. I was so nervous my first appointment but my short wait and their friendly staff put me at ease. My hygienist, Jonni, was spectacular and very thorough. I am actually looking forward to my return visit. If someone needs dental work Coast Dental would be my only recommendation.

Jonnie was most awesome. My first visit here and the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Everything was explained step by step. If I have questions, they always answer, even if I have them repeat something just to make sure I understand thoroughly, they're okay with it. Other dentists often get annoyed with patients who ask to have things clarified. This office though- they're ALL absolutely wonderful. I told my son how nice they are here and now he's ready to go to the dentist without being kinda scared to do so. This is definitely my permanent dentist office for myself and my family. :)

This was the best treatment I received from a dental practice. The doctor and his assistant were very nice and helped me with any questions I had about the fillings. Overall, I will be coming back as the treatments were always great.

I spent an unusually long time ( 3 hours) for my first visit. However the staff explained that they were unusually busy and apologized for the length of time. I suspect that there were a few emergencies and that put them behind. All of the staff were very pleasant and Dr. Cooper took time to give me a science lesson which I enjoyed very much.

Shelly was really great, I hate going to the dentist and she always makes me feel very comfortable. She is honestly the reason I go back .

The office staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. All of the work to be done was explained to me as was the cost of each one. The Dentist, Dr. Cooper, was extremely nice and very patient; took his time to talk to me and explain things. I also had a very nice hygienist who did a great job.

I had 1 root canal and 2 crowns done and can honestly say that it was a pleasant experience. Staff was very courteous and explained everything to me as the procedure was done, often asking me if I was comfortable or needed a break. I had absolutely no pain throughout the entire procedure.

My grandson was so happy with the hygientist cleaning his teeth.She was awesome.

The office is clean and friendly. The work on my teeth was done very nicely. I will be back again. My husband really needs work done he has a mouth full of empty spaces and what is left is rotted. He does not think he can pay the cost of fixing it. He is a disabled Vet .

I had to change dentists because my dental insurance plan had changed. I was very worried that I wasn't picking the right dentist. All of my fears were put to rest because Shelley, the Hygienist, was absolutely wonderful and Dr. Cooper couldn't have been nicer! Wish my plan had changed years ago!

My appointment yesterday was quick and professional. I was very pleased with the service.

I was looking for a place that could take me quickly as I was in pain and did not really know what was causing it. Coast Dental got me in the very next day! Every person in the building was friendly, helpful and professional. The X-Rays and exam hardly took any time at all and a comprehensive Dental Plan was offered for treatment and fast followup if desired. They had an online coupon for a free exam and X-rays which I used and even though this wasn't going to make them much money they treated me just as nicely as anyone else. I will be back.

What a difference a new Doctor makes. An honorable man, employs honorable people who care as much as he does, treats his patients as well as he does and who work as hard as he does in a calm, unconfused manner. Sometimes a hard lesson learned is that you work for the patients, not the other way around.

I was really pleased with my visit compared to the last time I was here at this office. A lot of changes have been made since the last time I was in. Most notable, your new hygienist. During my prior visit I felt that there was a huge emphasis on selling products and the office was not willing to work with my health insurance. My visit on Wednesday was a HUGE improvement, and I will not be dreading my future appointments.

The procedure was explained and felt the dentist and assistant did a great job. However, when silver fillings need to be removed, would appreciate a tent placed around the tooth to absorb all the (mercury) powder.

While I only spoke with the doctor for a few minutes, I liked him very much. Since my previous dentist had told me I needed almost $2000 worth of work done, I expected to be told the same, but instead he said that there was nothing that required immediate attention, other than to have a thorough cleaning. That has earned my trust. I look forward to a professional cleaning next week.

I have been going through a two year battle with our 401(k)s over getting money for denture procedures. Coast dental was with me every step of the way. They did everything possible to help me with this situation. Now that were at the point where we can begin treatment, They were as happy as I am. I cannot wait to begin my treatment with Coast dental and am thrilled to have them as my dentist.

Great experience. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I like the dentist. He answered my questions about concerns I have for braces. Overall great experience. Finally found a dentist I would like to stay with.

I came in for a cleaning as a new customer but after some Xrays and examination I was not qualified for a basic or standard cleaning and would have to spend a lot extra for an advanced cleaning. Your employees were very courteous and pleasant without exception but you did not clean my teeth even though Humana told me I get a free cleaning once a year and could use your business. I was dissapointed.

NOBODY likes to visit the dentist, but the dentist and the entire staff at your office were exemplary in making me feel very comfortable and any fears I had completely vanished. All my work, both physical and paper-wise, were efficient and expert. I thank you all for making me feel that secure.

I dont normaly review businesses but in this case id like to, the location is perfect. the front desk was fast and efficent, the dental asst was cool and down to earth she had to go over and above based on my financial situation. and the denist was cool to.

Very happy withthe whole staff and proceure.

Facility looks good. However, I would've preferred not to start my patient info packet with a credit card application. If that's the first piece of paper work to fill out then that makes me feel that you're solely in the business for the money. I hope its not the practice of recommending services that might not be immediately necessary just to run the cost and force people to use the credit card to pay for it.

Excellent Dentist. Everyone in this office was amazing. Dr. Morcos is the best dentist I have ever gone too. They don't pressure you to have work done you can't afford,like other dental practices I have been to before. I have already told my friends and family about Dr. Morcos and his staff.

Painful experience - the dentist did a nerve block and I had swelling and a bruise for a week and half. I think patients should be prepared for the increased pain this causes. Otherwise, I was very satisfied.

I have never had such a wonderful experience with a dentist or dental office. I would recommend Dr. Morcos to anyone without hesitation. He is gentle, explains everything, and is clearly experienced and knowledgable. I no longer dread going to the dentist!
