It's always a little tense when searching for a new dentist. My dentist for years had passed away and my search began at Coast dental in Winter Springs. Very professional and comfortable environment. I’m 7 months pregnant and I was experiencing extreme pain & had to have two teeth extracted ASAP. They helped me get my insurance to approved my procedure and they’ve taken such good care of me before , during, & after! I work at a pediatric dentistry & it was great to go to a neighbor & be treated so kindly. I even am going to take referral books so I can refer patients from my pediatric office to Dr Grisales to refer for a general dentist if my patients need one. Great people.

Ahmet, the dental hygienist was AWESOME! He put me at ease and explained everything that he was doing. This is the first EVER in my life that I was not tense during my cleaning.

I was an emergency walk-in. After going to 2 different dental offices and calling 3 others I was about to walk in to the emergency room and calling Coast Dental was my last resort. They took me with no issue and I didn't wait longer than 5 minutes. From the moment I was seen I feel like I was taken very good care of and they were able to get me a next day emergency appointment with their Oral Surgeon and the problem was taken care of within that same appointment! The office is a little dated, but it's not "dirty" as some reviews have said and I would feel completely comfortable coming back. The entire staff was great and very attentive. I highly recommend.

They were great the wait wasn’t long and they were very friendly and helpful they were so nice to me and my two sisters and even though my little sister wasn’t being the best they helped and gave her some toys and things to keep her entertained which was awesome and the best part is that when I finished getting my braces they gave me a new electrical toothbrush that’s is amazing it has a compartment where it cleans your toothbrush with a light which it’s great to kill the germs they gave it to me as a gift which was so thoughtful and for it being my first time the service was great will be going to the winter park coast dental for a while thanks you guys you guys are the best.

I work for surgeons/Doctors, so to hear him constantly thank his assistant as she passed him the instruments, was extremely kind. all of the staff are pleasant and kind.

I was very grateful to Dr Hewit for doing all she could to try and save my tooth after I broke a large piece off. Despite her best effort and after a lot of work to try and prepare for a crown fitting, she had to remove the tooth. She explained everything throughout my appointment and carried out the whole process without me feeling any pain. She saw me at short notice and was feeling unwell herself but she made sure everything was sorted out to my satisfaction at the first appointment. I really am most grateful to her and her assistant for their attention.

I walked in on a Friday afternoon after breaking one of my back teeth and I could not ask for things to have gone better. I was freaked out and in pain, but the staff and Dr Hewitt took great care of me. I don't remember the dental assistants name, but she was super nice!

It has been a pleasure to visit the Aloma Coastal Dental. The staff was kind and compassionate. Dr Erica and the hygienist Lyn was professional. They were very supportive.

I will like to CONGRATULATE Dr Natalie Sholer(Oral Surgeon)and Dr NungL(Gen Dentistry) for the SUCCESSFUL work both of them preceded on my mouth. I enjoyed the Dental Assistants Staff. The only thing is I have to wait another 6 months to go back for RELINING on my gums because of the shrinkage. My procedure were done in April having all EXTRACTIONS completed and return back to Coast Dental in July to be fitted for Dentures. I love my DENTURES and have gotten COMPLIMENTS the way they are fitted for my mouth. THANK YOU Dr Sholer and Dr Nung for your practice .

I have been to this office for several visits. The quality of the dental work performed has always been satisfactory. The office could use an update: new paint job, cleaning doors, etc.

Awesome care was given to my mother for a broken denture. The extreme effort to make sure satisfaction was above our expectation was phenomenal. The staff were quite friendly, and caring with such patience to mom"s disabilities, that I would recommend this particular location to anyone. At times the cleaning process was pretty "rough", and a bit messy with water and polish, but overall a good cleaning.

My Hygienist are the best! Perhaps you have watched the movie Finding Nemo but missed this quote, "the human mouth is a disgusting place..." - while that may be the case, or whatever qualms you may have, all these evaporate and your oral health and comfort becomes paramount when you sit in the chair. It's possible you will be too busy trying not to smile during your cleaning.

Coastal Dental is Amazing! I didn't even make an appointment and they were able to see me as soon as Possible. I only waited 4 mins until I was called back to the examination room and the Assistant was so Beautiful and Kind. Great Place to Choose for a Dentist.

Wait time was a bit long, but I appreciated having been squeezed in with an emergency. Dentist has a bit of a short "bedside" manner and acted a bit patronizingly. I can live with that if he is successful at extracting my tooth tomorrow.

The new Dr. was great. The job done was fast. No complaints.

The rooms do not match the quality of the employees. I don't know if maybe they need to be repainted or updated furniture, equipment. The rooms look outdated but the service is excellent.

the best dental experience ever ! The Doctor was so gentle and filled a cavity and fixed a chipped tooth in 30 minutes !!! The staff was so friendly too. Just an absolutely fantastic trip to the dentist !!

I would highly recommend this dental office. I have been using Dr. O'Brien for years and find him to be an excellent and more then competent dentist. He listens to what I have to say and normally tries to give options in regard to your dental work rather then just do it one way. I have some dental work that was over 30 years old and other dentists did not know how deal with it. Their answer was simply remove the old dental work and replace everything new. Not only was this outrageous, it was super expensive. Instead, Dr. O'Brien came up with a simple solution to fix my problem and make my teeth look beautiful again and it only took two office visits and the cost was very reasonable. If you have used other dentists and were not satisfied or you found that other dentists were making major productions out of your dental work you need to Dr. O'Brien. He will give you an honest opinion and not rush into anything that you do not need unless you really need it.

Best Dentist ever

I went to this company because they accepted my dental insurance Unfortunately my dental insurance does not cover what I needed to get done They took the time to stage all the work I need to get done. And the best way to do it. They have been able to accommodate my schedule and a lot me enough time for all the work that I need to get done. It's costing me 8.5k to get my teeth done and everyone has been amazing. I'm only halfway through but atleast I have the confidence to smile again

I had a bridge made and was nervous about having my two teeth prepared for the crowns. It was painless and fast! I was in and out in an hour with my temporary bridge. Then I had the permanent one placed at a time convenient for me. The dentist took great care to make sure I was comfortable during the process and that my crowns were well fitted.

I have been a patient of Dr. O'Brien for many years and I find him to be an excellent dentist who is confident in his work. In addition, he is a conservative dentist. That is, he is not going to do any work unless it is absolutely needed. If he tells you that dental work is needed you can bet that is necessary. I had dental work done many years ago that I wanted redone and I was told by other dentists that what I wanted could not be done the way I wanted it done. Dr. O"Brien took into account the work that I wanted and did the work exactly as I wanted it done and the dental work came out beautiful and has held up extremely well. In addition, he did a very complex crown on a front tooth that fits perfectly and gets extreme use and it has held up well for over 8 years. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. O'brien. I would also recommend seeing Dr. O'brien if you need a second opinion on some difficult work. Unlike other dentists who force you into the type of treatment they want, Dr. O'brien tries to give you several options and he will go over the pros and cons of each then you can make an intelligent decision about your dental work.

I got my tooth extracted yesterday. The staff made me feel comfortable. Honestly, I felt NO doscomfort or pain throughout the surgery. I recommend this place 100%.

I must say it was very easy to make an appointment. Since it was my first time, I had to be seen first for a complete check up which was fine with me. I was due for one any way. I was told that I can make an appt for a cleaning when I visit office. The staff was amazing, even though I was 10 minutes late, check up was thorough and everything went well. However, my only complaint is that I have to wait 3 ½ months to get a cleaning.

Excellent attention, thank you to all the personnel that was helping me, specially the doctor and the office manager. I had to extract my 4 wisdom teeth, I was afraid, but the experience was different once I got to the office, my fear went away. My initial appt was a good experience, I was over an hour early and I waited about 15 minutes to be seen. I was greeted with a smile and the staff were friendly. I'm nervous for my next visit but I know it will comforting knowing how they have friendly staff.

Not that the one before was bad, but Emily just has that extra sense of understanding, compassion and encouragement. I never stopped going when Emily left the first time, but am grateful that she is back.

I am completely satisfied with the work performed so far. Everyone has been terrific!

The staff at the Aloma location are wonderful! They all seem like they generally want to help you and provide you with the best possible care and on top of all that they are quick to get you in and out. The only thing that this office could improve on would be to update it a bit; ie replace ceiling tiles with water marks and maybe update the paint... Other than that this is a great place, I've already recommended them to family and friends.

I went here for some major tooth pains, they were able to swiftly figure out the issue and fix the problem. Also I am a college student with a very complex schedule, but Cost Dental was will to work with me and my schedule. The dentist saw me right away for an emergency root canal. I really appreciate the speedy accommodation.

Waited 45 minutes to begin initial x rays and exam. Another 40 to see dentist. Patient rooms were very dusty, thick layer on shelves, storage containers. Equipment looked old and worn. Personnel were professional and friendly. Won't be back.

I most likely won't be back when it's time to do the exrays. As I recall, you took about 17 or 18 exrays last time and I don't want to be exposed that long to radiation. The technician steps out of the room and I think that's a healthy thing to do. But I'll come back for the cleaning.

The staff at Coast dental made me feel comfortable right when I walked in the door. They are friendly and patient. Dr. Goldberg did an excellent job on my root canal and it was amazingly pain free! Even during my recovery time I felt very little discomfort. I will recommend Coast Dental to all of my friends.

I feel very comfortable there even though I don't like going to the dentist. Dr. Chao is courteous and cares a lot about her patients. Everyone is very helpful.

Dentist explained what was needed. i like how my son was treated. I heard there is another office in Altamonte. I was wondering if the Dentist that is treating Daniel goes to that office since is closer to whete we live.

Great atmosphere

I had a broken tooth that became infected and just last night became extremely painful. I called early in the morning and was offerred several appointment times. I chose one, arrived and was helped in a very courteous and supportive manner. I am a self-described dental paranoiac and the doctor and technicians all treated me with total compassion and sensitivity. It was a very good visit. The only downside was the moderate pressure to commit to a full treatment plan which I cannot afford.
