Dr. Frederick Pratt, General Dentist
Frederick Pratt, DDS, is a highly-trained general dentist who has been helping people smile for more than 30 years. He has a strong surgical background, as well as extensive restorative training. He and his friendly team provide dental services including exams and cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, dentures, bone grafting, dental implants and restorations, oral sedation, mouthguards, root canal therapy, ridge augmentation, teeth whitening, Coast Clear Aligners and more. Plus, his office strives to accommodate same-day emergency dental appointments.
Dr. Pratt earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University’s College of Dentistry in 1978 and completed his advanced dental education at The Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida where he received training in oral surgery, anesthesia, and implant dentistry. He also holds degrees from the University of District Columbia and Alabama State University.
Dr. Pratt has owned a private practice since 1983. Most recently he became a Managing Partner at Coast Dental Riverview. Dr. Frederick Pratt is a member of the American Dental Association, National Dental Association and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Pratt is currently accepting new patients including seniors, adults and teenagers as young as sixteen years old. When he is not in the office, he is most likely traveling or playing golf.
Dr. Leslie Fickling, General Dentist
Leslie Fickling, DMD, is committed to delivering compassionate and comprehensive dental care to patients as young as 6 years old. Dr. Fickling earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Augusta University, Dental College of Georgia, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Pre-Dentistry from the University of Georgia. Dr. Fickling is skilled in a wide range of dental procedures, including extractions, root canal therapy, crowns and bridges, pediatric dentistry, implant restorations, and both removable and fixed prosthodontics.
Dr. Fickling is known for her strong leadership, mentoring abilities, and passion for community service. She has served as a Dental Laboratory Technician at Mustard Seed Dental Lab, where she contributed to the manufacturing of high-quality dental prosthetics and developed her expertise in finishing metal, zirconia, and E-max crowns. Her dedication to helping others is reflected in her volunteer work, including providing dental screenings for elementary school children, supporting local food drives, and caring for children with chronic illnesses at The Painted Turtle Camp. Through these experiences, Dr. Fickling has developed exceptional interpersonal skills, a patient-centered approach, and a lifelong commitment to advancing oral health in her community.
Dr. Jeffrey Ingalls, Oral Surgeon
Jeffrey Ingalls, DMD, AEGD, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to Coast Dental as a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Originally from Kennesaw, Georgia, Dr. Ingalls attended the University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then achieved his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia and continued his training with an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Ft. Moore, GA. Dr. Ingalls completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the prestigious Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD, where he also served as chief resident.
Dr. Ingalls has fostered a robust practice focusing primarily on advanced surgical procedures, including pediatric surgeries, facial reconstruction, orthognathic surgery, trauma, pathology, and dental implants. He is known for his meticulous approach and commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Beyond his extensive clinical experience, Dr. Ingalls’ career also includes over a decade of service in the military. His contributions during deployment in Afghanistan earned him a Bronze Star, and later work as a Lieutenant Colonel awarded him with a Meritorious Service medal from the United States Army.
Dr. Ingalls holds memberships with several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons where he is a fellow, and he is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Outside the office, Dr. Ingalls enjoys outdoor activities with his family, including fishing and attending sports events. His dedication extends beyond his practice as he strives to ensure that each patient receives the highest standard of surgical care, driven by the latest advancements in the field and his profound commitment to improving patient health and wellbeing.
