Dr. Frederick Pratt, General Dentist
Frederick Pratt, DDS, is a highly-trained general dentist who has been helping people smile for more than 30 years. He has a strong surgical background, as well as extensive restorative training. He and his friendly team provide dental services including exams and cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, dentures, bone grafting, dental implants and restorations, oral sedation, mouthguards, root canal therapy, ridge augmentation, teeth whitening, Coast Clear Aligners and more. Plus, his office strives to accommodate same-day emergency dental appointments.
Dr. Pratt earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University’s College of Dentistry in 1978 and completed his advanced dental education at The Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida where he received training in oral surgery, anesthesia, and implant dentistry. He also holds degrees from the University of District Columbia and Alabama State University.
Dr. Pratt has owned a private practice since 1983. Most recently he became a Managing Partner at Coast Dental Riverview. Dr. Frederick Pratt is a member of the American Dental Association, National Dental Association and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Pratt is currently accepting new patients including seniors, adults and teenagers as young as sixteen years old. When he is not in the office, he is most likely traveling or playing golf.
Dr. Masroor Shariff, General Dentist
Masroor Shariff, DMD, enjoys talking to his patients about their dental care goals and providing customized treatment plans designed for their specific needs. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Master of Science in Aging and Neurosciences at the University of South Florida.
Dr. Shariff and his team offer a comprehensive list of services including dental exams, teeth cleaning, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, veneers, and teeth whitening. He treats seniors, adults, teenagers, and children ten years old and up. His team also strives to accommodate same-day emergency dental appointment requests.
Dr. Katrina Sanchelima, Teledentist
Katrina Sanchelima, DMD, is a highly experienced and skilled dentist with a passion for providing top-quality dental care to patients starting at age 14. Dr. Sanchelima earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA, she completed a residency program at Bay Pines V.A. Healthcare System where she gained extensive experience in a wide range of dental procedures including simple and surgical extractions, endodontics, crown lengthening, and fixed and removable prosthodontics.
Dr. Sanchelima has made continuing education a priority for not only herself, but the children in her community. She educated children on the importance of healthy oral hygiene and led field trips on behalf of her dental school. Throughout her career, Dr. Sanchelima’s commitment to providing exceptional dental care, in addition to her passion for staying at the forefront of her field, make her an invaluable asset to any dental practice. She is also fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
