Dr. Jeffrey Ingalls, Oral Surgeon
Jeffrey Ingalls, DMD, AEGD, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to Coast Dental as a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Originally from Kennesaw, Georgia, Dr. Ingalls attended the University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then achieved his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia and continued his training with an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Ft. Moore, GA. Dr. Ingalls completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the prestigious Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD, where he also served as chief resident.
Dr. Ingalls has fostered a robust practice focusing primarily on advanced surgical procedures, including pediatric surgeries, facial reconstruction, orthognathic surgery, trauma, pathology, and dental implants. He is known for his meticulous approach and commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Beyond his extensive clinical experience, Dr. Ingalls’ career also includes over a decade of service in the military. His contributions during deployment in Afghanistan earned him a Bronze Star, and later work as a Lieutenant Colonel awarded him with a Meritorious Service medal from the United States Army.
Dr. Ingalls holds memberships with several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons where he is a fellow, and he is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Outside the office, Dr. Ingalls enjoys outdoor activities with his family, including fishing and attending sports events. His dedication extends beyond his practice as he strives to ensure that each patient receives the highest standard of surgical care, driven by the latest advancements in the field and his profound commitment to improving patient health and wellbeing.

Dr. Vy Truong, General Dentist
Vy Truong, DDS, is a patient-focused general dentist known for her friendly demeanor, gentle touch, and detail-oriented approach to care. Dr. Truong earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry after completing a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Biology at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. Dr. Truong is proficient in diagnosing a wide range of dental conditions and creating comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that prioritize both quality results and a positive patient experience.
Dr. Truong provides a broad range of services including composite and amalgam fillings, inlays/onlays, crowns and bridges, implant restorations, complete and partial dentures, CoastClear Aligners, root canal therapy, surgical extractions, and much more. She has volunteered at Hope Dental Clinic in St. Paul, MN, providing restorative care and extractions for underserved patients, and has contributed to the profession through research. Dr. Truong is fluent in English and Vietnamese, and looks forward to helping patients feel comfortable, understood, and confident in their care for years to come.
