My first dentist appointment at Coastal Dentist in Riverview, FL, was fantastic. The waiting time to be seen was quick. The office is very clean, and well decorated. I also enjoyed the music that was being played. One of the songs played, reminded me of my graduation from undergraduate school.

Very clean place. Friendly staff and doctor. Only went for exam so far. I wish I could have gotten cleaning done at the same time but from what I understand all the dentist offices everywhere are short staffed on dental hygienist.
Dr Pratt is awesome, there were no issues with appointment or wait time or office staff, but the hygienist this time was either too inexperienced, lacking confidence, or just not too good at her job. She was very kind but slow and awkward and messy at cleaning my teeth.
My appointment was very good the front desk was nice except one young lady. I was early for my appointment which was at 2:00 and received service at 2:30. It was okay though the assistant was really helpful and the Dentist was very informative and gave me a great referral to an oral surgeon which was very helpful.
