The staff and Dr. Carleson were amazing to work with (for a dentist). I did schedule online and it was rescheduled. So, I'm not 100% impressed with the online process, so I reduced that to 4 stars. On-time, precision work and they listen to your situation! The office is very clean, organized, and run efficiently.

I love that this location, North Druid Hills, is back! Love these people!

Dr. Carlson was very informative and explained everything to where I could easily understand it. I look forward to this new journey.

Every time I have ever went to a Dentis I have left in pain. And those were just basic cleaning. I came here and got the deepest cleaning they had and not once was I ever in a once of pain. And my Tec made sure she asked me multi times through out the visit to make sure I was ok

I just want to point out that the dentist assistant was the absolute best! We laughed together and had a great time even though I was in pain and uncomfortable. She made it oddly enough enjoyable. Dentist called me the next day to check in on me. Highly recommended. I can finally do a full smile again!

Dr. Yusuf is a great dentist. She made me feel comfortable for a procedure that I was terrified to have. I felt nothing the whole time.

I had to get a filling. Everything went smoothly and was completed in a timely fashion, but I would have liked a little more explanation of what was being done throughout the process.

Dr. Thomas is very professional and has excellent bedside manners. I get very nervous when I go to the dentist, but his care and compassion put me at ease. I would recommend him to family & friends.

Dr. Thomas did my cleaning and he was so thorough and gentle, asking me often if I was doing okay. He cleaned my face up gently even when an insignificant amount of water fell once on my cheek and once close to my nose. He was awesome!!!

From the front door to Dr. Thomas this office is A1. Professional courteous service... they all made me feel like they sincerely cared for me, like family. I have been to loads of dentists in my life, but this place is definitely the best of them all. The entire staff is informed, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The Dentist is gentle, detail oriented, and extremely thorough.

This new group of employees at this location needs to stay!! I'm not a Dentist person like alot of people, but I enjoy coming here and feel like I will take better care of my mouth because of it.

I needed two root canals immediately. I called and I was scheduled within minutes. Dr. Yusef was extremely thorough and quick. She is definitely great and knowledgeable! The staff was also super friendly and helpful with getting me in promptly! Great customer service!

Dr. Thomas and the staff is extremely nice and professional. I would recommend this to everyone, it’s hard finding someone who’s knowledgeable and know what they are doing especially when it comes to your teeth.

They were awesome. My son is 7 years old in which they do not usually take children but because I told them some was having some discomfort with his teeth they got him in for an appointment as soon as possible. After they took care of my son they provided me with contacts of pediatric dentists that I can go to. My son loved the assistant and left feeling a lot better. I had to make myself an appointment. Definitely would recommend this office

I had my first procedure performed yesterday - a composite filling - at Coast Dental on Briarcliff Rd. Dr. Michael Thomas was terrific. He is soft-spoken and and very gentle and talked me through each step, letting me know what to expect. There was no pain whatsoever with the anesthesia, which was surprising. The rest of the procedure was a breeze. Thanks, Dr. Thomas, and to Star, your sweet, efficient assistant.

The dental assistants are hilarious and wonderfully kind and the new woman handling insurance is detailed and thorough. She helped me navigate a confusing insurance issue and got the job done. In addition to all of that, I find Dr. Thomas to be quite remarkable. He’s clearly knowledgeable and skilled, but it’s his presence that is so striking. His energy is calming and every move is intentional. He approaches his work with care and precision. It’s clear that his peace and focus brings out the best in everyone. I consult to many teams and leaders around the country so after my third visit I can honestly say that this team is exceptional. Watching and working with them is truly a pleasure.

I told the hygienist that I had to be out of there at a certain time and she did my cleaning quickly without sacrificing quality. She was also gentle around the sensitive areas but did a thorough job cleaning She was very personable too! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that I waited 35 mns past my appointment which I didn't think was a reasonable wait. I almost rescheduled.

In the past I have not been the biggest fan of this Coast location but it is obvious they have made big strides in improving all areas. Front office, dental asst and Dr. proved to be tops.

Professional and personable. Empathetic to sensitivity and pain following surgery and getting upper and lower dentures adjusted to wear during healing. Iris also offered to practice saying words wit S and L.

The entire staff at Coastal Dental North Druid Hills are very pleasant and professional. I've had no issues on making very quick appointments (even offer me next day occasionally!). Very glad to say I've found a great dental office.

I visited Coast Dental because I needed a root canal and wanted Dr. Yusef to do it. This was my first time going to this practice and this office. I was very pleased with Dr. Yusef as I knew I would be but was aso pleased with this office.

Just switched dentists - the staff here is thorough and friendly. The office itself has seen better days but I have been to way worse. It was clean - just tired. The dentist took plenty of time with me and discussed a few different treatment plan options. I'm happy I chose Coast.

Coast Dental provides great service, quality care. My only complaint (not really one BUT) the equipment seems a bit dated. Other than that, they dentists totally handled my emergency root canal and crown very professionally. It's also great that they provide credit if you are unable to afford to pay for the services in full.

From coming in to the office to leaving a satisfied customer, I can honestly say that the staff at coastal treated me with consideration of my needs and provided prompt care . They worked with me with scheduling appointments during times that I am already off work so as to have no down time. Working in the Medical field myself, I appreciate the care that I received. Ok, so it wasn't exsctly fun. But the folks at Coast Dental are nice people and easy t get along with. i've never had a root canal before, so I didn't know what to expect. I tend to joke around a lot, but some of my apprehension must have got through to Dr. Yousef and her team. So they actually adjusted their approach slightly just to make me feel better about what they were doing! Anyway the procedure went well, and I'm happily recovering. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE (AGAIN)

I would highly recommend this office for anyone needed a new dentist. The staff is amazing, helpful, knowledgable, and welcoming. They constantly give you tips on how to improve and keep your mouth healthy. They let you know ahead of time the charges and what your insurance will cover so there are never financial surprises. They also have multiple locations so fine one close to you and make and appt!!

I was in desperate need to see a dentist and it was 2 days before Christmas. My own dental office was not open and my regular dentist and hygienist would not see me. The office was closed. I was calling around to find a dentist that could see me as I had a very painful tooth infection. I was referred by phone to Coastal Dental (the Druid Hills location) and spoke with a very compassionate person by the name of Marcus who was able to fit me in for an appointment with Dr. Rodney Givens (DDS). Dr. Givens and his staff were very kind and understanding of my situation. Words cannot begin to express how grateful I was to be able to be seen and treated by the wonderful staff here. I am very thankful to have not only come across this Coastal Dental location but to have been treated by them during my emergency.

Very thorough. Everyone was very nice and made me feel better and hopeful about my dental issue.

My only problem with Coast Dental is that you expect the hygenist s and dentists to push extra products that I don't feel that I need. Sometimes, there is insistence, as in the case that I'm expected to get x-rays every year. I believe at my age and the fact that I have had only one or two cavities, I can get along fine with x-rays every other year as long as I continue to have no problems with my teeth or gums. I use prescription fluoride toothpaste at least once a day, floss, use a Sulkabrush and brush twice a day.

Dental visit was satisfactory.

I have always found the staff at the Coast Dental office (the Druid Hills location) to be friendly and accommodating. During the visit, I had a tooth extracted in preparation for a partial bridge. The dentist and his technician did an excellent job of explaining the procedure and what to expect both during and after the procedure. The only concern I had was that during a previous visit when I was informed that I would need the procedure, I was provided with information on Care Credit. I was informed at that time that Care Credit was having a special deal (24 months interest free). I qualified for the Care Credit program and paid for my service with the credit card I received from Care Credit. When I was provided with the receipt it noted that the interest free benefit was for 12 months. I mentioned that to the dental technician and the staff member who processed my payment. I was informed that they would follow up with the Care Credit agency to ensure that would receive the 24 month interest free benefit.

Had to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before getting into the chair for a cleaning.

I called on a Monday and by Tuesday my cavity was filled. The staff was nice. the dentist was awesome. I greatly appreciate being able to be seen the next morning!

My experience on May 16 at the Brookhaven location of Coast Dental was superb! From the moment I arrived until I left. The receptionist was warm and inviting. The dental hygienist was engaging and thorough. The dentist was also friendly, detailed and efficient. The energy in the office was professional yet laid back. I was very, very pleased.

The hygienist who did my periodontal maintenance is excellent!
