Dr. Ian Carlson, Atlanta General Dentist
Ian Carlson, DMD, is a skilled and dedicated dentist who received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2021. Dr. Carlson also earned a Bachelor of Science Biology degree from the University of West Georgia. Formerly an Associate Dentist at the Dental Center of Carrollton in Georgia, he developed treatment plans for patients with various dental issues and provided patient education on oral hygiene. Dr. Carlson has experience examining the oral cavity, teeth, and gums for signs of abnormalities and providing necessary dental care to patients of all ages.
Dr. Carlson has also been actively involved in his community as an American Dental Education Association Officer and Class Representative at the Louisville School of Dentistry, in addition his work with the Boy Scouts of America. He led, and helped plan, a service project for the Joseph Sam's School - a private school for children with disabilities. He also continues his education through attending dental conferences and workshops. With his strong academic background, community service experience, and dedication to continuing education, Dr. Carlson and his team are more than prepared to create smiles for life!
