Didn't have appointment, but since it had been 6 months since last visit, they got me in for my cleaning. Well done.

Overall the visit was straight to the point. I felt a little rushed and the dentist didn’t visit very long. It felt a little impersonal but they got the job done. It was a quick visit and I’m satisfied with that.

Everything went quite well, but the resulting pain and discomfort was tough to bear. Thankfully, Nicole called my CVS pharmacy for the necessary pain medications, and I was in much better condition once the medication began to travel through my system. KUDOS to Nicole.

I had a wonderful experience at this office after a terrible experience with a different company. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient. I was seen on time. The hygienist was kind and made sure I understood the cost for everything and that I was comfortable. I trusted the Dentist once I met him and he really cares about the patients. As someone that goes to the dentist regularly but had to leave my preferred office- this is an A+ replacement. I am very happy!

Staff was fabulous as always. Especially the tech that removed the temp tooth from my daughter's mouth. She was a little afraid since the first time it was not comfortable and a very slightly painful but this tech, she stated, was very gentle and very caring.

Even though I was early I did not have to wait until my appointment time and was seen right away. James Estes cleaned my teeth quickly and efficiently with only minor pain. I was also able to have a second appointment a few minutes after the first, this saved me from having to take another day off. I have just started a plan that will have me at their office several times in the next few months. I am very satisfied with all the people who work here.

As always, my visit to Coast Dental was pleasant. I had my teeth cleaned and James always does an excellent job. Cherise polished my teeth and applied the topical fluoride varnish. She was very nice and they both were very professional. Looking forward to my next visit in 4 months when I will be seeing Dr. Caudill for my yearly exam and having my teeth cleaned again.

I had not been to the dentist in many years and I was reluctant and embarrassed to go. However, I had an oral emergency and had to go. Dr. B. Patel and her assistant treated me with care and not like I had a foreign disease as I have experienced in the past they didn't lecture me just dealt with the issues. The new OM manager seems to be stepping in like she has been there for years! And of course my favorite hygienist James is so wonderful! I would like to give James an excellent in my deep cleaning and his ability to explain my charges for the day and his ability to perform the deep cleaning being empathetic to my sensitivity with my teeth. I am totally not comfortable with going to the dentist, James made my experience a great one and I was able to not tense up during the deep cleaning.

Had to wait over an hour due to over scheduling. Everyone was very apologetic and I was taken well care of.

Finally I am able to write that I was truly satisfied with the promptness and care I received during this visit . Dr. Caudill did a great job and the Manager and hygienist are always cheerful and polite.

My new crown had fallen off and I went in to have it cemented back on. I found out the tooth had broken off and I needed a root canal. Shocker! The endotontist was there, Dr Chen He, B.D.S.,D.M.D. and they worked me right in. She was wonderful. A root canal has never been a picnic for me but she is an expert and she made a temporary temporary tooth because it was a front tooth. I am so relieved and happy. They brought me in the next day for a temporary crown and my new one is on order. Dr Caudill is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. He has made sure I was taken care of completely and I will continue my dental care with him at Coast Dental Brandon.

I had a root canal and the doctor was Dr. He. She was very good and the treatment was painless.

I am a return customer, who would have been a regular patient had it not been for the fact that I have been living in the Philippines for the last 6 years.

This was my first of 2 appointments for the entire process for a root canal. Dr. He was wonderful! She explained exactly how this process works and was very easy to talk to and made me feel as comfortable as possible! She seems very considerate and patient and I feel good to have someone like her working in my mouth!

Had my first cleaning in a long time so was very nervous and scared but James, the hygienest, was absolutely wonderful! He was so kind, patient, understanding and caring and made the entire process virtually pain free on top of explaining everything so well! I appeared at your door at 0800 on a Monday morning, after suffering with tooth pain for 2 days. I had NO APPOINTMENT. Your staff worked me right in, and as fortune may have it, the Endodontist was in. I was treated with relatively quick speed and the appropriate procedure was competed with minimal waste of time. Highly professional staff made this difficult process much easier to handle. I was working away from home and their staff made me feel like one of their regular patients.

I had an overall great experience. I'm not sure if my hygienist was new but normally they go over my treatment and explain what they will be doing and if it is not covered by my insurance I can opt out. So I was going to be charged for 2 services that I couldn't afford but thankfully the man at the desk, not sure of his name, helped me out and didn't charge me because it was no fault of my own.

I've been going to coast dental for years but have moved recently and have only gone to the Brandon, fl location a handful of times. It is my favorite office so far, the staff is extremely nice and the dentist DR. Ortiz was so patient and nice. I was really nervous to have a tooth extracted and he was very very comforting and made the whole experience not bad at all. I will only go to coast dental for all my dental needs from now on.

Everyone was pleasant from the time I scheduled my appointment until I was seen at the office. I have been a patient for several years and will continue to do so. I have recommended several people.

the last time I had a tooth pulled was in the 90's and it hurt! So I was worried that the extractions would be as painful as it was then. However, the only pain was the numbing shot after that I didn't really feel anything.

I received very good and prompt service, in fact I got there approximately 13 minutes early and was in the chair after approximately 1 minute. Very Good Service.

I am so thrilled with my four new crowns and deep cleaning, which were completed over a 2 month period by Dr Caudill, his dental assistant and hygienist James. I did not want to let so much work go for seven years, but I needed to have a combination of loan approved by CareCredit, my dental insurances and time when I was not working at a job. Dr Caudill is very professional, and I shall make a point of making him and this office my dentist!

Was treated quite well by all the staff and felt right-at-home. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kudos to Dr. Caudill...I asked not to feel any pain...and that's exactly what I got...NO PAIN!! Even after the procedure (implants), I experienced very little discomfort.

I'm pretty fortunate to have had such a knowledgeable surgeon. The pain was more of a slight disturbance and within a few minutes, gone were both wisdom teeth!

This is an excellent Dental office. The workers are very friendly and seem to genuinely care about their customers. The only problem I had on my last visit was I was charged a $5 office visit even though my insurance card specifically states an office visit is $0. Also, on my very first visit I was not greeted promptly. As a matter of fact it was about 30 min. before I was even called to the front desk. But, the staff working in the back were much friendlier than the staff in the front office. However, the second visit went a lot better.

The staff was really nice but my son was not able to get his teeth clean so not only did I miss 4 hrs of work I had to schedule another appt for cleaning but hope they are not behind on the next appt....office was nice and clean

The closest thing to painless dentistry I have encountered.

My appt. was scheduled for immediately after the office lunch. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes before being taken back. Then more waiting. I had to schedule a second appt., because I had to pre-medicate, as no medications are on hand in a Dr.'s office(?) Really? The Xray tech was very personable, quick and thorough and was very enthusiastic. The Dr. was quiet, and explained what was the issue and how it could be corrected in a clear and concise manner.

There have been very few times that I had any issues with this practice. I have been visiting this office for approximately 15 years. I won't be going anywhere else.

Typically, I have a quick in and out cleaning. I don't know if the timing was different because of the time of day or because of the time of year. However, my wait time was longer than normal. I was there two hours for a cleaning and examination. Despite all that, I'm loyal to Coast Dental Brandon because I appreciate the care they give, and I'm willing to overlook the time.

Dr. Ortiz and his assistant Sol both gave great service and excellent advice regarding present and my follow up treatment.

The staff was very nice, and treated me like a person. Not all dentists do that. They cared if I was in pain, and joked around with me to keep me relaxed. They were very knowledgeable and thorough. I was a bit apprehensive when I first walked in and was sat in the back. It looked like a hole in the wall location which made me uneasy; that and the online reviews when I googled the office. If it were not for the caliber of people working in the office I would most likely have walked out.

$157 for a cleaning seems a little on the expensive side.

Fantastic service. If they can do the work while you are there the do it instead of having you make another appointment to come back.
