She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Georgia Regents University College of Dental Medicine in Augusta, Georgia. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, Agriculture and Applied Biotechnology from the University of Georgia in Athens.

Dr. Browner is a member of the American Dental Association. She treats adults, teenagers, and children as young as six years old.
