The new “hygienist”, actually a dentist in India, was fantastic!

Very happy with the service that I received.

Today I went for my 4 months follow-up cleaning. I've been a patient here for over 4 years. I am satisfied with the services so far. I hope they keep up the good work

Office Staff was great.

I started crown on my tooth at Dr Goodman’s office on State highway 13.Crown came off twice and infection and inflammation started on the tooth with temporal crown. Nobody paid attention and got worse and had to move to the one on Madarin. Dr Naser well explained and did right procedure on my tooth and it got much better. He was very professional and so as his staffs are. Thank you

The hygieniest Thomas did a great job! He was friendly and happy with his job. There was no pain during the process. My experience was the best compare to the previous woman she wasn't friendly that made me uncomfortable and I felt a little pain. This new guy Thomas is the best! I will definitely come back!

I Luv this dentist office and the staff always pleasant

I am a person that dreads going to the dentist, which is why my positive experience with this great staff was so appreciated. I felt that my opinions regarding my dental care options were important, and I was given all options available in a compassionate manner without feeling rushed at all. I needed to have a damaged tooth extracted, and the dentist and assistant both kept me updated on what to expect throughout the process and treated me with kindness. It made a very unpleasant situation so much easier. The administrative staff is also very personable and genuine, which helpsed put me at ease at the dentist office. I love odalis she makes my exp. So comfortable. When I saw her face after my 5 min wait I was very pleased the whole staff is pleasant I drive quite a distance to come here thanks to all see you in 6 no.

Staff is really nice but this place is understaffed. The dentist did half of my dental visit on her own before finally demanding an assistant. This caused her to have to get up multiple times and even reach over me to get certain tools for my dental work. The dentist complained about this openly. Despite not having an assistant for the first part of my visit, she made sure I wasn't in any pain which is what I care about most since I have very low pain tolerance. So even though my appointment may have lasted longer than it would have with someone assisting her, I was happy to stay longer because the dentist genuinely cared about my comfort. That's what I look for in a dentist.

Dr. Molina was fabulous at re-cementing my temporary crown that came out 3 times. He actually had to file down, it was made too high. I have not had any more trouble of it coming out.

Office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Molina was very professional, thorough and was great to explain what was wrong. I have been changing dentist about every two years because I was never satisfied with the care I was receiving. I will remain a long time patient here at Coast Dental.

the only thing I was dissatisfied with is the type of dental floss you use. It was very uncomfortable and did not go between my teeth easily because it is of inferior quality. A dentist office should at minimum be using something the caliber of the Glide brand or better. Shame on you!

As a senor citizen I have spent a lot of time at the dentist office over the years . I would highly recommend Coast Dental to anyone due to the excellent staff such as Dr. Molina , Stephanie , ,Lauren and Jennifer .

I selected this office because I have gone back to school, so I have Medicaid. My experience with Medicaid dentists is that they are overwhelmed and have no concern for patients. This office is the opposite. They got me in right away and immediately got to work on a treatment plan that makes sense. I have had problems with my teeth my whole life & Dr. Molina is the first dentist to actually explain why and give me my options! Dr. Molina literally stops and intensely listens when I have concerns, no matter how small. The staff clearly communicates with each other and works with me too. I am really impressed with the level of care and service here. I was recently paying a lot of money for insurance and co-pays to another dentist and Dr. Molina is now fixing all of the broken fillings from that bad dentist. Goes to show that sometimes really great dentists also care enough about the less fortunate to accept Medicaid. Highly recommended!

My Visit was fine. I did have more a wait than usual though.

For the first time i visited this location and for my surprised found a knowledgeable,honest dentist.Dr Yunior Molina in a few very simple word , explained what I need,I was approved for a payment plan from their partners and I just waiting for my next appointment to start fixing my tooth.

This was my first visit to Coast Dental & my visit was a good one. Dr. Molina is awesome! He is friendly and very detailed & thorough when explaining the treatment I needed. Dr. Molina is most definitely the type of dentist I would refer to friends & family. Aundrea the hygienist was friendly & detailed when explaining the treatment that was to be performed & she made sure that I was doing ok while performing the work. Ellen the office manager was friendly & professional, she greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I did have to fill out quite a bit of paperwork being this was my first visit but my wait time was not long at all. My initial visit was to examine the health of my teeth & gums and I was scheduled to return on another day for a cleaning which is what I originally wanted and they performed my cleaning on the sameday since another patient didn't show up for his/her appointment which made it more convenient for me. You will be pleased with the service at Coast Dental.

i have decided to leave the esteemed practice of Dr. Greenburg for Coast Dental. My molar extraction was absolutely painless that I almost fell asleep in the chair given that it is a complicated procedure. Kudos to you doc.. I am planning to bring by family aboard provided Coast Dental accepts their insurance.

As I'm sure going to the dentist is not high on anyone's list, I must say that Dr. Molina not only seems to be a good dentist, but is also an extremely kind and gentle individual. And for that reason alone, my dental experiences are much more satisfying. I was also very impressed with Katrina, and she wasn't kidding about being good at temporary crowns. This is probably the best one I've ever had. Thanks again for taking such good care of me.

I was impressed with the level of service and professionalism provided by Dr. Molina and his staff. They were able to help me expedite the changing of primary dentist over to Dr. Molina the same day and an appointment was made for the following day. The wait was less than 5 minutes after arriving. The dental tech was very patient with me as my gag reflex kicked in a few times before she was able to take the X-ray. Less than 5 minutes later I was in the chair and discussing options for my tooth with Dr. Molina - I opted for tooth extraction and the procedure was pain free, uneventful and over in no time. I had read some reviews from another site and was a bit hesitant to try them out at first but needed immediate attention to my tooth. Now I am glad I did give them a chance. I will definitely be back for future treatment!

II had a very bad absess and my son, who has been a patient at Coast Dental Mandarin, told me to go there. I went on Monday morning, Dec. 16, 2013 and the receptionist realized I was an emergency patient and asked me to wait a bit. I waited for about an hour and then was seen by Juliette and then Dr. La Chelle Hendley, DMD who was calm and after seeing my exray - she explained to me what she saw and we discussed what would be the best treatment. Well, I had to go out to get some Amoxcillin and within an hour, Dr. Hendley went to work. She explained why she felt the best option was to extract the tooth which had an old crown on it. I did not even know the tooth had come out, she was so smooth and calm. And Juliette was a wonderful assistant. Needless to say, my horrible pain disappeared and I am taking 500 mg of Amoxcillin every 8 hours and was told to call if anything unusual should develop. Needless to say, as a snow bird to Florida and staying with my son, I felt Dr. Hendley really cared about me as I was a real emergency .

From maria's cheery smile and welcome greeting, Dr Hindley is very professional, friendly, and takes time to see the patients comfort level, Maria, her assistant, takes pride in her workmanship, and is very attentive, and last but not least, Timberly, is so dedicated to her work, skillful at her trade, and as sweet a disposition that you could ever wish for in a dentist office. Over all, they make going to the dentist a much better experience than you receive most other places.

Because my insurance only covered a regular cleaning, the appointment was a waste of time. The only option offered to me was getting a credit card application ran on the spot. I had to ask about getting a discount for self pay. Several self-pay options should have been offered to me. I felt as though - because my insurance was not going to pay for a deep cleaning - no one was concerned about me coming back or offering other options.

My appointment was 9:30. They took walk-in ahead of me and I wasn't seen until 10:45. Instead of the Hygienist, I was given a Dental Assistant to clean my teeth. At the very end , The Hygienist finally saw me for about 5 minutes. I did not feel that I was given a very good cleaning. This is not the first time I've had to wait a long time even though I had an appointment.

Timberly did an outstanding job on my treatments. She is very skilled and professional, and also very very sweet. She would make all the shots not even hurt as bad, with her sweet disposition. Dr Hendly, Maria, and all of the front desk personnell are just wonderful, and make you feel like they really care and want to give you a good experience with them. We are in very good hands there, and confident that we will receive the best treatment at this office.

I greatly appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the doctor. They are very personable and willing to help and answer questions. I would enjoy my experience even more if the hygienists and doctor would explain a little more what they are doing, when they are doing it, why, etc. It's not always easy to ask questions with tools and fingers in your mouth.

No long wait; the girls at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Timberly was very pleasant as was Dr. Handley.

They were very friendly with the kids and gave them a thorough cleaning. The hygienist gave an estimate of costs before performing the cleaning. Everyone that helped is was very polite and helpful. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful.

The receptionist was extremely friendly when I made my initial appointment. The day of my appointment she went above and beyond when helping me sort things out with my insurance company.

I am fairly new to the Mandarin office,and I am there because Dr Hendley is there and not at orange park, anymore. I had an hour waiting time,but after they got me in, Timberly (hygenist) took really good care of me. I was in for a cleaning, but there were some swollen gum problems, and she did another extensive treatment on me. She was professional, friendly (very approachable),and made me feel very comfortable. Besides been so very capable and skilled, she was sooo sweet, too.

Office small...no private area to review treatment plan or costs...lots of patient files in boxes on floor in X-ray area. Mirror above sink in treatment area very spotted especially for a first appt of the day ... Baseboards off an area of wall needed repair. Not a good first impression once you. Get to the treatment area. Staff try to sell services have never been approached like this ...asked if I was having a cleaning then presented a form for over $1200 to do a deep cleaning. Will give this a second chance but first impression was not what it could have been. Dentist was very professional and detailed and that is why I will return despite the initial impression.

I recently got fillings in six other teeth at another dentist office and felt a ton of pain in the process. I had little to no pain here. Much better experience. The staff was professional and competent.

I received no notification that the previous dentist had left the practice. In explaining my future services, the hygienist encouraged me to get teeth filled that I refused to have done. They had already been filled at previous visit....and she had cleaned my teeth and could have clearly seen that they had been done. I was perplexed when I arrived back home. The hygienist had called to let me know that indeed my teeth had been filled earlier and had been noted on my chart but was overlooked. In future visits I will always ask for a plan of service for my teeth and a review of what has been done previously.

I stopped by in the am to see if I could get an appointment as I was starting a new job. I was seen promptly and taken very good care of. I had to be referred to a specialist and the front office was very helpful.

I had an under 10 minute wait time after arrival. My Hygienist, Julet, was very friendly and fast moving. But the thing that bothered me about this visit was that I was given novacaine twice for the double-sided composite feeling. The reason for this was because the effects of the first injection were starting to wear off. So that meant I had to have been sitting for about 30-40 minutes between injections. I'd just like to get in there and get out next time. I have a cleaning in May in the morning. I'd like to get in, get my cleaning, and be out in forty-five minutes. I know this possible because at the Coast Dental in Tampa I went to, this was done routinely. Also for this visit, I was not given the consent/waiver forms until after I was checking out. PLUS, I didn't know how much I was going to pay before my procedure. I learned that at the end. Thanks

Hello, You did much better this time. I'd say that 2 hours is about right for a periodontal probing, debrinement cleansing, special drill clearing, and laser procedure. I guess, I'd like to receive a credit for my visit from last week (visit 1) and apply to my next week's visit (visit 3) for a filling since that was supposed to happen on visit 1. But because of the wait time, I couldn't get it done.

Apparent;y, none of the staff has had a laser treatment. If it were not for the numbing gel, I would not have been able to handle the discomfort. I know I have to indicate when I'm not comfortable, and I completed the treatment. Next time, however, there needs to be more 'numbing', at least for me.

Hi, I was very disappointed in my services yesterday. My appointment was at 3PM. I arrived at 2:48. I filled out paperwork, and I did not get called in till about 3:15, 3:20. That's okay. What was not okay, I did my x-rays and had the cancer screening. This was completed at about 3:40. I was examined by the doctor and was told that the cleaning would happen shortly. I was still waiting for the cleaning at 4:35. At that point, I had to get going. I thought all of this would have taken an hour, an hour fifteen minutes tops. I rescheduled for weeks later at an earlier time, but I was just disappointed in how much waiting I had to do for a cleaing. I actually feel asleep and napped. I'll give the office another shot when I return. I'd appreciate a credit or something. Thanks

REVIEW OF RECENT OFFICE VISIT

The three hour visit for initial consultation, x-rays and two fillings was long, but the service was outstanding.

I went in this time to have my teeth cleaned. Timberly, your dental hygienist, was very professional, friendly and helpful. She discussed and answered all of my questions and took extra time and discussed various things that I could do to help with the problems I am having with my gums. She never made me feel rushed or that I was asking too much. She is superb at her job.

I am still trying to get used to the new Dentist, Dr. Cullen, but thus far he seems caring and does not make me feel uncomfortable which is good. The office staff and assistants are all very nice.

I was satisfied with the efficiency of my appointment but would like the hygienist to explain more of what they were doing (and to speak clearer/ a little more loudly).

Everyone was friendly and I was put at ease. My questions were answered thoughly. It was a very pleasant experience.

It never fails that I always have a long wait. I don't understand. I pick the 1st appointment back fom lunch, so no one is before me and I still wait 30 minutes. I HAVE TO GET BACK TO WORK. Really. My office has moved from the San Jose area, so it takes longer fro me to get to your office. I really do not need to wait 30 minutes for a 15 minute appointment. Hate it!

Good quality care and explanation of care. Office and rooms seemed to have clutter around however. Know there was some turnover, probably related to that.
