Dr. Ana Maria Puebla, DMD, enjoys talking to her patients about their dental care goals and providing customized treatment plans designed for their specific needs. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences, School of Dentistry, where she also completed a one-year General Practice Residency. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Puerto Rico, where she received a Certificate of Achievement Scholastic Excellence. Dr. Puebla is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dr. Puebla and her team offer preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental services and her team also strives to accommodate same-day emergency dental appointment requests.

Gabriela Perez, DMD, is a dedicated dentist with a strong educational background and extensive experience in providing comprehensive dental care. Dr. Perez earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with honors, specializing in Health Management and Biological Health Sciences, from the University of South Florida. Driven by her passion for dentistry, she further pursued her education and obtained her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. Her commitment to patient care is evident as she provides comprehensive dental services to patients of all ages. From routine dental examinations to restorative, surgical, endodontic, periodontic, and prosthodontic procedures, she ensures that her patients receive the highest quality of care.

Dr. Perez has obtained a Florida Dental License and DEA License. She is dedicated to staying current with industry standards, having completed training in HIPAA, OSHA, BLS certification, and Nitrous Oxide Sedation. In addition, Dr. Perez is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively communicate with and cater to a diverse range of patients. Karina Gilbert, DDS, is a patient-focused dental professional with over 12 years of clinical experience in various areas of dentistry and a strong educational background. Dr. Gilbert holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, an AEGD from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Biology and Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She has expertise in oral diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, and cosmetic procedures.

Dr. Gilbert has held several positions throughout her career, including serving as a Dentist at Modern Dental Care, The Family Dentist, Smile Design, and Christie Dental. Her employment history demonstrates her versatility and adaptability to different dental practices. Dr. Gilbert is driven by a commitment to provide exceptional, compassionate care to her patients, and she ensures that they have a comfortable experience during scheduled appointments and emergency situations.

Her skills include a range of dental procedures, such as prosthodontics, implant restoration, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics, endodontics, and more. Katrina Sanchelima, DMD, is a highly experienced and skilled dentist with a passion for providing top-quality dental care to patients starting at age 14. Dr. Sanchelima earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA, she completed a residency program at Bay Pines V.A. Healthcare System where she gained extensive experience in a wide range of dental procedures including simple and surgical extractions, endodontics, crown lengthening, and fixed and removable prosthodontics.

Dr. Sanchelima has made continuing education a priority for not only herself, but the children in her community. She educated children on the importance of healthy oral hygiene and led field trips on behalf of her dental school. Throughout her career, Dr. Sanchelima’s commitment to providing exceptional dental care, in addition to her passion for staying at the forefront of her field, make her an invaluable asset to any dental practice. She is also fluent in English, Spanish, and French.

Kinjal Vora, DDS, is skilled in professionally delivering guidance to patients on preventative oral health care and proper oral hygiene along with comprehensive treatment plans. She provides preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care. In addition, her team strives to accommodate same-day emergency dental appointments.

Dr. Vora has been earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.

In her free time, Dr. Vora travels to Ecuador on mission trips to provide free dental care to rural and inner-city communities.

Meera Patel, DMD, is a highly skilled dental professional with a passion for providing top-quality care. She began her journey by earning a B.A. in Cellular Neuroscience at the Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College at Florida Atlantic University. Following that, she graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. During her academic pursuits, she actively developed her clinical experience, serving as an Associate Dentist at Riverwalk Dental Group in Port St. Lucie, FL and previously at Gainesville Dental Associates (Pure Dental Brands) for four months in 2022. Her skills and abilities lie in various areas, including endodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, removable prosthodontics, implant restorations, indirect and direct restorations, and orthodontics. In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Patel is also laser certified and proficient in CAD/CAM technology.

Dr. Patel also has a passion for giving back to her community. She has volunteered for various causes, including the Veterans Day initiative, Give Kids a Smile, and the American Student Dental Association Fundraising Committee. She has also worked as a tutor in pharmacology at Midwestern University and as a student assistant for Anatomy & Physiology at FAU Honors College. Her impressive work ethic and leadership skills have enabled her to provide excellent care to her patients while inspiring and facilitating the growth of her colleagues. With a combination of her clinical excellence, educational achievements, and commitment to community service, Dr. Patel has proven herself a true dental professional with a long, promising career ahead.

Michael Crovatt, DMD, treats adults, teenagers and children starting at age 2. He provides preventive, restorative and cosmetic dental care including exams, fillings, extractions, crowns, teeth whitening and more. In addition, his team strives to accommodate same-day emergency dental appointments.

Dr. Crovatt earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in Clearwater, Florida in 1983. He is a member of the American Dental Association and Florida Dental Association.

Dr. Mona Javeed is a graduate of the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine’s School of Dental Medicine and is devoted to community-based care. Having treated patients daily at the LECOM Outreach Clinic in DeFuniak Springs, FL, Dr. Javeed is experienced in simple and complex restorative procedures, extractions, periodontal procedures, prosthodontics, pediatric procedures, and dental- related emergencies.

Beyond her experience in the field of dentistry, Dr. Javeed also holds a degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida. She is also invested in community outreach, having participated in programs affecting and improving the oral health of children, specifically. Her primary goal is to provide each patient with a positive dental experience by addressing individual patient concerns as well as addressing comprehensive oral conditions, and to make sure you leave her office with a smile.
