Dr. Sanket Karmarkar, General Dentist
Sanket Karmarkar, DMD, provides preventive, restorative and cosmetic dental services including exams, sealants, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, dental implant restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, veneers, teeth whitening and more. In addition, his team strives to accommodate dental emergencies on the same day. Dr. Karmarkar strives to exceed his patients’ expectations and build relationships based on excellent service and trust.
Dr. Karmarkar earned his dental degree at Boston University in 2009 where he also completed a one-year general dentistry residency program. Before traveling to the United States, he obtained a Master of Science in Dentistry at Kyungpook Nation University in South Korea, as well as a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Shivaji University in India.
Dr. Stephin John, General Dentist
Stephin John, DDS, is a highly skilled and experienced dentist with a strong academic and professional background. He graduated from Nitte University AB Shetty Institute of Dental Sciences, located in Karnataka, India, with a degree in Dental Surgery. During his education, he completed key courses such as Dental Anatomy and Pharmacology, Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, and Oral Pathology and Microbiology. Dr. John also has valuable experience as a Dental Assistant in Cumming, GA, where he provided diagnostic information and educated patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions. He has also worked as a general dentist at Spoorthi Dental Clinic in Mangalore, India, where he provided appropriate dental treatments to patients, including regular cleanings, root canals, surgical extractions, implants, and cosmetic dentistry. In his commitment to continuing education and dental research, he has published an article on “Polymer Burs” in the Nitte Journal and attends conferences on oral medicine & radiology.
Dr. John is incredibly dedicated to providing the best possible dental care to patients as young as 7 years old. He is qualified to perform several services, including bone grafts, crowns, dental exams, extractions, veneers, teeth whitening, and more. Dr. John is attentive, detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills. He carefully documents all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations to ensure that his patients receive high-quality and consistent care. Dr. Michael Quinn, Periodontist
Periodontist, Michael Quinn, is an experienced board certified periodontist who has been in practice for more than 20 years. He graduated from Clemson University with honors and received his dental degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed a general practice residency in the Air Force at Barksdale Air Force Base in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Dr. Quinn practiced general dentistry for six years and then pursued a Masters degree in Health Sciences and three year Certifi cate in Periodontology from the Medical University of South Carolina. In 2007, Dr. Quinn retired with the rank of Colonel from the United States Air Force Reserves. While with the reserves, he served on the Dental Advisory Board, operated a 23-man dental unit and lectured nationally on dental readiness during war time.
