This was my first appointment at Coast Dental with Dr. Spicola. I had an unfortunate experience with a previous dentist so I am relieved to find a calm, competent, conveniently-located dental practice that does not engage in upselling services. Dr. Spicola was recommended by Dr. Elena Kan at Endodontic Associates who is a wonderful endodontist. As a woman I am more comfortable with women professionals.

This practice is run by Dr Spicola. She is just the most wonderful person, Dentist and Mother Her team is by far the best. Dr Spicola is a great and Honest dentist and will not just add to treatment plan to make more money. The office is more of a family than just coworkers and if your not sure of something just ask any of the girls everyone will help you. It’s a friendly office and they all exceed in their jobs. Chrissy is a wonderful hygienist and has years on the job, Latrice is not just that cute face when you walk in....she will smile and answer your questions right away, Shedonne is the office manager that keeps things going on a fun friendly way and will jump in to help her girls. Shedonne is that manager that truly appreciates her girls. Susanna is the dental assistant that is just beyond knowledge in everything. Susanna is very organized and she helps make your appointment smooth and quick. This is the best office I have had the pleasure to be part of and I have done this 40 years

Had a fractured tooth and the pain was so sever I could no longer work. They made an appointment within an hour. The dentist was able to x-ray, analyze and fix with minimal alterations. Friendly staff!

Everyone is great at their profession. You can tell they get along well and have our best interest at heart. Super knowledgeable and efficient. We had two of our kids braces and wisdom teeth removed from whom they recommended.

Even though it's not fun to get a periodontal cleaning every 4 months. I look forward to seeing the staff. They make you feel like you're visiting friends.

While I know it's the same for everyone, they do make you feel like you are getting special attention!

Was very nervous as I knew that I would need some intense work done due to many years of neglect. I soon felt at ease after meeting staff and the Doc. I didn't get scolded at all, but was given a treatment plan that outlined the work to be done. Dr. Spicola was great as she took her time to explain things to me and my wife. I'm still a little scared of what's to come, but know that the Doc and I will get it done.

The only reason I couldn't give 5 whole stars was because this office didn't provide sedation for extremely anxious patients like myself. Everything is explained really well, you know what you're getting before you get the service done and they'll even go over prices and everything with you before you start so you know what your insurance covers and everything. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional!

Needed a new dentist after moving to Oldsmar and struck gold. Dr. Spicola, Cindy, and the rest of the crew in the office are fantastic. Had to have some major work done and am completely satisfied with the level of the expertise of the doctor and the staff and the quality of the follow up care. Going to the dentist is not at the top of my fun things to do list, but if you are looking for quality care and a smoothly run operation that takes some of the stress out of going to the dentist, I doubt that you couldn't do any better. Thank you.

The front staff and medical staff were great. They were very welcoming, professional, and informative. Procedures and schedules were discussed and I left my visit feeling positive and assured. So many dentist offices are demeaning and make a practice of lecturing their patients. NONE of that was present during my visit.

The doctor explained everything to me as it was happening in a way so that I would understand everything. I didn't have to wait long, and all of the staff was extremely friendly and nice. Very professional and caring!

They always work with me on appointment times, and with billing issues. Honestly every single person on the staff is a pleasure to talk to, they even remember me when I call on the phone and ask about my daughter.

Doc was so fabulous to squeeze me in on such a busy day. I had a tooth that kept zinging me and I wasn't looking forward to the weekend with the possibility of a tooth emergency. They took an xray and tapped on it all around and nothing zinged. Thank you so much for your excellent care of my teeth. Give that girl and all the other girls a big fat raise. They earn it everyday.

I like the service I receive from all of the woman staff, especially Christy and Dr. Spicola.

I found Dr. Spicola friendly, honest, competent and up front with a plan for my care. She probably saved me money by not cementing a crown back in for me as the underlying tooth had been damaged, and it would certainly have fallen out within a week or two. I need a new post and crown to ensure that the tooth stays put and does not cause me to have an adjacent bridge loosened by the crown's absence.

I started using Breath RX and my teeth are in much better shape. Chrissy didn't have to scrape nearly as much. Chrissy should have a big fat raise, she's so wonderful.

I was quite amazed that I had no pain whatsoever during the procedure; only minimal discomfort afterward due to the length of time I had to keep my mouth opened (I have TMJ). The staff is so friendly and happy. They really make your time in the chair pleasant and the dentist kept me fully informed about all the steps she was taking. I appreciated that since things have changed since my last root canal.

I love the bright service I get from Dr Spinola, Chrissy and Sosha. When you walk in the door you get a warm welcome. There processes are streamlined and I love moving right thru to my excellent cleaning services, and Dr Spinola’s warm happy I got this approach. I always leave there feeling good and appreciate the team work of this excellent team.

She cleaned my teeth to perfection, made my gums feel healthy and left my mouth feeling wonderful.

As always, I had a great experience at Coast Dental. The Dental Hygenist is a pleasure and always explains everything she's doing. She places patient comfort first and foremost and always checks to make sure you're okay. As a side note, I enjoy that she actually tries to keep you clean (as in making sure you don't have water or spit or any debri on your face during the cleaning).

This was my first visit at your location and I was impressed. Granted, there are several things I need to have taken care of, but the main reason I was there was explained and handled well...I was given several options and the dentist explained every option in detail. The entire staff was courteous and very professional. My next visit is Feb 17 and we will take this process one step at a time. The location is more than convenient...almost around the corner from where I live. Only wish you had Saturday hours :)

She explained the process, made sure I was comfortable and pain free with numbing med. she was very professional and extremely proficient. Christina also took time to provide me with home care instructions in writing. She is the best hygienist i have been to in my entire life of 61 years. The other staff members are also excellent. They are all very courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This should be a model office for other locations to aspire to.

Waited over an hour and was getting upset since I had a busy day. However, the doctor explained that there had been 2 "walk ins" in pain, and she couldn't turn them away. I'm so thankful that the staff is so caring, I couldn't fault them.

I went in for a new partial because the one I was old, had gotten very loose and I HATED it because it was anchored in my mouth with metal which you could see when I smiled. Thus I smiled quite infrequently. Dr. Spicola had a new one made and has given me my smile back! Thank you.
