Quick, friendly, clean, appt was for a child, they made her feel confident and comfortable.

Dr Ortiz is FANTASTIC! He makes you so comfortable and he is so knowledgeable. Sara is a great assistant and they are a wonderful partnership. The sweet ladies in the front and just what you need to start your visit off comfortable and not stressed or anxious over. I've been to MANY dentists in my life and I KNOW a good one and Dr Ortiz and staff are GREAT!!

I always have awesome time there they outstanding and very professional at what they do from the front counter to the back staff love the attitude its always fun and cheerful always a awesome job every time i go and my mother they treat her with respect and always look out for when i am in the docs chair so she dose not tey to leave on me she's 77 thats great to me thanks so much for being there for us guys thanks john reagan ????????????????

I went in Monday April 13th 2020 for emergency services, and I must say I was very pleased and impressed with Dr Ortiz and his staff that date. I expressed my high levels of anxiety in the dentist office and they made me feel comfortable and explain step-by-step what was going to happen. I have more work pending in the near future. And after this experience my anxiety levels are not as high. Thank you again Dr. Ortiz and staff for your service.

This dentist and his assistants were so kind, I’m a big fainted when it comes to shots for having to do like 4-5 to get two teeth pulled was so hard but they were so kind and checked on me every step of the way to make sure I was in as little pain as possible while getting two molars removed! I will return again, the pain was so unbearable and they helped relieve it !

This is one of the most caring dental practices I have ever been to. Even with a pandemic they were able to help ease my pain. Thank You.

They just removed all my top teeth for dentures. They where so nice. They explained the home care. I had them explained it to my husband too. I am very happy with the care I got and that I'm still getting

I've always had a mortal fear of fillings. A filling was the reason for my visit and it was the easiest I've ever had. Quick and painless. The Dr. talked to me the whole time, distracting me from what was going on.

Yeah, From the first step in the door I got a good feeling,I got a friendly welcome, which to me is the most important thing.Nobody likes going to Dr.s especially Dentist, So it does't help when the staff is unfriendly. I plan on making more apts. here and keep coming back, starting with a cleaning and x-rays and going from there, his assistant was just as friendly as she could be, I wish I could remember here name. but very nice and helpful and knowledgeable.. I was truly satisfied with my whole experience there,the office looked clean and neat which is very important to me.So YES I am very Happy I found them...

Daughter had a root canal done and thee staff was kind, considerate and made her feel at ease. Amazing caring staff.

My 2 children had their first appointment here September 2016. My youngest has always been scared of the dentist, but Dr. Ortiz and his staff really put him at ease. He left the dentist actually smiling and talking about how great his visit was. I'm very impressed with this office and the all the staff we came in contact with.

Dr. Ortiz and his staff made me feel super comfortable. Denise made sure we had all our financing needs and Ana kept me calm. No matter where I live I will always take the drive to see Dr. Ortiz and his crew!

I continue to receive exceptional service. I went in to get a cavity filled an the hygienist and Dr. Ortiz-Roldan were super informative. They explained the treatment prior to starting. From the time you walk in the door throughout the service until you walk out the door, you receive the best service with the up most respect. Dr. Ortiz is one of the best dentist I have ever met as well as this office has the best office manager Denise that you could ever imagine. The dental hygienists are absolutely awesome. Myself and all 3 of my children 13-19 are seen at this office. They are quick and efficient.

All I have to say is Thank you. First off Doc had made my daughter feel safe at the dentist first time in 16 years. Next is Denise I am a disabled mother on a budget and she took her time to find ways for me to afford stuff not covered by insurance!

The dentist was very polite and was able to do 4 extractions on the same day with no complications. The quote received at an earlier visit was exactly what the cost was on the day of the visit. I appreciate the transparency of the fees.

I had a root canal that was never capped and over the years destroyed my tooth and created an abscess on my gum. I called and was able to get in immediately and Dr Ortiz was so personable and made me laugh even during the process of having a huge tooth removed! They all made me feel welcomed and well taken care of!

I have been to this location twice recently. I enjoyed my visit which says a lot for a dentist office. Great customer service and a relaxing atmosphere. I have another visit planned in the near future.

Dr. Ramon Ortiz is absolutely the best. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommended. The whole staff is awesome! I was satisfied with my results and had no pain at all which I was shocked but he knows what he's doing so I trust him and look forward to my next visit. Yessssssss!!!

I went to the James Redman location in Plant City and I do not want to ever go to another dentist. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed & like I was a friend. The service was Super quick and they worked an affordable payment plan for me since I don't have insurance. Coadt Dental is very customer-oriented.

I enjoy coming to this bright cheerf office. Full of sunshine and great customer service with bright smiles. Truly make a would be stressful situation bearable. I recently had 4 teeth extracted. It was done with utmost care, limited swelling. People couldn't even tell I had the surgery (4). The overall experience with all the staff not just my dentist which o love, but also the off manager Denise that made this affordable. Appreciate Kendta, Maria and Anna too
