Last month I went to see Dr. Megan. I do appreciate her work. From many details, I feel she is a wonderful dentist. Thank you very much, Megan.

First, when I came in, I was told to have a seat, by a woman sitting near the back of the inner office. When the office staff arrived a few moments later, they walked in and did not acknowledge the patients in the waiting area. I guess the staff was new and felt intimidated, but once called in to the patient room, it all changed. Brittany (new worker, very kind and soft spoken) and Ms. Ramona (the more experienced assistant, who helped everyone) greeted me and then Dr. Packer came in. He has an enormous personality and one that makes you feel comfortable right away!!! I would not dare go any place else...I have found the right place!! I like to ask questions (they were all answered) I like everything to be explained (done carefully and simply) and I do not mind a little conversation on the side (family talk, home towns, etc.). Special thanks to Dr. Packer, Ms. Ramona and Brittany!

The assistant that was with me today for me extraction was so patient with me. She’s helped calm my nerves and gave me the time I needed to do it. Dr Brian was also patient with me and concerned that I was doing ok throughout the procedure.

Took months to get in. My appointment was at 8. The computers were down. Ok left after 12. Very happy with the service. Very hard to get X-rays done without a lot of pain. I suffer from having my jaw broken and TMJ. The tech did not listen to me but was patient after understanding The dentist was very nice making sure I understood what I need to have done. They had a cancellation so I had my teeth cleaned. The best job ever and no pain, she was wonderful. Again explaining my treatment forward. I returned the next day for a filling. I would definitely recommend this dental practice

Amazing customer service,. Went in to schedule an appointment as I have been having tooth pain for a week, they asked if I would I had time right there and then, they accommodate me and was seen within 25 mins. The practice was pretty busy, but still managed to squeeze me in. The staff and doctors were so kind and soft spoken, very professional. I couldn't be any happier to find a dentist office I would enjoy going to. Because of my experience they not only gained 1 client but my entire family and friends.

Dr. Spider and his assistant are great! I had two teeth pulled and a crown removed and a temp put in. One area required a couple of stitches. I am on the following day and I have no swelling or pain! I took a couple of Tylenol yesterday and that was it!

I was very nervous (scared) , the dentist just talked to me and told me what could happen and what he was doing. I appreciate it when I am told what is being done. I have to have another tooth extracted and hopefully I won't be so scared. I was worried about the pain afterwards but, I had very little. The dentist definitely knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend dentist.

It was ok. I don't understand why I couldn't have the exam and teeth cleaning on the same appt. They even asked if I wanted to come back later that same day to have my cleaning! They said they just don't do it at the same appt for some reason...

Dr. Quinton Hedgepeth and his staff run the absolute best Dentist practice in South Florida, bar none! Before I came to them I was an emotional wreck in the dentist chair. I was butchered by a dentist in the 1980's so I had to be medicated before even walking in to see a dentist. Over time, I was able to start cutting down on the medication because they proved to me that they would take care of me. Just last week I received 2 crowns on my back teeth and I was able to get through both appointments without any medication. I had no problem with the shots, the drilling and filing, no issues with anything to do with my crowns. Now I am cured and will not need to ever have any medication before an appointment ever again! Dr. Hedgepeth, Ramona and Dee Dee are all absolutely amazing and I am so very glad that I found his office! I have great teeth and have zero dental phobia! thank you, Jesus for Doc and his staff~

I unfortunately broke a molar in the evening. The next morning I called the office to make an appointment, I had to leave a message as no one answered. I called back an hour later and I was grateful someone answered and was able to squeeze me in at lunchtime. There was a slight problem with my insurance which we worked out. Dr Hedgepeth took a look and was able to place a temporary crown around his and the staffs lunch break. The doctor and the staff made me feel comfortable during an uncomfortable situation.

Had a crown come off. Scheduled me in the day after I called. Took an x-ray and discussed treatment. Went in yesterday, prepped the tooth, built it up and installed a temporary. In and out in an hour. The doc and Sherry did a great job. Sherry is a wiz with those temporaries. going back in 2 weeks for the permanent crown.

Having previous bad experience from a dental visit, I am completely satisfied with the Coast Dental office in Port St. Lucie. The staff is friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. My husband (who accompanied me to my appointment) even made an appointment for his tooth issue on spot.

Dee, my hygenist is wonderful. She takes the time to explain step by step what she is going to do and continues to ask how I am doing throughout the cleaning.

This time I went in for my cleaning, and the hygienist(Macuse) was so friendly and made me comfortable again. She reassured me about everything and was very gentle and made sure I was okay throughout the whole cleaning. And she explained everything perfectly. She did such an amazing job cleaning my teeth.My teeth have never felt or looked this clean. By far the best and overall just great hygienist I have ever been to ever.

The receptionist up front was very nice and worked with Me and my husband to get our appointments on the same day and back to back, the lady who did the x-rays and assisted the dentist was very nice and caring and made me feel very comfortable and did an excellent job, the hygienist was very gentle and did a great job, and the dentist was wonderful. He was very nice and caring. Made me feel super comfortable. Fully explained everything so I could understand. I can not say enough about him. He was that wonderful!

My wait was not very long at all, and the procedure was started before I knew it. Dr. Hedgepath did an excellent job of filling in some cavities in my front teeth, one of which I had noticed growing right between my two front teeth. I no longer see it and feel comforted that it was well taken care of.

I have to say that even though I am totally frightened of dentist that my experience was unbelievable. Dr, Hedgepeth was fantastic and funny and extremely careing. Ramona was extremely nice and careful with me and noticed right away that I was uneasy. I still not like going to the dentist but I will return to Coast Dental, they are all awesome.
