I won’t share my full experience here but will say that although this office has had its share of ups and downs with staffing in my 10 years of being a patient, the business manager Ebony was exceptional in understanding my situation and worked with me to make sure I was properly heard. For this I’m grateful. I would’ve given this office a much higher rating but from my perspective, it’s evident that corporate needs to pay them a bit more attention in several areas.
