I was so nervous about having a rear upper tooth extracted. The Dr. and staff was Excellent. The procedure has restored my faith in receiving dental surgery that doesn't result in unbearable pain

Some of the wait times were longer than stated during the procedure. This was an emergency visit, so scheduling problems will always cause a time problem.

It all starts with the front office staff. This staff is competent and very easy to work with... Then the hygienist are amazing as well. I have not had a bad appointment here yet. Thank goodness I found my Dental office!!!

Staff are friendly, hygienist and dentist are professional and thorough, and the entire experience is relatively quick and an overall pleasure. Try out some of their recommended products for teeth cleaning, whitening, and protection; very pleased with our purchases.

My hygienest Nichole was very pleasant and informative regarding my dental hygiene and preventative measures. She provided a very thorough cleaning. This was my fist visit with this provider and I am very pleased with the services provided today :)

Appointment times are appointment times. I've been visiting here for about a year, clean, pleasant waiting room almost goes on used, waits are not very long at all. multiple times I don't get a chance to sit. The feeling The Doctor and staff give you is, as patient you are all the matters. As for wait times, I've waited longer for an elevator!

I have had a fear of dental work so much so I lost most of my teeth to decay. My fear stemmed from a very traumatic event with a Dentist when I was young and coupled with the expense of dental work my teeth suffered dramatically.However Dr. Pratt and his delightful staff have put that fear to rest with their caring attitude and of course medical remedies. I just had a a denture device placed on my upper jaw and I felt almost no pain. Now I just need to get used to the denture but I already feel great. Got a smile back!! Thanks so much.

The orthodontist who put my wire and rubber bands on was a pretty cool guy. It didn't feel like he was in any rush and it was easy to talk to him.

Waiting to be seen is rare. It seems to me that when you walk in at your appointment time you are ushered right in. Practice is professionally run and the dentist exudes competence

Quickly taken in to be seen. Treated courteously. I felt the process of obtaining payment after I was already bibbed and sitting in the chair was a little awkward. Can't that be done before I go back? The procedure seemed to go efficiently and the Doctor and assistant were seemed confident and efficient. I appreciated being given sunglasses to wear so I wasn't bothered by the bright light as badly. Doctor let me listen to my audiobook during my procedure which was also appreciated!

HAD APPOINTMENT IN QUICK FASHON , DOCTOR AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. APPOINTMENT WAS LATE IN THE DAY SO THE DENTAL OFFICE WAS FULL AND A LONG WAITING TIME ELAPSED, THAT WAS THE ONLY DRAWBACK . BUT AT LEAST MY PROBLEM WAS TAKEN CARE OF !!

Having the first appointment of the day really helps with a potential backlog of patients. My experience was very good. Cant wait to see them again. Did i just really say that? I am such a chicken.

Very thorough and satisfactory job.

I broke a tooth late in the day. When I called they got me in first thing in the morning. Called in antibiotic that I needed before I have any dental work done. Dr. Pratt took good care of my tooth without causing further pain as some other dentists have done. Came up with options for saving my tooth and that was best for me. I go back next week for another appointment that I had previously scheduled. Can't wait to have healthy teeth again.

Thank you so much. You extracted my teeth on Thursday and I didn't bleed much after that first day. I had very little pain and was able to eat solid food again by the end of the weekend. If I need any more extractions I'll definitely be returning.

However, the staff never appeared judgmental and have worked to meet my every request. Overall, I'm quite impressed by the staff, facility, and care shown. The dental assistant was awesome and took extra time to try and comfort my fear of the procedure/ needle. DDS was very gentle and comforting as well during the procedure. There was no one who greeted me at check in, which is ok, my wait was not long, less then 5 mins.

I had a few personal issues and was embarrassed. They handled my situation with discretion and helped me through it. I immediately liked it there! Just the way I was treated made me comfortable and will definitely will refer friends and family. From the techs, hygienist and the extremely gentle dentist, I cannot find fault anywhere.

Staff was all friendly and very accommodating for a first visit. This office did not feel like a production / sweat shop, as I gave felt in the past.

As always, my visit to this office was a great experience. Although the hygienist was new to this office, she was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. The dentist also did a quick adjustment on a filling that was done on an earlier date immediately after I mentioned a sensitivity problem. They always take time to explain anything you need them to as well as make suggestions on a sensible maintenance plan.

All in one day! I am so pleased to get all the work done so quickly. Everyone was very attentive, understanding, and professional. The work went very smoothly and was pain free One of the best dental experiences I have had. Thank you all for your great work.

The hygienist went over alot of detailed information. She shared tips on flossing. This was the best experience ive ever had during a dentist visit.

Prompt, courteous, thorough, professional. If a dental visit can be called pleasant, mine was just that. The hygienist is compassionate, understanding and very good at her job. My teeth and gums feel great after the periodontal maintenance cleaning she performed. This is my third visit and I will continue to have my dental work done here. The staff was also very helpful to ensure that I was charged correctly for the services using my Humana discount plan, after comparing costs with two other discount plans available.

I had a problem when visiting the area from out of town. The staff at Coast Dental were kind, caring and professional. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

I have read a lot of negative reviews regarding this location. I want everyone to know that I am a dental professional myself & recently was at this office. There is a different dentist there now, Dr. GREER. She is excellent & has a great personality. All staff members are kind, courteous, and there to help you. Coast corporate has been doing an excellent job to improve their employees. Sonya is at the front desk & is the office mgr. She can & will help you with any questions you have. Systems are in place & must be followed due to insurance guidelines & Obamacare. Just because your previous dentist/hygienist did not tell you that you have gum problems does not mean that is true. Probing...which is measuring pocket depth is what determines the health of your gums & the type of "cleaning" you need. I was very happy with the Riverview location

I personally hate entering the dental office, always have hated that but my encounter with this group has so far been positive enough that I am sure I can overcome the physiological changes that occur as I approach the office(sweating hands, increase pulse, dry mouth) just to mention a few. They truly make you feel like you are visiting a friend and there is no threat of pain or discomfort...Smiles all around

I made an appointment to come for an emergency. I had an annoying tooth ache. The front desk staff was very professional in handling my concerns. Dr. Greer and her technician ushered me into an examination room and took an x-ray. The recommendation was to extract the tooth and put me on pain medication and an anti-biotic. I went home that evening and was able to relax and get some sleep without any pain or discomfort,

Everyone was very kind and concerned with my daughter and her care. We were there for four hours and she still walked out with a smile. Thank u.

The staff were friendly and the facility was clean. The problem was an hour long wait. Circumstances do arise, but that is crazy. I believe they need another ortho on staff or something. On ortho days that office is always full, and they are generally running behind.

I always had an irrational fear of the dentist and had not been to a dentist in years. I was fairly terrified to go to my appointment, but the staff at Coast in Riverview was amazing. I didn't even have to mention that I was scared...they were just that good. They were great at explaining everything they were going to do ahead of time and letting me know what I would feel and when. They also made sure I was aware of what everything would cost before they did anything. No longer afraid of the dentist.

I had a broken tooth when I called I was told come right on in.

I wanted to talk to the office manager about the possibility of a discount for my dental cleaning because the cost is so high. I was wondering if Coast Dental gave discounts t o disabled veterans.

Everything was good! Hygienist was awesome as usual and the ortho was very thorough and nice.

My only issue was that I had to come twice since I was a new customer. The initial appointment being scheduled a month out but luckily I mentioned I am flexible so I got an appointment that week after all. This happened to someone else I know who went elsewhere because she was turned off by having to wait so long for an initial visit and then still needing the cleaning on an additional visit. I have already completed both visits before the initial appointment given. Other then that the service was great, I got in early, everyone was professional, my teeth are clean, so see you every six months forever.

My son has had 3 appointments at the Riverview location. The front desk girls, Dawn & Sonia are exceptional! However, to date, the dentist has not introduced himself or discussed any of the treatments with me, only his assistant. I feel this would be beneficial to this location if the dentist would have customer contact with the parents.

Very helpful staff!

I chipped my tooth and I was able to get an appointment within an hour, thanks to a cancellation. I was greeted warmly, even with a hug and assurances they could get me fixed up and smiling again. 2 hours later I walked out barely feeling any pain with a temporary crown. I even got to witness a veteran technician educating a new one on how to complete the procedure with kindness and attention to detail. I was very impressed with the whole operation

doctor did very well but the asst. was in training and mess up the temp cap for my crown and I was in office from 11:30a.m. to 2:00p.am. Took longer. I have never been in office that long in my life. It was very cold in office too. I will bring sweater next time.

Everyone I interacted with at the office was very friendly and had great attitudes. It was such a pleasant experience.

I had a crowned tooth that came completely out while eating wings at a restaurant. It was a traumatic experience to say the least, but your office worked me in 1st thing the next morning and gave me a temporary tooth and made a cast and ordered the permanent one. I also needed a deep cleaning and your office worked me in the very next day. Everyone was extremely nice and I learned a lot as well (i.e. stop using the medium tooth brush and I'm brushing so hard that my gums are receding). I have already recommended this office to a friend of mine. I would recommend it to anyone....really excellent service. I can tell the dental professionals at this office truely care about their patients.

Receptionists upon entering are always greets with a cordial welcome. Dental assistants seem very knowledgeable and appear to be very helpful to the Dentist as he prepares for the tasks of the day. It's been my experience that Dr. Lopez was very sensitive to my needs and discussed everthing before commencement of work.

three fillings and a full mouth debridement were done. Everyone was sensitive to her fear of needles and they were very patient and calm with her. She went in very frightened of the procedure, but came out with a better understanding and not as scared. They also let her listen to her ipod, which helped her relax quite a bit.
