I don't know if these people all get together before each patient comes in to review personal facts about them so that they can all ask about family members by name and major life events that we last spoke to them about a year earlier, but they are all over it. It feels like you are in a small town practice. They are unbelievably nice and accommodating. They are also pretty efficient. I will miss this place when we move.

They’re really nice people. They’ll work with you in anyway to get your dental needs done in timely manner.

Reason for not returning would simply be location and having to be told by the receptionists and not the doctor himself why I was being referred to another clinic. I don't remember names, but the receptionists were very kind and patient and beyond helpful to me. I did snap at the one lady who had to relay to me I was being referred elsewhere. I was very rude to her to spite her only trying to help me. I hope my apology finds her, and please thank her for me.

I arrived late and was still greeted and seen. The endodontist I saw, Dr. De Beaux, was VERY informative. You could tell she loved her job. Her assistant, a male who's name I can't remember, was so friendly and held a good conversation. Everyone at the office was nice. I chose this office because of all the good reviews I've seen on it. Now I know just how right they all were.

From the time I scheduled my first appointment with this practice to my walking out of the door, at the end of my visit, I was incredibly pleased.The front desk staff was very welcoming! Though I don't like x-rays, the technician made it as painless as possible. The dental hygienist was efficient, and the dentist was professional and more than competent! Though I was referred to this dentist, I was pleasantly surprised. All of the staff exhibited superior patient care, asking questions to always ensure my comfort, and answered my questions with great proficiency. I am so very glad I am a patient of this practice!!

The second you walk through the door, they make you feel welcomed. This time I walked in for my permanent crown and they told me not to take a seat in the waiting areas as they were ready for me! Excellent patient:doctor and patient:hygienist manner! Very professional in all areas of this practice!

The front desk lady was great, the dental assistant was fantastic and Dr. Richardson was wonderful. They all are over the top and I hate going to the dentist but they made an unpleasant task a really nice experience. I came in on referral from my mother who also had an amazing experience. They were so gentle and even watched/engaged my daughter while I was in with the dentist and she waited for her ride. Very amazed at the professionalism, and family oriented environment. They made me extremely comfortable they don't just tell you what you need, but they explain why and show you detailed pictures that clearly show the issues etc. I have already referred a friend to this practice, and would most definitely return again. They've made my dentist trip (which is typically dreadful), enjoyable.

Had a typical cleaning this visit and had a chance to meet Terrance the hygienist who transferred from another location. He's refreshing and informative. I like Dr. Richardson is nice too especially to my twins. Only thing is she's so popular it's hard to get an appointment with her. She needs an additional dentist on-hand.

Took advantage of early appointment offer. My crown procedure was fast (30 mins) and well done. I had some pain after anesthetic wore off. Wasn't offered any Advil like with the temporary crown. I took some of my own Advil and all was well.

I needed some extensive work and they were so nice and made the entire experience so much better! I have to say I am happier here than I was with the dentist I had used for years!

GREAT!!!!!!

Dr. Richardson and staff got me in and out in a little over an hour for a broken tooth crown and three fillings. I was comfortable the entire time and had no pain. They gave me Ibruprofen to take before I left and suggest I take more as necessary for any pain for when the anesthetic wore off. But I didn't need it, there was almost no post procedure discomfort. Very good experience.

I had been away for 5+ years. The office staff, dental assistant, and dentist made my return a great experience.

This is by far the best practice I have been to. Dr. Richardson far surpasses any dentist I have ever had. She will be my dentist for my foreseeable future. Great bedside manner. Top notch work. I would and will continue to refer people to her.

Doctor Richsrdson and staff always provide me with excellent care. I live in Lithonia Ga. Dr. Richardson's office seems to be on the other side of the State, with traffic and all. However, I endure the trip because I know that I will be in good hands. Wherever Dr. Richardson takes her practice, that's where I will go. She can run but she can't hide. I will find her. ?? I was skeptical about going to a dental office that is in a strip mall but after my last appointment I am totally satisfied with their services. I had to have a bridge removed and replaced and the professionalism and care given during the procedure was exceptional. I highly recommend the office for all dental needs.

First time getting two crowns on my teeth so I was nervous, but Dr. Richardson and her staff eased my nerves and assured me the fittings for my crowns would be fine and easier to take care of than my natural teeth.

I have had many problems with Previous dentists and am so glad I found Dr.Richardson, she has done a great job. I am in the process of receiving an extensive bridge and just had 2 root canals. Minimal pain and temporary bridge looks better than the permanent bridge I was Having replaced. She also has a great personality to go with her exceptional knowledge and skill.

Dr. Richardson is always professional. She makes you feel comfortable by explaining each procedure during the process. She has a bright smile and is kind to her patients and her employees. I feel that she has my best interest at heart at all times. I would highly recommend her to others who are looking for a skilled, experienced female dentist.

After signing in, I sat for approximately 2-3 minutes before being called to the back. While I was at the office for about 5 hours, they maintained contact with me most of the time. I was delighted they could fit me in for the root canal right away. I was in pretty bad shape hen I left the office (chills and sweating) I actually asked the pharmacy I picked up my prescriptions from if he could give me an antibiotic, but he couldn't. I called the office, but it was already closed. Luckily, after I was able to eat something and take the medicine, I felt much better. Still sore from keeping me mouth open for that many hours, but I can tell it will get better soon. Great job!

My temporary crowns were put in with a lot of skill and precision. The were affixed so well that they would not come out when I was ready for the permanent ones. The new crowns feel great. I don't have dental insurance, but they offer various payment options, which made it easy to get what I needed. I still need more work, but am very pleased with what I've completed thus far. Will definitely come back! Dr Richardson is the best!! Have gone to other locations, but have finally found someplace I like!

I had a pretty tough procedure yesterday, but Dr. Richarson and Misty were so helpful in getting me through it. Had a follow-up call today just to be sure I was doing okay and I really appreciate the kindness and caring attitude of this office. Also, Dr. Richardson remembered that I had requested calm, soothing music and it really helped to ease my nerves.

Everyone is always so pleasant and Dr. Richardson makes sure that I feel NO PAIN!

I love and respect Dr. Richardson. She is caring and nurturing. When I met Dr. Richardson 2 yrs ago. She did a procedure on me, then called 2days later to check on me. That was true professionalism. The service and the entire staff members at Coast Sprayberry are excellent too. I would also like to mention that whenever you get great service and a doctor Who is willing to reach in her pockets to pay your taxi fare to her office in order for you to get the service (treatment) that you need says a lot for Dr. Richardson . They did an outstanding job.

I received the most thorough cleaning recently, the dental hygiene is one of a kind! Dr.Richardson has the most gentle touch, and excellent chairside manner!

I broke a tooth, they saw me immediately, left after 2hrs with the temporary crown, came back 3 wks later for the permanent crown. I was out of there in less than and hour. Very kind, gentle and the crown feels great. Hate the cost but at least we can pay over time.

The staff is wonderful, the results superb. The waiting time was long.

i called with a broken tooth, they had me come right in. Even though I am very uncomfortable at the Dentist, they made me feel confident and were very kind, gentle and sensitive. My crown was done in 1 hr 30 minutes.

I have been coming here for a long time. And, while the vibe in the front office was always plesant and professional, the back did not always feel the same. It was a "breath of fresh air" this time around.

The staff here was very friendly and professional. I went here to get some bridge work done. Dr. Richardson did my bridge work and I must say she is Great! She is very gentle, patient and nice. I am only in the temporary bridge stage and to my surprise the temporary looks really good. Can't wait to the real thing comes back from the lab. I will definitely make this place my dentist home for years to come.

I did not have to wait long in the waiting room. My X-rays were done while the hygenist finished with another patient. I didn't have to wait long for the hygenist after my X-rays were done.

Dr. Richardson, her Dental Assistant, and Holly & Joyce at the front desk gave me a seamlessly positive experience. Dr. Richardson and her D.A. are technically skilled, confident and calmng. Their patient education is clear and helpful.

The entire staff was warm, friendly, and professional. Even though I was a new patient, I was able to obtain an appointment for the next day to take care of a broken filling. The doctor and hygienist both were attentive to my personal comfort and pain control. No one likes going to the dentist, but the staff at this location made it as pleasant as possible.

I have had good service out of CoastDental at Sprayberry but I think its time to search for a more cost effective dentist. They are very responsive and thurough with their work but I just can't justify the cost at this time. I have insurance and it just never seems to help and I know the costs have increased but I have never seen costs like this or upsale of products.

I am please with my service as you know I follow you from Cascade location which is 19 miles from my home, your personally is so beautiful and you are so concerns I will follows you wherever you go. You take time to call and check on me after I leave the office. Thanks for your kindness.

Great job but quite pricey for me even with Insurance.

I understand businesses need to make money. But on my first visit after seeing another dentist 6 months prior, I did not expect a consultation stating I need over $5,000 worth of work to my teeth. An all or nothing approach does not fly with me. As a new patient, I would expect a gradual appeal to obtaining the services. If I am not complaining of pain or any issues, how can this be so urgent. Big Turn Off in my book. Cleaning techniques need to be updated. It was a complete mess with water all over the place. I should not have to change my shirt from being so wet after a cleaning. Now that was ridiculous. Staff and doctor were very friendly and nice. I will continue to support women and minorities in business. That is why I will return.

Good staff, great Dr; only one VERY ANNOYING thing; Every time you go there the estimate NEVER matches the actual coverage and ALWAYS you end up paying more out of your own pocket. This is VERY frustrating.

I really appreciated how quickly and pleasantly I was serviced when I was in a bind. Dr. Richardson is terrific and I'm confident about her diagnosis and treatment recommendations. She's an excellent dentist. The only slight concern I had was that I felt the dental assistant seemed hesitant and lacked confidence that she knew what she was doing, which made me a bit nervous. I'm assuming she is probably just new. I don't remember her name but she had an accent - my guess is Romanian.

Set an appointment for setting my crown after a root canal. They have had me wait and prepped... And came to me and said they lost my crown. They gave a free cleaning to compensate and did what they can to correct the issue. They found it and re scheduled me the same day.
