The staff is absolutely wonderful. I was truly ashamed of way my teeth looked but I was not yet ready to face the pain that I thought I would experience. NO PAIN AT ALL!! I hope that my insurance approves the work that needs to be done!!

I visited this office first time on Oct 03, 2018. I had relocated to Lawrenceville GA and was looking for a Dentist office nearby in Lawrenceville/Suwaneed/Pleasant Hill Rd/Lilburn areas. I visited a couple of facilities but didn't feel comfortable with them. Then I came across Coast Dental Suwanee Rd and was pleasantly surprised to see a high standard of facility upkeep, cleaniness, staff friendliness, and professionalism. I was made comfortable, assessment of services recommended for me was realistic, and their expenses reasonable. They offered easy payments plan with no interest for 12 months. No one rushed through the procedures and I felt very satisfied at the end of the day. Well done, Coast Dental Lawrenceville, Suwanee Rd. Keep it up. You are my dentist .

I was looking for a Dentist in Lawrence/ Suwanee/Lilburn/Duluth areas.I visited a couple of offices in Lilburn and Pleasant Hill Rd vicinity before visiting Suwanee Coast Dental. I found the latter way ahead of former dental offices in terms of cleanliness, attitudes, professionalism, and economy in service expenses. It took me no time to decide that this is the dentist for me and my family. I received from the Dentist and her team the best possible attention and treatment. It was a very pleasant cumulative experience for me at the end of the day. Bravo! Suwanee Coast Dental. Keep it up!

Going to the dentist is never an experience to look forward to, but the staff here make it as pain free as possible. They are always pleasant, honest and up front about everything from treatment plans to billing to levels of pain to be expected.

Awesome Hygienist

I have to brag about my experience at Suwanee dental care. I love my dentist, who can say that? I couldn't before meeting Dr. Majdi and her team. In fact, I've been missing teeth since my early 20s and I've felt like my mouth was getting worse and no one took the time like Dr. Majdi to try to turn it around. The first appointment was overwhelming because I've never had someone take so many photos and take almost two hours. I thought I just needed a cleaning. I never thought that my issues could be addressed but she took the time to talk about my concerns. I didn't think I could afford to do all the work but they have been so accommodationing. It's been two years and I'm almost done! Last week I got my temporary teeth on my implants and for the first time I can chew my food right. I couldn't stop giggling when the doctor first asked me to bite down. My cheeks and lips even look more full because of the new teeth! No botox necessary! I can't wait to get my final teeth and I have told all my coworkers and friends about Dr. Majdi. All my family comes here now!

Awesome staff.

First of all the Manager Merline was amazing! The first impression when you come into the door is everything and I got automatic smiles and felt very welcomed. I got explained to about everything and it was clear and detailed. My dental Hygenist Aynalem was also very great! I got a cleaning done and she did phenomenal . I was in no pain whatsoever and she also explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it . Thank you Suwanee! I am definitely going to be back in 6 Months !

I got my wisdom tooth pulled and I didn't have a whole lot of down time maybe two days at the most not a whole lot of swelling everything went great.

I came into the office with a broken tooth and in a lot of pain. The Dr. was so nice and accessed me with needing a root canal and immediately started the process of repairing my tooth. Can't tell you how grateful I am that they took the time to not only repair my tooth but also make sure I was comfortable and ok throughout the process.

It was my first time here, so it took a bit longer than I'd expected but the service was very good and friendly.

I was a new client, with new insurance in need of an emergency root canal. They rescheduled my appointment because I was in so much pain and was able to get it done Friday so I wouldn't suffer through another weekend of pain. The receptionist is very nice and professional. The staff and Doctor Kim was amazing. Will be a return patient! Everyone was sensitive and understanding to my situation. Thanks again coast dental team!

We are very thankful for the prompt care we received from Coast. My daughter came home from college with her wisdom teeth giving hurt pain. We tried calling our regular dentist and had to leave 4 messages. We still have not got a call back. I Coast called 1 time they answered the phone and had us in the office at 8:30 the next morning. They were able to pull not 1 but 2 of her wisdom teeth and we were on our way by 9:30. We have found a new dentist all 4 of us will be using Coast from now on. The office staff was wonderful and very helpful with our insurance.

I love my hygienist, Theresa! the front office staff and the dentist are awesome too.

Going to the dentist is not my "cup of tea" by any means, but if I have to go, and I do, this is the best place for me to go. The first crown I ever go had to be adjusted three times, but the two I have gotten at Coast Dental have never had to be adjusted once.

Finally, a dental office where people listen and care about their clients. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Coast. I recommend them highly. ??

Called because of tooth pain. They worked me in the next morning and took care of everything. Both professional and friendly.

The hygienist and dentist are really good at explaining options available to me. On my recent visit, after a thorough cleaning, they identified a small cavity that appeared in the x-rays. There was time available in the dentist's schedule so he filled it right away. Even though I hadn't planned to be so late returning to work, it was great because I didn't have to make an additional appointment, arrange to be away from work and so on. I was thrilled.

Everyone is friendly and professional, I recommend Cost Dental in Suwanee, Ga to anyone that is looking for a Dentist.

I was taken back shortly after I arrived and had two fillings completed in less than one hour. I was able to accomplish this on my lunch hour, which was great!

Waiting time perfect, with friendly people and very professional.

The staff is always very nice and efficient, however, I must question a $62.00 charge for an oral cancer screening which seemed to only involve turning the lights out and looking at my mouth for a minute by the hygenist and the doctor feeling around for another minute for "lumps and bumps" as described by the hygenist. This seems like a gross overcharge, which insurance does not cover. I feel that this "screening" was simple enough that it should be included in every visit as part of the preventitive care.

There was a little confusion over what my insurance covered but it was resolved. Everyone was friendly and did a good job. I thought I was going to have dental cleaning on my first visit but there was only time for paperwork, X-rays , and exam. Next visit I had a filling replaced and it was done well I believe.

Tooth extracted a week ago, went very well. So far no complications.

One of the things I dread about dentist visits (even cleanings) is the waiting. I was greeted at the door and whooshed off to be taken care of immediately. The hygenist was wonderful and funny and Dr. Naidel (sp?) was quick, thorough and very courteous answering my questions. Best visit ever.

Great service

Went to Coast in Suwanee GA. Dentist and staff was great. I had periodontal disease and needed to have 20 remaining teeth extracted and have full dentures put in. They worked with me every step of the way. Now my teeth look awesome and I have my smile back. It was a pretty extreme experience to be going through at 33 years old but the staff made me feel very comforted. I would definitely recommend them for my friends and family. Call Renee and she will answer any questions you may have.

After not visiting the dentist for 8 years due to lack of insurance Coast Dental made my transition back seem easy. From the moment I stepped in the door everyone was eager to greet me, and quick to assist and get me seen promptly which I appreciate! My insurance cost was discussed in detail in the room with me prior to any work I received. I was surprised to not have so much as a single cavity but Dr. Nagar explained steps to prevent me damage in the future and how important my routine cleanings were and that I was lucky. After having my cleaning done I asked about teeth whitening for my upcoming wedding and she told me she wouldn't suggest it because it might bring out the natural white spots on my teeth and that my teeth were already white. It's not often you find such honesty in a dentist or doctors office and isn't out to get all the money they can out of you. SO, I appreciate the honesty and WILL be going again in 6 months! Thank you :)

My second visit was much better than the first. I said I would never go back, but when they called to remind me of my appointment, I took a chance and went back. The thing I do not like is you are trying to sell different products, services the whole visit. For instance my first visit i was told I needed this bottle of mouth wash. It was $25, which I didn't realize until I left. I could have purchased it elsewhere for much less. I am going to look around for different options before I decide if I'll return.

I must admit that given the difficult task I presented the team at Coast Dental handled my problem professionally and with great dispatch. I realize that as a walk-in my problem was magnified. I was cared for immediately and the staff did the best they could to help me get through my procedure. I didn't realize that I would have presented such a difficult problem but all in all I would have to say they did the absolute best they could. They also made sure I understood everything, including billing< so there were no surprises and the overall anguish was minimized. The review site is not working, the submit button disappears when you hover over the stars, I would give you a 5 Star rating

Everything was fine, except I did arrive at my appointed time and had to wait 40 minutes to go back. Other than that, no problems at all.

Everyone there was very friendly and the office was very clean. The only complaint I have is that I was misquoted on the cost of services. I waited to have the work done because I was told it would cost $125 when I could have had it completed sooner had I known it would have only been $85 and I didnt need to save up anymore. Also it would have been nice to have been prescribed some prescription pain relief for the healing process.
