Great experience for being a new patient

I had been told for years that Coast Dental was absolutely the worst of the worst. I was forced into going to Coast because they're the only practice that will accept my new insurance. Honestly, I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. Everything was perfect.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. I am having a problem from anesthesia. My tongue is still partially numb over a week later. I have never experienced this type of problem before. I am hoping it completely goes away. I did call the office the following day after my appointment.

I was in and out in a reasonable time from the time I arrived. My appt was at noon and I arrived just after 11:30 and was out by 12;20 pm.

it may sound strange.. but I enjoy going to the dentist (Coast Dental). Always friendly, relaxed and fun atmosphere. Office staff is great, Hygienist is wonderful, been seeing her for a long time. New doctor and Dental asst. are awesome!! I moved to Orlando, but refuse to change dentist!! :)

It does take a long time to get done for just a cleaning and a filling. My appointment was at 3:30 and I didn't get out of there until after 5:15 pm. However, the doctor does an excellent job and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The office staff was very friendly. Scheduling was fast and easy. We felt welcomed and enjoyed our visit.

This was the first time going to Dental Coast and the experience was very good. To begin I had the wrong date my appointment was for the following week (duh). The receptionist at the moment was the receptionist manager she was very polite and friendly. After figuring out that my appointment was for next week she gave me the papers to fill as the new patients do. I asked her if there was any opening for that day she said no but told me if I wanted to wait and see if the were any cancelations, I didn't have anything to loose so I started filling my papers and waited. I had my x-rays done and an examination by the dentist Dr. Long and establish my next visit. Overall the staff was very friendly and polite they make you feel welcome I will recommend this office to anyone.

I was provided a new crown and a small filling on the same visit. Everything went very well. Staff were very kind and professional.

Because of hurricane I had to reschedule. When staff realized I had two appointments in two days they offered to do both the same day. So they put a crown on and filled a tooth so I did not have to return next day. Been coming to this office for over 30 years

The dentist explained what needed to be done about the filling. I was also told I needed additional work. Will make that decision later. Next appoint is for a cleaning in early December.

Coast Dental Titusville is a very busy practice that isn't always able to make or keep appointments due to being so busy. The staff is great about calling and rescheduling beforehand though and I always get in and out quickly when I am scheduled. April is a wonderful and efficient hygienist. I never feel rushed and she always remembers me specifically and takes the time to follow up on my dental care and ask about my daily life as well but I'm in and out in no time with squeaky clean teeth.

The Dr. and staff are wonderful!! You never leave with unanswered questions. It is a real treat for any patient! I would strongly recommend him to everyone!!

My appointment was at 9:30 am. I arrived about 15-20 minutes early and was taken in about 5 minutes after I arrived. The staff and service is very good and efficient.

Dr. Huong and his assistant were great. I'm nervous about these appointments but they put me at ease (as much as they could) and I literally felt no pain. I'm still nervous about dental appointments but I won't be scared with Dr. H!

Excellent from in all areas from beginning to end. Infinitely better than the service or more accurately the lack of service I had from your branch on Garden St. that morning., After being a patient of that unit for over 10 years, when I called that morning July 5th, explaining I had chipped a tooth and asked to be seen as soon as possible they told me I could not be fit in until July 20th. They never even asked if it was hurting or sensitive in any way. i decided to try the South Office and they told me to come in immediately.so they could look at it and gave me an appointment latter that day to repair the tooth.. I have switched my business to the south Titusville Branch. .

April, Is always efficient and friendly

I was extremely nervous about my dental visit due to having cavities that needed filling. The dentist was able to fill my cavities with no anesthesia! That was amazing!! The entire staff made me feel very comfortable and I would highly recommend anyone to Dr. Long's office.

April is AMAZING!!! I would never want another doing my cleanings. She is very professional while giving me info about how to care for my teeth. I know that if i don't floss.. i'll have to answer to her :) She cares about her patients.

My lower front teeth had started getting crooked, forming cavities, and looking deformed. They were replaced with caps that are shaded to match my existing teeth and fit perfectly. A lot of time was spent to assure a perfect fit.

I was in and out in less than one hour. This included drive time from work and back to work. My Boss is so impress, they are having trouble trying to charge me sick leave because I used my lunch hour a d I appreciated the timely service rendered.

I was very pleased with the professional and friendly staff. They went out of their way to get me through my first visit, and that is a service that far too few doctors offices provide.

Denture came in on time and looks nice. Have to have surgery to get bad teeth out so will see how it fits next week, but Jackie and pat are very nice and keep you up to date on your dental work.

I hate going to the dentist, but the office on US1 in Titusville is friendly, kind and understanding. Very nice people, never had to wait for my appointment either.

The receptionist Regina was very nice and friendly. She made my granddaughter and I feel so welcomed. We will be back and I think that I will make an appointment too.

We receive services twice a year and find them excellent. The staff listens to you and yet provides you with their professional advice.

I made this appointment 2 weeks ago and received at least 4 telephone calls asking if I wanted to come in sooner. As I am available only Wednesdays I had to decline. Once I arrived I was told I'd be there 3-3.5 hours--I was done and out in 2 hours. My treatment included an extraction and since the numbing agent wore off I have had 0 pain or bleeding and have not needed the pain medications at all!

Dr. Long is a great dentist, and I enjoy his sense of humor though the process. He is replacing 6 crowns plus other work, and he makes being in the chair pleasant. There was no pain because of the way he times and delivers the anesthesia; I could not feel the needle at all. Jackie is a great assistant to Dr. Long and they work well together. Pat does a remarkable job getting the bill together for payment efficiently and accurately in a very small amount of space. On my first visit, Jackie and Pat clearly explained my alternatives for payment for the procedures, and Jackie broke everything down for me so I knew what my insurance would cover and what would be left for me to pay. She offered a one year, no interest plan for payment, which was every helpful. While the people working in the Washington Street office are great representatives of Coast, and the offices are clean and tidy, they need painting and updating. I had a 4 hour appointment, sitting in a dental chair, with no TV or diversion of any kind. I brought a book to read in the chair, but that doesn't work well. A TV on the wall would make time go by much faster during long dental procedures. I understand not many people have 4 hour appointments, but putting a little money into the office should not hurt the bottom line. It was necessary for me to visit an endodontist as part of my treatment plan, and I was there for less than an hour; the office was bright and updated, and a TV was on the wall to watch during the procedure making time pass quickly and diverting attention from the dental procedure.

Dr. Long is very good and explains everything he is doing. I can't say enough good things about Lynette, Dawn & Pat. (they are the staff that I have delt with so far) It turns out that my first visit to them was the need for a root canal and crown. Although they had to send me out for this root canal they are doing a good job on preparing me for my crown. They are very caring and supportive. I feel right at home.

My insurance only offers Coast Dental for those of us living in Titusville. How fortunate we are that their office on Washington Avenue is filled with caring and personable staff, a highly qualified dentist, and talented hygentists! Only down side, trying to get a 3:30 appointment without having to wait five months! Question 7 asks if I would refer a friend. As part of my job, I assist new employees choose their dental office. I can't tell them what to do, but I can suggest they consider Coast Dental on Washington Avenue as I believe they'll be very satisfied with their service.

Dentist seemed to be more concerned with leaving the room than taking his time with patient. Spoke very quickly and with little detail/explanation of his answers to my questions. Has also been rude to my wife during her visits.

I was touched and amazed at the professional as well as concerned and friendly manner that the staff gave me on my scheduled appointment. My questions were answered and my needs were met.

This was a dreaded procedure that I found amazingly pain free. I particularly liked the water during the drilling which kept the debris from accumulating in my mouth. A very professional experience.

Everything was explained to me that I need to have done in the future for my teeth. I'll make a decison and contact the office.

Very long wait, and unable to schedule a follow up appointment until 7 months later

Just fine!

I was to get a cleaning and then a filling. I'm 44 y.o. and this was my first filling so I was a bit nervous. After the cleaning I waiting in the lobby for 5 minutes and was brought back in for the filling. I waiting in the chair for 20 minutes before the dentist came in to do the filling on a cracked tooth. He then realized I had been given fluoride and couldn't do the procedure. I was very disappointed because I'd been nervous all day and my anxiety built up while waiting in the chair. I have to wait a month now to come back for the filling.

Everyone in the office is so friendly and that helps take away the "dental stress"..Keep up the good work...I really enjoy talking to Dr Long, also...He tells me every step he is taking and I like that. You can never be too over informed while you are setting in the dental chair.

i have been a client for a number of yrs not a fan of my mouth being drilled on but my visits are all very painless and friendly i look forward to my appts.

The dentist did a wonderful job matching a replacement front tooth crown with the surrounding teeth, both in color and shape. He did recommend that I also cap my other front tooth for a perfect match, however I did not want to damage a perfectly good tooth. He matched the good tooth perfectly and I needn't have worried.

I waited about 15-20 minutes past my appointment time; I would prefer a shorter wait. When hygienist explained treatment, she did not explain much, for example, why flouride is still necessary at my age. Also, the scheduling presents quite a problem for anyone wishing to get regular visits because the appointments are so heavily booked. My last appointment had to be rescheduled so I waited an extra 4+ months, and now it will take over 7 months before I can get in for my next six-month visit!

needed pain medication and not able to get it. the motrin did not work well at all nor did the advil.

The temporary crown had broken and it was still at least a week until the permanent one would be ready. Jackie made me a new one and it is doing great.

The staff were very friendly and the Dentist is awesome with a needle,didnt feel a thing,they are all very attentive to your needs and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and happy.

I found the facility professional, clean, and attractive. The hygienist was knowledgeable, proficient, friendly, courteous, and efficient. I was pleased with my visit.

I was not very impressed with your new hygenist, April. She did not do nearly as thorough of a job as the help that came from the SunTree/Viera office when I was there in June. I still think Vanessa is the best, and wish she was still there.

I have left doctors' and dentists' offices in the past due to the unfriendliness of the staff, but I am completely satisfied with the friendly and personal treatment I receive at Coast Dental in south Titusville. I just think they need to add an additional hygienist because it is hard to get an appointment. I had one scheduled in August, but they had to reschedule it and I was unable to get in until December.
