Dr. Ana Maria Puebla, DMD, enjoys talking to her patients about their dental care goals and providing customized treatment plans designed for their specific needs. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences, School of Dentistry, where she also completed a one-year General Practice Residency. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Puerto Rico, where she received a Certificate of Achievement Scholastic Excellence. Dr. Puebla is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dr. Puebla and her team offer preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental services and her team also strives to accommodate same-day emergency dental appointment requests.

A local Florida native, with over 30-years of experience, John A Mason, DMD, provides preventive, restorative and cosmetic dental services including exams, sealants, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, dental implant restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, veneers, teeth whitening and more. In addition, his team strives to accommodate dental emergencies on the same day.

Dr. Mason earned his dental degree at the University of Florida in 1989. He also obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1985. Dr. Mason owned several private practices before joining Coast.

Kinjal Vora, DDS, is skilled in professionally delivering guidance to patients on preventative oral health care and proper oral hygiene along with comprehensive treatment plans. She provides preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care. In addition, her team strives to accommodate same-day emergency dental appointments.

Dr. Vora has been earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.

In her free time, Dr. Vora travels to Ecuador on mission trips to provide free dental care to rural and inner-city communities.

Michael Crovatt, DMD, treats adults, teenagers and children starting at age 2. He provides preventive, restorative and cosmetic dental care including exams, fillings, extractions, crowns, teeth whitening and more. In addition, his team strives to accommodate same-day emergency dental appointments.

Dr. Crovatt earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in Clearwater, Florida in 1983. He is a member of the American Dental Association and Florida Dental Association.

Dr. Mona Javeed is a graduate of the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine’s School of Dental Medicine and is devoted to community-based care. Having treated patients daily at the LECOM Outreach Clinic in DeFuniak Springs, FL, Dr. Javeed is experienced in simple and complex restorative procedures, extractions, periodontal procedures, prosthodontics, pediatric procedures, and dental- related emergencies.

Beyond her experience in the field of dentistry, Dr. Javeed also holds a degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida. She is also invested in community outreach, having participated in programs affecting and improving the oral health of children, specifically. Her primary goal is to provide each patient with a positive dental experience by addressing individual patient concerns as well as addressing comprehensive oral conditions, and to make sure you leave her office with a smile.

Olga Lugue-Maiz, DDS, has been helping people smile since 1984. She provides family dental services to adults, teenagers, and children. She is skilled in preventive dental care, restorative dental care, and cosmetic dental care. She has experience in cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, partials, teeth whitening, extractions, and mouthguards. Plus, her office can usually accommodate same-day emergency dental appointments.

Dr. Lugue-Maiz earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Panama in 1984 before coming to the U.S and joining Coast Dental in 1996.

Ramon Ortiz-Roldan, DMD has been a practicing dentist since 2002. He provides general dentistry services to patients starting at age 10. His services include exams, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridgework, dentures, dental implant restorations, crown lengthening, oral cancer screenings, wisdom teeth extractions, teeth whitening, bone grafting, root canal therapy, periodontal disease management, gummy smile, and veneers. Plus, his team strives to accommodate same day emergency dental appointments.

Dr Ortiz-Roldan earned his dental degree at the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry where he also earned his undergraduate degree.

Dr. Ortiz-Roldan is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dr. Riham Diasti treats adults, teenagers, and children as young as 10 years old.  She provides cosmetic, preventive, and restorative care to preserve and repair smiles. In addition to providing dental exams, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, dentures, oral cancer screening, teeth whitening, veneers, and Coast Clear Aligners, Dr. Diasti can also perform dental implant restorations.

Dr. Diasti earned her dental degree at Temple University School of Dentistry in 2000, where she received Presidential Honors and completed the Doctor of Dental Medicine Honors Program. In 2001 she joined Coast Dental as a General Dentist and in 2019 became a Managing Partner at Coast Dental Hyde Park.
In her free time, Dr. Diasti enjoys traveling, art, and volunteering at schools.
