Jennifer Nguyen, DMD, FADIA, is a compassionate and skilled dentist who believes in the power of service to others and the importance of loving what you do. Dr. Nguyen obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where she honed her expertise in dentistry. Additionally, she completed a Doctorate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry from Nova Southeastern University, further enhancing her knowledge and skills in the field. Dr. Nguyen also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology from San Jose State University.
With a dedication to constantly improving her skills and staying up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry, Dr. Nguyen has obtained various certifications and licenses. She is licensed by the Florida State Board and holds a Schedule I, II, III, IV Prescription License. Furthermore, she has achieved Fellowship & Mastership from The American Dental Implant Association and is a member of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Nguyen’s professional experience spans across multiple dental clinics and hospitals, where she has provided a range of dental services including first visit molar root canal, cleanings, crowns, veneers, and removable partials. Her commitment to service of the dental community extends to her role as a Dental Examiner on the Florida Board of Dentistry.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Nguyen engages in various hobbies and activities that bring her joy. She is passionate about animal rescue and volunteers her time to help animals in need. She enjoys riding her bike, playing the piano & guitar, and gardening. Dr. Ana Puebla, Teledentist
Dr. Ana Maria Puebla, DMD, enjoys talking to her patients about their dental care goals and providing customized treatment plans designed for their specific needs. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences, School of Dentistry, where she also completed a one-year General Practice Residency. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Puerto Rico, where she received a Certificate of Achievement Scholastic Excellence. Dr. Puebla is fluent in English and Spanish.
Dr. Puebla and her team offer preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental services and her team also strives to accommodate same-day emergency dental appointment requests.
Dr. Gary Steen, Teledentist
Gary Steen, DMD, is an experienced dentist with a diverse background in various aspects of the field. Dr. Steen earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. With a broad range of skills, Dr. Steen is proficient in all areas of general dentistry, including orthodontics, oral surgery, and endodontic and periodontal surgery. He is also experienced in utilizing innovative techniques such as Invisalign, mandibular advancement devices for sleep apnea, and the placement and restoration of implants.
Dr. Steen successfully managed and operated his own practice in Tampa, FL, for nearly three decades. Prior to this, he served as an Associate General Dentist at Chastain Dental Group in Lakeland, FL, where he gained valuable experience in providing comprehensive dental care. In addition to his private practice experience, Dr. Steen has also served in the United States Air Force Dental Corps as a Captain. During his time in the military, he completed his General Practice Residency at USAF Malcolm Grow Medical Center, where he further honed his skills in various dental procedures.
Throughout his career, Dr. Steen has obtained dental licenses in Florida and California, and he continues to stay updated with the latest advancements in dental care. His dedication to providing comprehensive and quality dental treatment is evident through his vast experience and commitment to continuing education.
Dr. Karina Gilbert, Teledentist
Karina Gilbert, DDS, is a patient-focused dental professional with over 12 years of clinical experience in various areas of dentistry and a strong educational background. Dr. Gilbert holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, an AEGD from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She has expertise in oral diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, and cosmetic procedures.
Dr. Gilbert has held several positions throughout her career, including serving as a Dentist at Modern Dental Care, The Family Dentist, Smile Design, and Christie Dental. Her employment history demonstrates her versatility and adaptability to different dental practices. Dr. Gilbert is driven by a commitment to provide exceptional, compassionate care to her patients, and she ensures that they have a comfortable experience during scheduled appointments and emergency situations.

Dr. Katrina Sanchelima, Teledentist
Katrina Sanchelima, DMD, is a highly experienced and skilled dentist with a passion for providing top-quality dental care to patients starting at age 14. Dr. Sanchelima earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA, she completed a residency program at Bay Pines V.A. Healthcare System where she gained extensive experience in a wide range of dental procedures including simple and surgical extractions, endodontics, crown lengthening, and fixed and removable prosthodontics.
Dr. Sanchelima has made continuing education a priority for not only herself, but the children in her community. She educated children on the importance of healthy oral hygiene and led field trips on behalf of her dental school.
