what a huge difference this clinic was from my last. I was shocked how friendly ALL the staff was, and the DR went above and beyond to help me in every single way. I could not believe all the things they got covered on my insurance. I am so happy to have found this very nice DR and his wonderful outstanding staff!

The technicians and the dentist are all fantastic people. Very friendly, very gentle during cleanings and other procedures, and the office is very convenient to my home location. I don't dread my dental appointments anymore because they make it so much more enjoyable, and they treat you like a valued customer, not just another patient! They also take the time to listen to any concerns you might have with your services.

Hygienist Miriam was wonderful. My prior deep cleaning, a long time ago, was with a different dental professional. For 2 weeks, I was in a lot of pain with tender gums. I lost weight since eating hurt and I couldn't brush my teeth properly due to the pain. Prior to my cleaning, Miriam assured me that it wouldn't happen this time due to advancements in the procedure. She was 100% correct. A couple of hours after my dental visit I was able to eat normally and brush and floss my teeth with absolutely no pain. Thank you Miriam. This visit was at the Red Bug Lake Road location in Winter Springs.

One of the hygienists was out the day I went so I had one of the specialists/doctors do some of the hygienist work like taking x-rays and teeth cleaning. The specialist that I had was excellent. I cannot remember her name, I believe it may have been Sveta, but she had an Eastern European or Russian accent. She was incredible! She catered to my sensitive gums during the X-Ray process, and took plenty of time to discuss how to improve my brushing & flossing habits. Through out the entire appointment, even though she was telling me how to improve, she was never condescending or rude in any way. It felt that she was truly passionate about her career, and genuinely wanted to help me take the best care of my teeth possible. I would only go back if I could have her as my hygienist again. The only cons: do not try and call the Tuskawilla location, they will never call you back. Just go into the office and they will take care of everything right there for you. The whole process took over 3 hours for a routine appointment of x-rays, basic cleaning, basic exam, and payment. This was a bit longer than I expected - though I do felt that each employee I spoke to cared about my well-being.

They took care of me in an emergency with my wisdom tooth removal. Office Manager Michelle was the best. She was very accommodating and made my experience a breeze.

The dentist is very nice, highly qualified and did a great job but, I have been to three appointments in the past 3 weeks and it was long waits before and during treatments. The dentist was late by 20 minutes even coming to work. Highly unusual! The dental assistant is GREAT, she runs the office and works extremely hard to keep everyone happy and comfortable.

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Coast Dental. After having an unexpected cracked molar, I called several dentists in the area for services only to be frustrated with the options provided. With it being a Friday several dentists were closed and others could only commit to see me later in the following week. When I contacted Coast Dental the staff was compassionate and promptly scheduled me for an afternoon appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, my insurance had been confirmed and ushered back for excellent treatment from the Doctor and support staff. I was the last patient to leave and with it being Friday night, the staff never wavered...true professionals and committed to the patient. I highly recommend the folks at Coast Dental and appreciate service rendered. Thanks!!!!!!

I called to schedule my appointment because I needed two crowns Done. I was apprehensive about going to the dentist. The front desk lady Cindy made me feel very comfortable with my visit. Cindy was kind and very caring about all of my concerns and needs. I just got new dental insurance and was very unsure of how things worked. Cindy took the initiative to go above and beyond to help me better understand my plan better. I was very impressed with the gentle kind ways of Dr Jainandan. The Dr. Was very kind and anwsered all of questions of what to expect about the crowns. He is very professional and I appreciate that. I think overall this team gave me a great experience. This was my first visit. The staff was great.

Quick and thorough cleaning.

I had an emergency situation and the office was able to schedule my visit for the same day I called. The receptionist, staff, and Dr. J. were very efficient and kind. I felt like he was more knowledgeable and responsive than the dentist I had seen at another office. He did the work very quickly and everyone was concerned about my comfort level with the procedure. He even corrected some errors that had been made by my previous dentist. This dentist and his staff have my highest recommendation! I definitely will be seeing this dentist for my future appointments.

This was my first time going to Coast Dental. Scheduling an appointment was incredible easy, they had an early morning appointment available the day after I called. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain everything to me when I had questions. They worked with me and my insurance to make sure everything was covered and helped set up a payment plan for the things that were not fully covered by my insurance. They also worked with me to refer me to the best oral surgeons in the area and had extensive knowledge of who may/may not take my insurance. I will definitely continue to use Coast Dental Tuskawilla.

My whole family goes here but I've always been hesitant to go back to the dentist after a very bad experience somewhere else. Despite my fears, I made an appointment and I must say, I was so pleased with Dr. J and his staff. They are all wonderful from the minute you walk in all the way through the X-rays, probing and cleaning. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. It was a bit expensive but teeth aren't cheap. We only get one set, might as well take care of them. The dentist and hygienist seemed to care about my well being as well as my teeth health, which is a nice thing. Treatment was clearly explained and all questions were welcome and answered promptly.

I was impressed very much with the way this Dentist and his staff made me feel so at ease, after being so nervous with some bad experiences I have had in the past with other Dentist I have been to that have made my treatments a nightmare to say the least. Scheduling was easy and woman was very friendly. Nice waiting area. Would have given 5 stars, but had an issue with one of the ladies up front. Even though when I scheduled I told them to make sure they allowed enough time for dentist to do extractions this lady told me at check in that it wasn't going to happen, that they were too busy and I had no clue if the doctor would do the extractions or not. Thankfully, the doctor went out of his way and made sure it happened. I had no problem waiting a little longer for it to happen. My daughter had no complications with the 3 extractions.

Once again, as always, my experience with Dr. Paroo and his staff was amazing! I was in and out within 1 hour and that included my x-rays, cleaning, as well as a follow up exam by the good doctor himself at the end!! The staff are always soooo compassionate and caring with everyone they come in contact with! After switching to an electric toothbrush as suggested by Miriam (hygenist), my dental probing score was greatly reduced and for the first time ever, I left the appointment being told that I had NO CAVITIES! Thanks again to everyone at Tuskawilla COAST!! ;-)

This dental office is seriously the best one that I have ever been to!! Everyone is so kind and caring and very personable. You are treated like family there! They I know exactly how to clean your teeth and take care of you too. Since I have been going there my life has changed. I did not realize how much of a difference it would make to get my teeth cleaned and to care for my mouth.... but my teeth feel so much better now things taste differently and smell differently as well. I think that my mouth had an infection that I did not know about... because everything seems so much better now!!!

My appointment for my normal dental cleaning/checkup was scheduled 6 months in advance. I attempted to reschedule the appointment the week before but there were only appointments for cleanings several months out. While this may be common across the industry, one suggestion is to have a waiting list in case someone cancels during any of those days leading up to your appointment. Since this was not an option, I chose to keep my appointment so not have to come back a separate time. Upon my arrival, I was the first person to sign in that morning but my name was called last amongst the group of about 8 other people. It also took almost two hours for just a cleaning and xrays. I'm not sure if this is a function of not enough staff or unexpected delays with other dental procedures. The staff apologized for the wait so I appreciated the fact that they recognized that it was taking a while. They did a good job at explaining the procedures, but only when I asked questions about them. As a fairly new patient, I like to be reminded as to what it is they are doing, especially if it is a treatment that is an extra cost. I do think that the staff are friendly and the location is very convenient, so that keeps me returning. The fact that there is a survey makes me feel that Coast Dental is receptive to feedback, so I hope that this makes for better experience for future patients.

Took my son originally for exam and cleaning. After xrays performed and dentist examined told needed to make another appt for cleaning because hygentist on vacation. Not sure why I wasnt called before appt and told this so I could reschedule so all done 1 visit. Laso todl he needed sealants so could do cleaning at time of sealants. Two weeks later went for sealants and cleaning. then told dentist not there to do sealants. Could do cleaning but again would need to reschedule for sealants. Besdies wasting my time with 3 separte visits they are increasing their revenue by charging my insurance 3 separate visits.

Just in for regular cleaning and completely satisfied.

Had to return the next day for the second half of the scheduled treatment because the dentis was not on site. W kudos have preferred to be given the option to reschedule the entire thing, instead of having to take off work and take my daughter out of school twice

Scehduling the appt was easy. Lower rating because my appt was for 3:20pm (text message from the office confirmed that). I received a call at 3:04pm that my appt was for 3pm and i should have been there. I got there in few minutes but not sure why there was confusionon my appt time. Overall happy with my appt, great personal in the office, all are friendly making it a positive and great environment. Would recommend.

Love the staff, love the dentist, love the techs. These people are personable, friendly, and really care. The best of the best. Going to the dentist isn't my favorite thing in the world to do, but I actually look forward to going in and catching up with the staff! I would recommend to everyone.

Very happy with my service for cleaning

This was my first visit to this office and the staff was very professional and kind. My only issue was the 1 and 1/2 hour wait for my initial visit just for xrays.

I have never been so impressed by a complete staff atthe dentist before...and I am 56 years old... everyone in this office is exceptional at their joband very easy to work with

As always, you guys are simply the best!! I really could not have picked a better location as the staff are so warm, friendly, and caring! The service was awesome and I never have to wait. And best of all...my pre-cleaning exam was better than I expected (my levels have improved since the last visit on 12.18.12!!) :-)

Everybody at Coast Dental in Casselberry are happy, and friendly, and I really like the Dentist. The only suggestion I would make, would be the time sitting and waiting for the Dentist. I think he might be working on several people at the same time.

Dr. Paroo is awesome. Very sensitive to patient's teeth. Very intelligent too.

Just about everything about the experience was wonderful. The staff was friendly, not concerned with just moving people in and out. Dr. Paroo was also very kind, and made sure to spend time speaking with me individually, and I was very pleased with the dental treatment that I recieved. The only thing which I would say there is room for improvement on is timliness in seeing the patient. I went twice within a week's time, and each time found myself waiting around 40 minutes or so before I was seen, even though I had arrived on time for my appointment. While timliness was an issue, the friendliness/consideration of all the staff, and good care will definitely keep me coming back.

Appointment was for 8:30 AM, finally met hygienist at 9:00 AM. I could have made the appointment for 9:00 AM if the hygienist need the extra half hour.

well I think you should explain before services are done whether or not they are covered by the insurance first, then be given the opportunity to have it done or not. Everyone is very friendly there that I have met but I don't think everything was explained to me as far as what she was having done. She had her teeth sealed , then she was also is using the extra special toothpaste every night too, and a fluoride treatment that she couldn't brush her teeth for 4-6 hrs or have anything hot to eat or drink? BY the time we got done it was 5 and she wouldn't be allowed to brush her teeth til after 9- 11:00 pm ....3 hrs past her bedtime. Wasn't the best ...sorry just being honest

I love the people here. What happened this day was they were short staffed. I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. I have no complaints at all about my hygienist or dentist. After the appointment the woman responsible for checking me out forgot about me in the waiting room. I missed a lot of work due to waiting both before and after that appointment. She did apologize for forgetting about me. I will of course go back. This just was not a good day for them.

I am very pleased, so far, with the compassionate care shown by the employess; all the way from the front office throughout the whole process and back again. The staff is also effecient and I appreciate the time they take to answer all questions and even demonstrate methods to be used in treating and repairing the various dental requirements. I WAS ANXIOUS ABOUT A TOOTH EXTRACTION AS WELL AS SOME OTHER DENTAL WORK. THE DOCTOR IN THE WINTER SRINGS OFFICE HAS A GREAT CHAIRSIDE MANNER, DOES WONDERFUL WORK AND I MUST SAY IS VERY GENTLE DURING THE DENTAL PROCEDURES. HATS OF TO THE STAFF! THEY ALWAYS GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE ME COMFORTABLE AND TAKE CARE OF ALL MY DENTAL NEEDS. VISIT THIS OFFICE AND YOU KNOW YOU'RE IN GOOD HANDS!
