Stephanie office manager and staff provided friendly, professional and excellent service. I would highly recommend the Woodstock dental office.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Lamba and staff today. If one can call a dental appointment "FUN" this would qualify. I was amazed. The facility is a bit run down, and during my 3 hour stay, it sounded like "Corporate" made some equipment hard to come by, BUT ... THE PEOPLE! What a friendly and talented bunch. From the receptionist on, every person I met was openly friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to get any service done. And they had a genuine concern that I understand the costs and the payment options offered to me. Then, with cancellations, I was able to get about 1/3 of my work done today. I must admit, the pain killer has not worn off, but I am extremely pleased with Dr. Lamba and her assistant Rachel. I got a deep periodontal cleaning by Mary AND 4 fillings AND a crown by Dr. Lamba. It was the closest to painless dental work that I've ever had. I highly recommend them.

I enjoyed the fact that so many women were in charge of this office. The location was difficult to find as I was a first time patient. The staff was especially professional and polite, which made me feel welcome. The office was freezing cold, so I am happy that my next appointment will be in the winter months and they will have the heat on instead of air conditioning. Thanks for inviting me to give feedback. I look forward to seeing Dr. Lamba again and also Mary in October.

1st of all, the receptionist Shaun made sure that my insurance was 100% correct on all of my benefits available to me. She was very helpful & kind. The dentist was very nice & she explained all of my dental needs & she took time to explain all of my options

I had my 1st appointment on 6-3-20 & was greeted by a sweet professional young Lady named Shaun...she took time to ensure that ALL of my insurance information was correct & she above & beyond helping me. The Dentist Arti Lamba explained everything in great detail on what all of my options of my dental needs was.. she explained each option , cost & what to expect. There were NO HIDDEN charges. She explained to me on how she was going to make my upper plate & when I showed her my upper plate made by a different dental practice, she was shocked & she told me that she would make sure my upper plate would be right... I really appreciate everyone's professionalism & dedication on making my dental needs would be met.

Was very glad that, when a crown re-glue turned into a crown replacement, that they were accommodating with getting started right then with the process instead of making me come back (a big deal when my driving time is an hour each way).

The hygienist cleaning my teeth used a water pressure device. Best cleaning I have ever had. Amazing difference in my teeth.

I went in for a broken tooth on my denture. I went in @ noon and picked up the repaired denture at 4 pm. Quick quality workmanship. I cannot tell it had been broken.

Both the dentist and the lady that cleaned my teeth are totally competent. They are a joy to see for treatment.

I originally went to the wrong Coast Dental office, so when I got to this office, it was late in the day. There was no one at the front desk. So I had to wait longer than probably usual since I missed my original appointment time. They were friendly and efficient, but I don't feel they explained to me what they were doing.

Facilities are not the best, but office staff is spectacular. Professional, efficient, thorough. Dr. Lamba, Tammy, Stormy, Kim and great.

I started to go there when I changed Insurance co. 2 years ago. A bit apprehensive at first but now i'm glad I go there. I go to know the staff and very comfortable with them esp Dr Arti.

My wait in the outer waiting room was short. My wait in the chair was long in-between procedures. I was there for 2 hours for an initial visit that included full-mouth x-rays, but not a cleaning. The dentist was more interested in my medical history than any dentist I've ever had, and I've been going to the dentist for 50 years. I commend Dr. Lamba for that! Clear explanations were given in detail and all my questions were answered. No one was pushy, and all decisions were left up to me. I appreciate that, too. I didn't have any dental work done that day, so I cannot give an evaluation on that. The rooms could use a deep cleaning and make-over.

Friendly and courteous staff. The office is clean and assuring, but cramped in some places. From a plebeian perspective, some of the equipment seems slightly dated, but I'm sure updating such equipment can be cost-prohibitive, especially equipment that is fully functional. Overall good experience, 9/10 would recommend.

This was my first time using Costal Dental Woodstock. I was able to get an appointment with them the same day I called, within two hours. The staff were friendly and companionate. They addressed the reason for my visit and made me feel comfortable with no pressure to have a cleaning first. I was able to get my procedure done at the same visit and am completely satisfied with the work I had done. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to continue using them.

All of the staff were incredibly inviting, the dentist and her assistant made a great team and were not just efficient but so friendly. Having had a molar extracted, it was a bit daunting, but I was given instructions how to let the dentist know if i had felt pain at all. But the procedure was over with swiftly and cleanly and I was informed of aftercare not only before but after my tooth was pulled. What also made my visit easy was even though I am uninsured, I used my SmilePlus plan which made it well within my budget and encourages me to go there in the future for all my other dental needs.

Two veneers on my front 2 teeth were damaged recently. I know veneers are expensive because they must be done right to look natural. The first dentist gave me a quote of $1,800 per tooth and the 2nd dentist $1679.00 per tooth. However, the dentist 1 was known for his work in cosmetic dentistry so I was leaning towards him. I decided to get one more quote from Coast Dental, which came in at only $1,200! I was a little scared since I knew nothing about their work but they delivered 2 gorgeous veneers that I'm very happy with. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My dentist knew exactly what she was doing (no reason for my fear) and made me feel extremely comfortable. I would recommend Coast Dental to anyone, without a doubt. One of the best overall service, price and experience I've had.

It had been over two years (probably closer to three) since i had seen a dentist. Like most people, i only thought of going when I developed not one, but several problems. Coast Dental went out of the way to make things work for me. They saw me last minute, worked to find a payment plan I could afford, Dr. Lamba put me at ease and went to immediate work fixing my teeth. I am definitely happy with the service and consider my self a lifelong patient.

I was absolutely TERRIFIED to come to the dentist. I haven't been in years but was having bad tooth pain. Turns out I needed to have a tooth pulled. So far things have been great, We do like Dr. Sarjad and appreciate him stepping up and covering our office until a replacement dentist can be hired. We will miss Dr. Roby and wish things could have been worked out so he could have stayed. It will be more convenient once someone is hired so we aren't limited to just a few days a week to be able to obtain services in the office.

I have a phobia of the dentist and the office staff worked with me to keep me calm and were very encouraging throughout my visit. Seeing a new dentist can be terrifying however Kam and Nicole were always there for me and helped keep me calm while meeting with the new dentist. Kam and Nicole are the reason I will be going back!

Every thing went well. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I have some sensitivity on the crowned tooth to cold liquids and wonder if that is normal and will it go away?

Extractions and denture

The dentist and hygienist are more professional than the previous visits for routine dental care. However I was not told the new dentists' name. We enjoy the orthodontist as well: Dr. Green.

Dr. Lamba did a great job explaining clearly the treatments done and future treatments to be done in the future. I waited for more than 30 mins, due to one of the Doctors was stuck in traffic. My file was already archived and not available at the office after not being for regular vistis on the las 18 months. It was a good experience overall.

Loved my first visit. It was the most comprehensive dental exam I have ever had. I told my husband that he needs to call for an appointment for himself.

Second appointment of the day - for X-ray and cleaning... took 2 hours. Not only was the service slow, but the rooms were a bit rough. Cable and wires all over, run down equipment; the whole place could use some updating. Staff was nice, but slow.

The dentist seemed genuinely concerned with my comfort and satisfaction during and after my recent dental procedure.

I had a bad experience at this dental office a few years ago. Since that time everything has gone well.

Phoned outside of my regularly scheduled cleaning appointment due to tooth pain. I was worked in and seen by the dentist and scheduled for a treatment plan within hours of my phone call.

We have used Coast Dental for years. We have been through several dentist and office staff members at our location. It helps if each time you have an appt. you see the same faces in the office and medical staff. This allows for a more relaxed enviroment.

Stand in receptionist was amazing and i can't remember her name. I remember her advising me she was a hygienist in another facility. Beautiful smile and help me with getting my insurance company to obtain better coverage for future visits.

Hygienist was informative and helpful. I had to ask questions about treatment because verbal descriptions/explanations of treatment not freely given. Dentist too busy to talk directly to me about what type of treatment chosen for me. Would like face to face discussion of dentist's opinion/diagnosis of my teeth. This was not given.

The staff was very helpful and friendly

I've been going to the Coast Dental in Woodstock for quite a few years as a regular maintenance deep cleaning patient. I would normally not make a comment about this, but I was not super excited about my wait time yesterday. It was obvious in the last few months, besides the Dr., there have been a lot of recent changes to the staff...which I'm fine with. Everyone I dealt with has always been professional and courteous. My recent appt. was for 8AM, which was made 3+ months ago and I was on time to my appointment and the very first appointment of the day. I received a number of emails/text prior, to confirm my appt. so I did everything on my schedule to make sure I made this appointment. Which included working it into my busy work schedule...hence why I asked for the first appointment of the day. When I arrived, I waited 20 minutes in the waiting room and the new hygienist mentioned she did not realize her first appointment was at 8AM, apologized because she wasn't expecting her first appointment to be until 8:30AM that was fine. She cleaned and did her job with took 30 minutes tops, but was waiting on the Dr. to do his final check. He came in once or twice to make additional requests of the hygienist, however I was sitting waiting in the chair for at least another 30 minutes for him to do his final check. My normal cleaning appts, average 30 minutes and I'm in/out. I did not get out of the office until almost 10AM. I felt like in some ways, that I was a whole new patient going through the new patient process all over again. Again, everyone was very nice and apologetic, but I hope my next cleaning is not going to take 2 hours of spending a lot of wait time, waiting for the Dr. to spend 5 minutes with me.

GREAT JOB

I was dreading returning to the office and having to have my crown replaced. I must say that this was the best visit that I have had by far. I would have given more stars but this was the first time that I received this quality of service at Coast. I was looking to change dentist but now I am reconsidering. The only negative I have is that my appt. was scheduled for the following Monday. I had to go through the weekend with my dental problem. Otherwise, it was a good visit.

I called the Woodstock Coast on a friday morning with severe tooth pain and they allowed me to come in immediately. I was a new patient that had never been there and everyone was wonderful to me. The front office staff especially went out of their way to be sure that I had all of the financial information that I needed and the referral paperwork and appt information. They were beyond kind and caring and I will return there in the future for all of my dental needs.

This experience compared to my last was amazing. I had no trouble with stabbing or anything. The dentist Brandi was very helpful and cooperative with my needs and the work that needed to be done. I was in no pain. The work was lighter than my last visit. But it was great and I really appreciated it. Kim, at the front desk is always a great help. She friendly an easy to talk and does her job very well. I was very well pleased with this visit at Coast Dental.

Good customer service and professional care

Timliness is everything to me. I am one who values my time so to not be in the chair when I was early is kinda frustrating to me...Not that the team was extremely late but knowing I was the first scheduled appointment I figured I'd be in and out a bit sooner than I was....

While on vacation in Georgia I had a dental emergency. They got me in right away and fixed my tooth.I was so impressed I told my family who lives there they should consider switching clinics...Very nice staff and the dentist was funny and a pleasure to be around. He did a great job..Very impresse..

other than the computer there not working properly the service and care was very satisfactory.

This visit I got my teeth cleaned. The hygenist, Stacey, is gentle and thorough. I trust her and she is enjoyable to be with. She made sure I understood what she was doing.

Broken tooth becomes crown

Loved the experiance. The front desk hurried me through as I requested because I was on my lunch break with out getting a attitude which is rare. The nurse that did my exam was thorough and super nice! She explained everything to me and I felt fully educated by the time I left. The doctor was super nice, and every one in the office smiled which is also rare. I appreciated the attentiveness and will definately return as a patient!

The staff is great but I feel like the goal of coast dental is to sell the patient things we don't need and things insurance doesn't cover.

My son was in for his second cleaning, and was nervous. The hygienist and dentist were very kind and reassuring. My son was afraid of the polishing instrument, so the hygienist opted for a regular toothbrush. We did not attempt xrays, but will try again in 6 months!

had a 40 minute wait-set appointment to avoid this. At 89 years old, not a great idea to have to wait so long without being told why or being communicated with. The dentist sounded mad-mad that we had to go with a porelain crown instead of a gold one because of cost and mad because I told him we had been waiting for 40 minutes past our appointment time.

Going to the dentist is very traumatic for me, especially in an emergency. All the people in this office were extremely soothing and kind. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone who needs dental treatment.

My daughter had her first appointment yesterday and everyone did a fabulous job! My daughter was anxious and unsure about the dentist appointment but Stacy and Dr. Paris did an excellent job letting her know what was happening. They did great!

Overall the service was good. I would like to see a little more explanation from the dentist regarding what would take place and what to expect and after the procedure was complete and to be available for me to ask a question or two. ter 24 hours, I still have tooth sinsitivity when chewing and around the gum at the base of the tooth in question and don't know if that is normal and will go away over time.

Dr Parris, Greg and Ronda,are the most caring people. I would only return to that office if they remain at that office, Stacy is also great to work with, they try their best to put you at ease, as I'm having and have had much dental procedures done under their care.Don't lose Dr. Parris and his staff they are an asset to Coast Dental!!! I would definitely leave coast dental if they were not there!!! I WOULD REFER SOMEONE ONLY IF DR.PARRIS AND THE SAME STAFF WERE AT THE WOODSTOCK OFFICE!!

very happy with the quick assistance to relieve my pain without being a prior patient the cleaning, even after the surgery a few weeks later was pain free and a good experience.
