I have a severe fear of going to the dentist. I was able to get an appointment fast before my insurance changes and my dentist and hygienist was very sensitive to my anxiety about being there.

went for 2nd opinion. Dr told me most of the work suggested at the fancy stand-alone place was not necessary, bill went from $10,000 to around $2,000. I am paying for people and service, not a shiny new glass building.

The entire staff at the Acworth location is fantastic! From Nikki at the front desk to both Ronnie and the other dental hygienist to Dr Brown my experience there is nothing short of amazing every time. They were especially acclimating to my teen's anxiety last time we were there and always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr Browns experience makes it as painless as possible when having hard procedures done and in half the time I would have coerced. I'm so glad we have chosen Coast to be our family dentist!

Mrs. Cookie has an awesome, knowledgeable, and welcoming personality. Mrs. Ronue takes the time to explain procedures and why they are necessary. Dr. Broomfield is very skilled in her craft. One of the post pleasant dental visits I have ever experienced.

These ladies are great, I'm 57 and I've never experienced the customer service level I experienced here from check-in to check-out. I was so impressed that I got my wife to switch over also.

First impression of the team on Baker Road - awesome. I am actually looking forward to my next dental appointment.

I hadn't gone to the dentist in a very long time and it created problems for me. Since I had bad experiences before, I assumed I would again, but this was not the case. The dentists were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, and even with a really bad gag reflex, they worked with me to make the x-rays and dentistry work go as smoothly as one can expect it to. The root canal wasn't the greatest experience in and of itself, however, it was only bearable because of the staff's desire to make it more bearable, which I hadn't seen in the past with other dentists. The only drawback was that they did not have specialists available to schedule appointments on Fridays, which are my day off or the weekends (without having to go to another office), but nobody's perfect I suppose.

Ladies at the front desk were awesome. I am still trying to find myself help though, since my insurance would not pay. Thank you and have a great day.

Too many years to say, how long it had been since dental visit. Due to my fear and extreme anxiety of dentists, I never went unfortunately. That is until this week, when I went to Coast Dental. The staff was very friendly, made me comfortable, answered all questions and were very patient with me!! During my procedures I never felt any pain and they worked very thoroughly and quickly, making sure I was good the whole time. I'm very pleased with my experience, as well as my children's.

We keep going back because the Hygienist named Cookie is awesome. My girls love her. As long as she stays we will too.

My treatment time was prompt and All aspects of my procedure was explained. Optioons that were available for my treatment were presented and each of my questions were fully answered and explained when necessary. Dr. Broomfield is thorough in her examination and highly skilled.

I went in as an emergency visit. never been here before, just moved to this area. The whole staff was extremely nice and understanding. was given an appt for very next day. Dr Bloomfield was super polite, delicate and quick. My main issues arise from smoking and they were not judgmental, they advised me as they should but did not make me feel lesser than a person as other dental offices have in the past. I would recommend this office to any one. One particular assistant, that had nothing to do with me, saw my agony and came up and hugged me and gave me comforting words. They really made me feel special. my rating is a 10 plus. Great team. I'm grateful to have chosen them. Their office and rooms were impeccable and everything was explained before hand, so no surprises nor hidden fee's. I arrived 1 hour before appt. and done before my actual appt time. can't ask for better service.

Teeth Cleaning

I called after chipping my tooth, got worked in and seen. It set my mind free!

Friendly staff, professional in what they do. Appreciate the fact that they lay out your options on the table and allow you to help choose your own care; there's no dictatorial nature here. Also often punctual (hallelujah!), and minimal wait time. Dr. Grubbs has good bedside manner. Be ready to confirm your appointment multiple times; I had to do so three times. Very minor issue compared to what it could be.

Dr.is good and try to explain everything before and after your treatment.. assistant was good too.

I went in for my biannual cleaning and I was well taken care of. My experience was great. My visit was timely, the receptionist was friendly and professional, and my hygienist and dentist were very kind and knowledgeable.

I was having an issue with a root canal. I called the office first thing Tuesday morning and they were able to see me the same day within a couple of hours. Dr. Grubbs was great in diagnosing my issue and referring me to a specialist for further care. I was in and out of the office in a timely manner and I was treated very well by all staff.

Friendly and courteous staff, helpful and realistic. Dr. Grubbs and Jacqueline will both listen to what you think and talk through treatment rather than prescribing it. They educate you and give you options, and will look for ways to make the best choice economically, hygiene-wise, etc. Always been on-time for me, never felt rushed or churned through the mill (gotta get to the next patient! No, not the case here). Very pleased.

Dr. Grubs and her staff are hands down the best practice in my area! I happily drive 30 min to their office because I can depend on the friendliness and quality of their service. I am amazed every time I sit in Dr. Grubbs chair of the amount of time she spends with each patient. She is not only knowledgeable about her work but she is extremely compassionate and very encouraging throughout the process. I have had two root canals by her and I promise you, as someone who is very hard to numb, she takes the time to make sure, above all things, that you are comfortable. She eliminates all anxiety by explaining every step in the process and she attends to you, the person, not just the treatment. I have told all my friends and family about her and would recommend her to anyone. Her staff is some of the most patient and sweetest around. My husband and I have 3 boys. My middle son has never let anyone touch his teeth, we have tried three different pediatric dentist in the past. After the first 5 minutes with the Coast Dental-Acworth staff, I could here him laughing. I couldn't believe it! He did all his x-rays and cleaning and not one tear! Now he is excited to go to the dentist. They should change their name to Coast Dental Family because that is what they are. Our dental family. Thank you Dr. Grubbs and staff for doing such a great job! I truly appreciate you all!

I picked Coast Dental because they are near my home and in my dental plan. I am a new patient, but had an emergency situation with a broken tooth. They took me in right away and did a complex procedure on the spot.

I made an appt. to have my teeth cleaned only to be given a plan to receive a deep cleaning that my insurance will not cover. Now I not only have yet to get my teeth cleaned, I have to make another trip to get something I think could probably wait and have to pay for it on top of that. I think my teeth should have been cleaned first then gave the option of getting the deep cleaning done at a later time. On the other hand everyone was very polite and friendly, especially to my son, they even gave him sealants on the same day as his cleaning which was very helpful.

The secretary, Dental technicians, and my dentist are all so kind, considerate, and concern about my health. I appreciate the pleasant environment and treatment that I receive at Coast Dental in Acworth, Georgia.

Dr. Grubbs is amazing!

I have been going to this office for about 11 years. The staff has always been wonderful but the quality of dentist was lacking for awhile. I started with DR Lewis and she was the bomb. The next two dentists were not the quality I had come to expect and had actually told the new incoming dentist DR Grubbs I was looking for another dental office. She asked me to explain to her why and I did. I was so impressed with her professional and personal deminor and when she asked me to let her make the wrong right, I did! I am so glad I took the leap of faith! Every thing she commited to doing she did and beyond! She is fantastic and has turned me around to loving my dentist again! DR Grubbs is superior and I am so happy I can continue going to my Coast dental home! Thank you DR Grubbs!!!

Ms. Herrington and Dr. Grubbs are very gracious. They take time to hear you out, explain your options, and explain what they're going to do. Very pleased with them.

I found that you must also visit other Dentists for a second opinion. I went to an office in Midtown Atlanta - that was NOT a Coast Dental office, and was told I had three really bad cavities - and that they needed to be filled immediately. They told me the cost for those three fillings of $270.00 - I reminded them that I had dental insurance, but they informed me the amount was MY portion AFTER the insurance paid them. The only thing I immediately did was go to Dr. Allison Grubbs in Acworth, and amazingly - NO cavities were found. I smiled wide as I handed over my $10.00 co-pay. So DON'T go to the high-end Dentists in Atlanta that are trying to pay their rent on your income. Get a second opinion. Respect your money, no one else will.

The office service has always been great, no complaints. The proof in the pudding will be how well the LAB produces, which has been less that satisfactory in the past.

I moved to Georgia 1-1/2 yrs ago and it took me 6 months to get the courage to finally go to a dentist I didn't know. The anxiety was overwhelming due to the fact that I have numerouse dental issues. Only to be completely disappointed in the first office I chose. They not only lacked in professionalism but there bed side manner was terrible. Honestly it scared me to death. I then was referred to your office and must say after explaining to Katy my hesitation she was completely professional and reassuring. From the moment I walked in every person that I came in contact with was so very understanding and sensitive to my dental issues. Your Hygenist (Jackie) has got to be one of the most professional Hygenist I've ever been to. Not only is she good at what she does she completely makes you feel like shes your friend not just a patient. I would definately refer your office to anyone looking for Excellant Dental Care.
