Dr. Ali Makhmalbaf, General Dentist
Ali Makhmalbaf, DDS, FAGD, is a highly skilled dentist with expertise in a broad spectrum of dental services. He is proficient in endodontics on all teeth, with a specialization in upper molars. Dr. Makhmalbaf is also trained in restoratives, cosmetics, veneers, fixed and removable prosthodontics, and oral surgery, including simple and surgical extractions, as well as impacted wisdom teeth removal. Additionally, he possesses knowledge and training in Botox, Dermal Fillers, and Lip Enhancement. Dr. Makhmalbaf is committed to contributing to the overall goals of the practice through his expertise in practice operations if needed.
Dr. Makhmalbaf obtained his dental degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor, Michigan from 1987 to 1991. Prior to that, he attended Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia from 1985 to 1987 and the University of Florida in 1984 to 1985. Dr. Makhmalbaf completed his postgraduate dentistry training at Emory University School of Postgraduate Dentistry in Atlanta, Georgia from 1991 to 1992. He earned his FAGD (Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry) in 2003. Additionally, he holds various dental licensures and certifications, including the Northeast Regional Boards Licensure and State of Michigan Licensure, a Georgia Board of Dentistry Licensure, and a State of California Licensure.
Throughout his career, Dr. Makhmalbaf has gained valuable experience in the dental field. He served as an associate dentist at Dr. Cheng and Associates from 1992 to 1996 before establishing his own self-employed private practice, which he successfully managed from 1996 to 2014. Dr. Makhmalbaf’s comprehensive skill set and dedication to his profession make him a highly competent and respected dentist in his field.
