For a "chain" dental office, it doesn't seem like it. The staff from front desk to doctor are "old school," and I mean that in a good way. Very patient, sweet, caring and professional staff. Sometimes you may wait a little longer than expected, but for me the extra time is worth it, because they are patient and take time to answer your questions and concerns (unlike most modern day dentist offices), and they will check in on you to let you know when there are delays so you're not sitting around waiting for long periods of time not knowing what's going on. For me, this kind of service is what I am looking for. Many thanks Coast Willow Bend!

The people in this office are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They got me in quickly and explained to me what I needed. They did all the ins work for me and told me what I would have to pay. The price was very reasonable. I'm very happy with Dr. Roberts and his staff.

The staff at the Lutz office makes sure you are part of the treatment plan every step of the way making sure you understand each step of what is being done. I would highly recommend visiting this office, especially if it has been a while.

I just returned from a root canal procedure. Painless and Root Canal are rarely, if ever, used in the same sentence. I have had two or three before this one. I noticed absolutely no pain during the procedure and cannot say the same for earlier root canal experiences. Felt this was unique (additionally very pleasant experience and quick service). I will seek out Dr.He if I ever need one in the future. Thanks Dr. He!!!

My son hit his tooth and a piece came out. I called Coast Dental the next day and they got him in the next morning. The staff was very nice and the Dentist was amazing! His tooth looks like it was never damaged. Definitely our new Dentist!

Can't say enough good things about the various professional people I met and had dealings with verbally and medically. The Dentist was wonderful and concerning about my comfort. The hygienist was also very considerate about my welfare and comfort. The x-ray tech and person that put in my crown were also concerned about my welfare. Excellent and I won't mind coming back in 3 months.

Fell face first and loosened my front tooth, they saw me within 1 hour of my phone call. My wait time was less than 15 minutes even though they had a booked schedule. They saved the tooth!

I recently moved here, and I'm so happy I found Coast Dental Willow Bend (Lutz). The staff and doctor were very friendly, cared about my comfort, and fit in my fillings the same day as my cleaning appointment. The office was clean and I didn't have to wait too long.

Courteous, friendly and informative

I had a sudden toothache and was able to get in promptly. It was diagnosed and was setup for a root canal the next day. The root canal was painless and quick.

Dr. Carina Catipovic and the hygenist (2 separate visits) were very thorough and extremely kind. I thought both procedures went very smoothly, and they both explained to me what they were doing (which is very rare...and very helpful!). It was a great first experience!

called back 15 mins past appointment time...was skeptical of the treatment plan that Christine explained very thoroughly....opted to go along rather reluctantly because of the $135 cost per visit....will probably do a few and evaluate cost vs. benefit. I must say it was probably the most thorough cleaning I've ever had!!

Wonderful experience ! We are new to the area. I went in to inquire about dental care for my daughter and was immediately greeted and informed of the process. To my surprise, within 15 minutes I had an appointment for her for the next day. Check up went smoothly and we even had some actual dental work done before the end of the day. This visit was to go in and get my temporary crowns removed, then have my actual crowns placed. The visit lasted for about an hour and the staff was very supportive. I'm very glad that I've found Coast Dental, because they've been helping me a lot with my poor, neglected teeth.

I came in to have a recent root canal checked because of some pain on that side of my mouth. Dr He was very quick, efficient and thorough (she didn't find any issues). I was in and out in about 45 minutes.

I was very anxious and nervous upon arriving to my appointment. The assistant was so kind and considerate and made feel comfortable and at ease during my procedure, as well did the doctor. Explained every step that was being done, with a few laughs in between.

I'm usually very nervous around dentists, so I haven't been to one for a long time. As a result, I needed some major work - two crowns and a filling - and the staff at Coast Dental was very accommodating. They were sensitive to my needs and anxieties, and even though it was a long procedure, things went smoothly. I'm not waiting for my crowns to be finished, and the temporaries in place are holding up very well. Thanks!

I was very happy with the work and time the staff took to make me comfortable for my procedure. It's a very calming atmosphere. My first time going there was anxiety but this being my third visit I was at ease and very comfortable with the nurse and doctor. The staff has a way of setting you at ease and making you feel welcome. I'm actually pretty glad that I have a little more work to be done and I know I can trust this staff to do it!

I wasn't sure what discomfort to expect after work was done and had to use Aleve too often for pain. Didn't get to see Dr. Roberts for 5 weeks Turns out I need to see the endodontist who only comes in on Tuesdays. Concerned that I'll be on pain medication for a week or more. I am very pleased with Ellie and Dr. Roberts. They are VERY caring and perfect for someone like me who hadn't had to see a dentist for 30 yrs. and I had all my medical needs taken care of by people like them. Everyone in this office are wonderful people. people.

I recently had a six piece bridge replaced. The old bridge was about 6 years old, never fit properly, and had to be re-cemented at least once/year. The new bridge was constructed of a lighter material and looks beautiful. The bridge support system was also improved. I have found my new dentist - Coast Willow Bend. James

Reporting broken crown resulted in a very quick appointment, where after a 3 hr. seat in the chair, resulted in preparation and installation of a temp appliance. Ended my fear of any more extended damage.

If you're like me - going to see the dentist is not exactly the priority not the best experience. However, I will say that the Coast Dental Office in Lutz (54/Collier) are pretty awesome! Ellie is super friendly and Dr. Roberts always explains everything he will do before hand. In fact, they understand that many people can't dish out tons of $ on their teeth, so they will always provide you with alternative options and take the time to speak one-on-one with you without pressure. I would recommend this dentist!

I had some pain and was able to get an appointment quickly. As always, the staff were pleasant and thorough in their care of me. They resolved my problem so that I can look forward to the Christmas holiday next week with confidence that I won't be experiencing dental problems.

Every time I have to have a new crown I am scared to go in. I have been going to this location for years and I love Dr. Roberts and his assistant Cassie, but I still have this fear of drilling. My appointment was yesterday and I had to have a new crown on one of my front four top teeth. After the Novacane I felt absolutely nothing through the entire procedure and left feeling calm and relaxed with a beautiful temporary tooth for the Holidays. P.S. I am almost 70.

Dr. Roberts did an nice job on my new lower appliance. It will take some time to get accustomed to it. I take it in and out at intervals to give the sore spots time to recover. With a little perseverance I'm sure it will work out.

I was overwhelmed with the other dentist offices that I had recently visited. Never felt completely happy with the service nor the dental repairs. I missed my dentist of 30+ years who retired. At Coast Dental Willowbend, I experienced such great service. My teeth are being taken care of -with great care! And they even assisted with a payment plan that no other office I had visited in the past even cared to do. I can't think Dr. Roberts and his staff enough for making me feel welcome, comfortable and healthy! I highly recommend this office.

I love the people at coast dental. They are always kind, patient, and caring. On the phone or in person they are always so warm and friendly. Ellie does a great job with me time and time again. Dr Roberts has the best bedside manner.

I was having an anxiety attack when I arrived. Not only did they allay my fears, the experience was painless and I relaxed and laughed while the work was being done. I had two adjoining teeth crowned in the top front of my mouth and was very concerned what crowning one of my front teeth would look like, so he filled the front tooth and crowned the next two. I only have a temporary crown at this point, but it looks better than the original crown which broke off that had been by another dentist.

I notified Coast about 10a that I had a broken crown. An appt. was arranged for 1p. Thanks to Dr. Roberts and Cathy the broken crown was removed and replaced with a temp crown. I was pleased to have this service on such short notice.

I lost a bridge I had had for several years. It resulted in the upper left side of my mouth being toothless. Due to some issues with illness, it took a while to have the final replacement work. In the interim, the temporary bridge they made for me looked good and I was able to eat normally. Now that the work has been completed, I am delighted with how it looks and feels. They entire staff is so helpful and friendly.

I am more than willing to share my comments on yesterday's visit. I was so thankful that the staff, tech and doctor were all so understanding and treated me so kind. They were what I would call professionally tender. As a single mother with limited resources, I have had to put my own health issues to the side in order to take care of my children's needs and health issues. Living from check to check, it is sometimes hard to even pull together a copayment, let alone a deductible. Your office went through great lengths to show empathy and to assist me in applying for a credit line to help pay for the procedures needed. Although I was denied the credit line, I still value their help. Thank you so much for your care.

My "chipped" front tooth required a crown, as I expected. It was completed almost immediately, with a temp. crown. It was done with a painless and professional manner. The staff is very friendly.

This Coast office did a wonderful job. I had to have a new crown made as my current one was causing discomfort. The whole process was quick. The new crown was finished in 2 weeks and fit perfectly. Dr. Roberts, Ellie and the entire staff were extremely pleasant and efficient.
