After a year off from general maintenance, I had a bit of work to get done. The staff mapped out a concise care plan, was very flexible with scheduling, explained every procedure carefully & has been very considerate to ensure I never felt any discomfort. They have also been super accommodating in helping me reschedule appointments last minute.

Dr.Irina Jones is a very Exceptional Dentist and always ensures that each patient receives her full attention and that they are pleased/happy when each appointment has been completed! She is a very busy/popular Dentist because of her Excellent Care for her patients and concern for detail(detail...very important to me)! At every appointment I have been warmly greeted by Jenniefer at the Front Desk...smile...and warmly sent off at the end of each appointment by Sherry who truly cares how your experience was that day :>) Dr.Jones' Excellent Technical Staff Members not only help you for the appointment they assist with; but also stop by to Greet you and see the finished results from a previous appointment! I have the biggest of fear of going to the dentist for any procedure from cleaning, root canals, crowns, etc but this particular location with Dr. Jones, Sharon and Alex by my side made me feel more at ease than normal. Definitely appreciate that when I do need major work, the office will help me plan it in a way that best uses my insurance and minimizes or spreads my out of pocket cost. Very detailed quote sheets. Always schedules the next appointment while I'm still in the chair so I don't have to remember. Good recommendations over the years to go with Sonicare toothbrush, sensitivity toothpaste which has worked very well, and water pick. Great office and staff to work with, they're always giving the best guidance and recommendations but can help accommodate the reality of budgets.

I hope Sharon remains my hygienist for the remainder of my time in the Tampa Bay area. This was one of the only facilities that we could locate in St Petersburg that takes United Healthcare Medicaid. They got my granddaugther an appt very quickly and took care of her teeth. We had been to another dentist after waiting a month. After arriving at the other office, we were told that they accept Medicaid, but not UHC Medicaid. It was a wasted trip and a waste of a month. We were glad to find Coast to help in this matter and will be going back. The staff was friendly and the office was very clean.

WENT PRETTY SMOOTH. LUCKILY NERVE WAS BASICALLY ALREADY DEAD PLUS ONLY ONE ROOT TO DO. EVERYTHING WENT WELL WITH NO HICUPS. HATE HAVING STUFF STUCK IN MY MOUTH, BUT DR. JONES DID A GREAT JOB AVOIDING THAT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. GO BACK IN THREE WEEKS FOR PERMAANENT CROWN. UNFORTUNATELY DR. JONES IS THE ONLY DENTIST THERE. IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE THAT SHE GOT HELP MAYBE 3 DAYS A WEEK.

I chose to drive 30 minutes away instead of going around the corner from my home. Everyone is friendly and the work that is done is superb.

The staff is awesome.

My first impression from a financial standpoint was that things could get expensive very fast. However, with little prompting Erika was very helpful with guiding me through a maze of financial assistance programs. I finally settled on a good DHMO for my wife and me.Dr Jones went to work on a grill that looked good but had some serious underlying issues behind it. She was kind, straightforward, gentle, competent, and honest about solutions to my dental problems. She did some great routine cavity work followed by some badly needed crown and bridge work. In spite of cumulative cost I was elated at the literally thousand of dollars saved. The work is attractive, functional and has held up well. On the more negative side, I found the need to educate myself on the details of my coverage. It was essential for me to repeatedly correct staff on my care plans that included charges that were covered by the DHMO but we're not deducted. I must say that upon inquiry, they were apologetic, fixed the issues, and at one point pleaded a case to corporate for a discount. The last unpleasant surprise for me was the propensity to shy away from Endodontic and Periodontal procedures covered in house and referring to specialists at a substantially greater expense. The specialist work was excellent... but at such a cost. Nevertheless, I love the relationship with my hygentist. Both she and Dr Jones have brought us through to our fifth year with Coast Dental and continue to provide great service.

I truly hate dentist, but this one made my appointment go smooth and quickly. Happy with the service. I will recommend this to anyone.

For someone with super sensitive gag reflex, high anxiety and panic attacks over dental oral care, I can say I have been treated very well. I have neglected having my teeth cared for far too long. Pain was what got me into the chair but the kindness and understanding of my situation is what keeps me returning to follow the plan of care we agreed to.

Dr. Irina Jones went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with a chipped tooth repair that failed because of a bad habit I have of biting my nails. Even though it was my fault, she still repaired it at no charge.

I was impressed by both the dentist and the assistant taking the time to actual listen to my concerns about both x-rays and chemical make up of filling material. Masi (assistant) is an especially pleasant and courteous assistant.

I was very please with my over all visit. I called to schedule an emergency appointment which I was able to get in the next morning. My wait was a bit long. The staff and Dr. Jones were wonderful and met all my needs with my finances and Insurance.

Superb Visit. Dr. Jones and staff put me at ease and professionally practiced their trades. There was minimal to no discomfort during two procedures I had been methodically dreading. I appreciate their commitment to care and reassuring me with the best practices for a healthy mouth. Some pain associated with one of the cavities but I guess a trip to the dentist isn't a complete walk on the beach.

Great Experience so far. I went to Coast Dental for x-rays and an exam. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Will be going back to have work done in stages. I see why people don't go to the Dentist as often as needed or get the work done they need. Pricing is expensive to have work done but if you want to have good health and a nice smile; save for dental expenses, you will need to have work done one day.

I have recommended your facility to a number of my friends since you staff is always sensitive to the patient's needs, etc.

It was a clear explanation in a very important way. Due to circumstances of what there is to work with, a successful outcome of replacing what I have now is not guaranteed and will be difficult to produce. This news, although bad, is what one needs to hear in order to make the wisest choice, and is vastly preferable than having a negative surprise at some mid-point of treatment interventions.

This place has a great staff. They were gental on my teeth and explained each procedure they were going to do. I need extensive work on my teeth and they helped me make decitions on what needed to be done first. And when checking out they showed me ways I could save time and money on the work being done.

I didn't even sit down in the waiting room. Jennifer took me right back. I arrived at 4 for my cleaning and was out the door at 4:50. No anesthesia, no pain and beautiful teeth. I finally found a dentist's office I enjoy visiting.

I had the best experience getting my teeth cleaned yesterday. The man that cleaned my teeth was extremely thorough! He took his time, making sure that my teeth were completely clean. I really appreciated that. I wish he could always be at this location. I have not been happy at this office. I typically walk out not feeling satisfied. I wish the usual person that works at my office would slow down and do a more thorough job. I would like to be able to continue getting my cleaning at this office. I hope that my next visit will be as great as yesterday's was!

My experience with your lovely hygienist made me completely at ease a comfortable. My only complaint is the extended wait to be treated. I had been called to come in one half hour earlier than my scheduled appt. at 10:30, but was not admitted for treatment for almost 45 minutes.

I've always hated the dentist in the past, but you staff's professionalism and kindness have made me finally nor dread going to an appointment.

Dr. Irina Jones repaired a front tooth with a chipped older filling. I was able to schedule an appointment in less than 24 hours. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. And the repair was done very well, the tooth actually looks better than after the original filling (done by another dentist). Based on the quality and speed of this simple repair, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Jones for any kind of dental fix.

I cannot say enough about Angie's care and concern for my comfort. She always does by hand, what should be done by motorized scraper, my sensitive front upper and lower teeth. I appreciate her expertise, but I return because she cares.

The dentist and her assistant have a professional, caring, and informative manner. I am 78 and been going to dentists all my life. They were the best I have encountered.

I am very happy with Coast Dental and the services they provide. My visits have always been very pleasant. Dr. Irina Jones, Angela Ellis RDH, and the rest of the staff at Coast Dental's 4th St location are always very courteous and interested in the heath of my teeth and overall oral health. They always take the time to answer my questions and explain any services I may not understand. The office is clean, the atmosphere is friendly, and I don't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Dr. Jones is so concerned about her patients and is so gentle. I have nothing but good things to say about this Coast Dental. I didn't have such a good experience at another Coast Dental, but I can certainly recommend the one on Gandy!

I love Dr. Jones. She is an excellent dentist. She started off my exam by questioning how my husband is feeling. This made me feel nice that she cared to ask and remembered him. Then she addressed my concerns and took care of filling my cavity. She is an amazing dentist. I have referred my family and friends to this office because of how great she is. The new girl at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful as well.

I have seen many dentists in my lifetime. My sister goes to this office and recommended Dr Jones when I had a dental emergency. Her staff was very nice on the phone and in person. Dr Jones pulled a tooth for me and I was scared out of my mind and in a lot of pain. Her bedside manner was amazing. It was obvious she cared about how I felt. I'm officially a coast dental patient thanks to the staff and awesome dr. I highly recommend this office.

I FOUND THAT THE STAFF AND DR. JONES TO BE VERY NICE AND CARING ABOUT ME OVER ALL. THEY ALLOWED ME TO TALK ABOUT ANY PROBLEMS I WAS HAVING BEFORE HAND AND WERE NOT IN A HURRY.

I do not like having to pay before I even get my teeth cleaned. I really do not like the fluoride treatment always being added on without my request. Customers should be asked first. I think that a teeth cleaning should take more than 23 minutes.

I was very please how the staff kept you inform on what was going before, doing and after her treatments. The entire staff was very professional at all times and very polite. I would definitely invite friends and family to your office.

Only complaint is waiting 15 to 25 minutes after schedule appt time to be seen. Its happened several times. Other than that, great dentist and friendly staff.

I moved to Florida last April and have been looking for a dentist since then. This is the 3rd dentist I've tried, and Dr. Jones was wonderful. She will be my regular dentist from now on. The hygienist was very good, kind, and understanding of my fear of needles.

Lve my dentist, the all the staff. I have lived in different locations throughout Tampa Bay and been a client of other Coast Dental offices. This office is by far the absolute best. Office staff always friendly, competent, and helpful. Definitely the cleanest office and greatest care.
