I really think this is a great dental practice. The staff is wonderful, the dentist, Dr. Dr. Farish is young and up to date with the latest practices. I feel all my dental needs are being met.

I feel like everyone is a professional and are experienced at their particular jobs.

Herman, the dental hygienist gets 5 stars from me. He is the best hygienist I have ever had.

This was “BY FAR “ the best experience I’ve had with the dentist !!!. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and professional .He took his Time explaining what I have to do in the future to keep my keep my teeth healthy. When I had my crown done, Dr. Hide and Stella were the best. They both made sure I was very comfortable and not in the pain. They both took their time making sure my crown was done right and felt good. These two are a great team. Friendly, warm, and care about their patients

I was very impressed with the knowledge of my dental assistant! She and Dr. Hite worked well together & both made my temp crown more bearable. Dr. Hite was skilled at administering the injection & little extra work was required for my temp crown. Great job girls! I've been going to Coast Dental for several years and very satisfied with their service.

Feel the dentist is very honest and not out to gouge people. Feel like at another office I would have been told I needed a new crown and she didn’t do that. Very happy with her and the office so far.

Dr. Chen was so helpful! She did a root canal on me and was so helpful. She listened to my concerns and was very gentle, quick and efficient!

We went in on a 'fit in' appointment for a chipped molar on my 14 year old girl. We were in the outer office less than 5 minutes and she was taken back. They were quick and very efficient!

My Mom is 94. You all treat her like she was your Mom. You are kind, tender, gentle. I cannot imagine taking her anyplace else. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Our dentist was very efficient and competent. The staff were pleasant, though not quite warm or friendly. Although we had to wait about 30 minutes after our appointment time, the visit was fairly quick overall for this type of procedure.

I was running a little late but the office was understanding and accommodating. Everything was explained before hand and certain aspects of he procedure were explained during The actual process. Everyone was very courteous and friendly.

I've always been very well taken care of at Coast Dental Carrollwood. I've been going there for well over ten years.

Both Dr. Hite and Maureen are kind and gentle while still being thorough in taking care of my teeth. And my teeth are not that great - but need a great deal of care. Every time I go, I surprise myself because I no longer have that terrible fear that I've had all my life - all 69 years of it. I couldn't be more pleased with the care provided.

German was prompt as usual and informed me of what the exam would include. Very friendly and professional. He made sure I was comfortable and did not have any worries. The cleaning and exam was completed to my satisfaction and my next appointment was easily scheduled at checkout.

I have been withl Cost Dental for more than 15 years and have always been pleased with the professonal service. Thank you Dr. Hite and staff.

As always, the care provided was exceptionally professional and met high standards. I am physically disabled, and Dr.Hite and her staff are always very kind in meeting my special needs.

Dentist and assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable about filling on posterior of front teeth from enamel loss. No anesthetic was required this time around.

Initial greeting at front desk could be improved upon. Some actual eye contact and a smile would make the welcome much more believable, rather than it seeming like I was an imposition. However, that being said, I received very good care from the hygienist and from staff at the payment desk upon checkout.

Sometimes takes a while to get through on the phone but when you do, they are very helpful .

Well had to get new retainer since my dog chewed it up and I'm satisfied with the new one. Will stash away for sure from our dog!

I HAD AN ONGOING APPOINTMENT AND MY REGULAR HYGENIST WAS ON A FAMILY OR MEDICAL LEAVE. I HAD A SUBUSTITUTE HYGENIST WHO CAME IN FOR THE DAY- SHE WAS GREAT! VERY PERSONABLE AND GENTLE. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE HER ON YOUR STAFF, SHE IS AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY.

It's as if I almost want a cavity to appear just to receive such an outstanding quality of experience from scheduling, service and cost. No one wants to need dental work, but now I have a place were I can go without any negative apprehension of any kind. They truly make it a smooth process through out.Thanks for everything.

I had been upset that my front took broke off and was worried that I wouldn't have one foe several weeks. But the staff handled and corrected the situation right there, and I couldn't be happier. 45 min wait from the time I entered the door to the time my cleaning began... Too much lag time... Sit and wait for forms to be printed and signed...stop trying to sell me some procedure every visit....if I have some troubles...I'll let you know!

Hygienist was delayed through no fault of her own. However, no one at the front desk offered an explanation for starting my appointment much later than anticipated. This did not reflect quality of treatment as indicated below.

As previously stated, Dr. Hite and German have both been so nice to me and understood my lifelong fear of the Dentist. And all of the really nice friendly people who work there. Apparently, there IS plenty to smile about at your office!

Always a genuine pleasure with this office. Thanks for being there.

Everything was performed as agreed upon and couldn't be happier with the quality of service. Front desk staff was quite busy, however, and barely had time to acknowledge entry into the office. Did not consider it a problem with sign in sheet.

Ms. Hite really understands how afraid I am, and after 13 years of not going to the dentist, I am now on a path to fix my teeth. Mr, Herman, who did a deep clean was very understanding too. Thank you to you both for making me feel comfortable and not ashamed of my teeth and my fear.

I am the most afraid person regarding Dentist visits. I suffer extreme anxiety to put it mildly. Everyone was so very patient and understanding to to me. Pamela Hite-Bocchino is the nicest, patient dentist I have ever been to. I had an extraction today, after 3 months of pain, I finally went!.. I did not feel a thing, she is brilliant, and I hope that she is recognized for her wonderful work, and her way with patients. Thank you...

Ceiling tiles have been dirty for quite some time. Need replacement or cleaning.

The staff is very friendly and was patient with me in making the right decisions for my dental care.

Its been awhile since I needed a cap, so when the diagnosis, root canal and cap prep took only half a day and then after the cap was made, only about a half hour to install, I was - to say the least - truly impressed with your delivery of modern dentistry!

Came in to have a chipped tooth repaired. It was quick and turned out beautifully. The repair is flawless. Very happy!!

Excellent dental care

I have had 2 composite fillings with my dentist. While I am very satisfied with the quality of my hygenist, my dentist's filling technique needs much improvement. The fillings (and bondings) are rough and jagged, causing my tongue irritation. Even a week after my fillings were replaced, my bite is sensitive on those teeth. My comments of pain during the polishing brought incredulous comments regarding my sensitivity. While I was uncomfortable during the entire procedure, I just wanted to get out of the office and go home. My mouth continues to throb, and if I chew anything but soft, warm, not sweet food, the newly filled teeth cause me discomfort. I am sorry to complain to you this way, but since you are asking how you did, you should know you did not do a great job.

Everything about Coast Dental is outstanding.

The downside to this visit was that my regular hygienist was ill and I had a different hygienist---although she seemed very good. Additionally, I did not care for the "novocain" product used on me this time.....It got into the back of my mouth and left my throat and tongue feeling numb, and I feared choking on my own juices (altho' that didn't happen). I think next time I'll go without. The GOOD part of that particular numbing agent is that it was pretty well worn off by the time I left the office. And I'm trying to leave 4 stars and the program refuses to allow me to do that, so it looks like this is rigged.

Although dental costs are always near $200 per visit, services were provided in a professional manner by courteous staff. Your office is superior to my previous Coast Dental office.
